Can a Muslim take Non-Muslim as a friend?


We are taught since childhood, that we should love and respect everyone. We should not hate anyone and should consider everyone as friends, without discriminating on grounds of religion, sex, or color.Even Muslims are first to claim, that they can co-exist with each and every community in this world peacefully. But, does their scripture (Qur’an) permit them to co-exist peacefully with people of other religions? Are they allowed to take Non-Muslims as a friend? To know these answers, we have to open Quran, and read what Allah has to say on the relevant topic.

In this article we will try to expose, what Islam teaches its believers about the relations with Non-Muslims. Fatwa below is taken from a Islamic site for which source is provided, which explains relation of Muslim with a Non-Muslim.

We hope that you will be able to explain, with examples, what is meant by the phrase, “Taking kaafirs as close friends and protectors is haraam.”?

Answer:-

Praise be to Allaah.

Yes, examples will certainly explain and clarify what is meant, so we will move straight on to quoting some of the most important points that the scholars and leaders of da’wah have said about different ways of showing friendship towards kaafirs.

Accepting their kufr and doubting that it is kufr at all, or refraining from labelling them as kaafirs, or praising their religion. Allaah says about the kufr of the one who accepts them (interpretation of the meaning): “… but such as open their breasts to disbelief…” [al-Nahl 16:106]. Allaah says, making it obligatory to label the kaafirs as such (interpretation of the meaning): “… Whoever disbelieves in Taaghoot [false deities] and believes in Allaah, then he has grasped the most trustworthy handhold that will never break…” [al-Baqarah 2:256]. Allaah says about the munaafiqoon (hypocrites) who prefer the kuffaar to the Muslims (interpretation of the meaning) “… [they] say to the disbelievers that they are better guided as regards the way than the believers (Muslims).” [al-Nisa’ 4:51].

Referring to them for judgement. Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning): “… they wish to got for judgement (in their disputes) to the Taaghoot (false judges, etc.) while they have been ordered to reject them…” [al-Nisa’ 4:60]

Befriending and liking them. Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning): “You will not find any people who believe in Allaah and the Last Day, making friendship with those who oppose Allaah and His Messenger…” [al-Mujaadilah 58:22]

[Here the lord of world’s says, that those who are Muslims, will not befriend those who are disbelievers. Allah prejudge them (Disbelievers) as hypocrites, and even Muslims today believe that they are better guided than Non-Muslims. For the last quoted verse al-Mujaadilah 58:22, Ibn Jalalalayan explains “You will not find a people who believe in God and the Last Day loving, befriending, those who oppose God and His Messenger, even though they, the opposers, were their fathers, that is to say, the believers’ [fathers], or their sons or their brothers or their clan, rather [you will find that] they intend to do them harm and they fight them over [the question of] faith, as occurred on one occasion with some Companions, may God be pleased with them. [For] those, the ones who are not loving of them, He has inscribed, He has established, faith upon their hearts and reinforced them with a spirit, a light, from Him, exalted be He, and He will admit them into gardens underneath which rivers flow, wherein they will abide, God being pleased with them, for their obedience of Him, and they being pleased with Him, because of His reward. Those [they] are God’s confederates, following His command and refraining from what He has forbidden. Assuredly it is God’s confederates who are the successful, the winners.” This is enough to say that Allah forbids Muslims to befriend their fathers, brothers, and other member of clan if they are disbelievers.] [Source]

Inclining towards them, relying upon them and taking them as a support. Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning): “And incline not towards those who do wrong, lest the Fire should touch you…” [Hood 11:113]

[In above verse, the people who do wrong are those who disbelief, or are polytheist, and idolaters. If Muslims rely on them, and take support from them, then they too will go to hell fire. ]

Helping and supporting them against the Muslims. Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning): “The believers, men and women, are awliya’ (helpers, supporters, friends, protectors) of one another…” [al-Tawbah 9:71]. He also says of the kuffaar that they are “ but awliya’ (helpers, supporters, friends, protectors) to one another…” [al-Maa’idah 5:51]. And He says (interpretation of the meaning): “…And if any amongst you takes them as awliya’, then surely he is one of them.” [al-Maa’idah 5:51].

Becoming members of their societies, joining their parties, increasing their numbers, taking their nationalities (except in cases of necessity), serving in their armies or helping to develop their weapons.

Bringing their laws and rules to the Muslim countries. Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning): “Do they then seek the judgement of the Days of Ignorance?…” [al-Maa’idah 5:50]

[Allah wants Muslims not to support Non-Muslims, by helping them in Armies, Joining their parties and taking their Nationalities. It is evident from the number of Muslims in Indian army, they are only 1.5%- 2% Muslims in Indian Army in 14% Muslims in Total.]

Taking them as friends in general terms, taking them as helpers and supporters, and throwing in one’s lot with them. Allaah forbids all this, as He says (interpretation of the meaning): “O you who believe! Take not the Jews and the Christians as awliya’ (friends, protectors, helpers, etc.), they are but awliya’ to one another…” [al-Maa’idah 5:51].

[Allah forbids Muslims to take protectors or helpers among Jews and Christians, to explain it much better let;s see what Ibn Jalalayan says about the verse, “affiliating with them or showing them affection; they are patrons of each other, being united in disbelief. Whoever amongst you affiliates with them, he is one of them, counted with them.” ]

Compromising with them and being nice to them at the expense of one’s religion. Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning): “They wish that you should compromise (in religion out of courtesy) with them, so that they (too) would compromise with you.” [al-Qalam 68:9]. This includes sitting with them and entering upon them at the time when they are making fun of the Signs of Allaah. Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning): “And it has already been revealed to you in the Book that when you hear the Verses of Allaah being denied and mocked at, then sit not with them, until they engage in a talk other than that; (but if you stayed with them), certainly in that case you would be like them…” [al-Nisa’ 4:140]

[Allah forbids Muslims in 4:140, to hear not anything against Allah, Muhammad and Qur’an. This is because, if they hear them( Disbelievers), they will become like them. Muslims run away from reasons and Logic, also questioning their faith makes them sad and frustrated. So they opt a very easy way out of it. By running away from all these.]

Trusting them and taking them as advisors and consultants instead of the believers. Allah says (interpretation of the meaning): “O you who believe! Take not as (your) bitaanah (advisors, consultants, protectors, helpers, friends, etc.) those outside your religion (pagans, Jews, Christians, and hypocrites) since they will not fail to do their best to corrupt you. They desire to harm you severely. Hatred has already appeared from their mouths, but what their breasts conceal is far worse. Indeed We have made clear to you the aayaat (proofs, evidence, verses), if you understand. Lo! You are the ones who love them but they love you not, and you believe in all the Scriptures [i.e., you believe in the Tawraat and the Injeel, while they disbelieve in your Book (the Qur’aan)]. And when they meet you, they say, ‘We believe.’ But when they are alone, they bite the tips of their fingers at you in rage. Say: ‘Perish in your rage. Certainly Allaah knows what is in the breasts (all the secrets).’ If a good befalls you, it grieves them, but some evil overtakes you, they rejoice at it…” [Aal ‘Imran 3:118-120].

Imaam Ahmad and Muslim reported that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) went out to (the battle of) Badr, and a man from among the mushrikeen followed him and caught up with him at al-Harrah. He said, “I wanted to follow you and join you, and have some of the war-booty with you.” (The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him)) said: “Do you believe in Allaah and His Messenger?” He said, “No.” He said, “Go back, I do not need help from a mushrik.”

From these texts it is clear that we are forbidden to appoint kaafirs to positions whereby they could find out the secrets of the Muslims and plot against them by trying to do all kinds of harm.

Putting them in administrative positions where they are bosses of Muslims and can humiliate them, run their affairs and prevent them from practising their religion. Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning): “… and never will Allaah grant to the disbelievers a way (to triumph) over the believers.” [al-Nisa’ 4:141]. Imaam Ahmad reported that Abu Moosa al-Ash’ari (may Allaah be pleased with him) said: “I said to ‘Umar (may Allaah be pleased with him). ‘I have a Christian scribe.’ He said, ‘What is wrong with you, may Allaah strike you dead! Have you not heard the words of Allaah (interpretation of the meaning), “O you who believe! Take not the Jews and the Christians as awliya’ (friends, protectors, helpers, etc.), they are but awliya’ to one another…” [al-Maa’idah 5:51]”? Why do you not employ a haneef [i.e., a Muslim]?’ I said, ‘O Ameer al-Mu’mineen, I benefit from his work and he keeps his religion to himself.’ He said, ‘I will never honour them when Allaah has humiliated them, and I will never bring them close to me when Allaah has expelled them from His mercy.’”

[This is a clear proof, that Muslims can’t be friend of Non-Muslim. This is further approved by Islamic apologists who want this world to be ruled with Sharia Law, see what law Islamic apologist propose to India. They say, “The Whole of India is in Fact [a] Muslim Land, the Authority Belongs to… [Muslims] and That They Should Take It From the Current Ruling Party to Implement the Shari’ah… Instead [of] Begging for Rights from the Hindus, the Muslims in India Must Govern By the Law of the Creator Allah”] [Source]

Similarly, we should not employ them in Muslim homes where they can see our private matters and they bring our children up as kaafirs. This is what is happening nowadays when kaafirs are brought to Muslim countries as workers, drivers, servants and nannies in Muslim homes and families.

Neither should we send our children to kaafir schools, missionary institutions and evil colleges and universities, or make them live with kaafir families.

Imitating the kaafirs in dress, appearance, speech, etc., because this indicates love of the person or people imitated. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: ‘Whoever imitates a people is one of them.”

It is forbidden to imitate the kaafirs in customs, habits and matters of outward appearance and conduct that are characteristic of them. This includes shaving the beard, letting the moustache grow long, and speaking their languages, except when necessary, as well as matters of clothing, food and drink, etc.

[ Allah forbids Muslims even to live in Infidel’s country, state or house. Muslims are also forbidden to send their children in Infidels school. Now I guess, why most of the Muslims are illiterate and uncivilized. Muslim world has much less universities and Schools in comparison to Non-Islamic world. So, Muslims prefer there children to be illiterate, rather that sending them to Non-Muslim schools and colleges.]

Staying in their countries when there is no need to do so. Allaah forbade the weak and oppressed Muslims to stay among the kaafirs if they are able to migrate. He says (interpretation of the meaning): “Verily! As for those whom the angels take (in death) while they are wronging themselves (as they stayed among the disbelievers even though emigration was obligatory for them), they (angels) say (to them): ‘In what (condition) were you?’ They reply, ‘We were weak and oppressed on earth.’ They (angels) say: ‘Was not the earth of Allaah spacious enough for you to emigrate therein?’ Such men will find their abode in Hell –what an evil destination! Except the weak ones among men, women and children, who cannot devise a plan, nor are the able to direct their way.” [al-Nisa’ 4:97-98].

Nobody will be excused for staying in a kaafir country except for those who are truly weak and oppressed and cannot migrate, or those who stay among them for a valid religious purpose such as da’wah and spreading Islam in their countries.

It is forbidden to live among them when there is no need to do so. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “I disown the one who stays among the mushrikeen.”

Travelling to their countries for vacations and leisure purposes. But going there for a legitimate reason – such as medical treatment, trade, and learning specialized skills that cannot be obtained in any other way – is permitted in cases of need, and when the need has been fulfilled, it is obligatory to return to the Muslim world.

This permission is also given under the condition that the would-be traveller has sufficient knowledge to dispel his doubts, to control his physical desires, to demonstrate his religion, to be proud of being Muslim, to keep away from evil places, and to be aware and cautious of the plots of his enemies. It is also permissible, and even obligatory, to travel to their lands for the sake of da’wah and spreading Islam.

Praising them and their civilization and culture, defending them, and admiring their behaviour and skills, without taking note of their false ideology and corrupt religion. Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning): “And strain not your eyes in longing for the things We have given for enjoyment to various groups of them (disbelievers), the splendour of the life of this world that We may test them thereby. But the provision (good reward in the Hereafter) of your Lord is better and more lasting.” [Ta-Ha 20:131]. It is also forbidden to honour them, give them titles of respect, initiate greetings to them, give them the best seats in gatherings, and give way to them in the street. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “Do not be the first to greet a Jew or a Christian (do not initiate the greeting), and if you meet one of them in the street, then push him to the narrowest part of the way.”

Forsaking the Islamic calendar and using their calendar, especially since it reflects their rituals and festivals, as is the case with the Gregorian (Western) calendar, which is connected to the supposed date of the birth of the Messiah (peace be upon him), which is an innovation that they have fabricated and that has nothing to do with the religion of ‘Eesa (Jesus). Using this calendar implies approval of their festivals and symbols.

In order to avoid all of that, when the Sahaabah (may Allaah be pleased with them) established a calendar for the Muslims during the time of ‘Umar (may Allaah be pleased with him), they ignored all the systems of the kuffaar and created a new calendar starting from the date of the Prophet’s Hijrah. This indicates that it is obligatory to differ from the kuffaar in this matter and others where it is the matter of distinct characteristics. And Allaah is the Source of Help.

Taking part in their holidays and festivals, helping them to celebrate them, congratulating them on these occasions or attending places where such celebrations are held. The phrase al-zoor [falsehood] in the aayah (interpretation of the meaning) “And those who do not witness falsehood…” [al-Furqaan 25:72] was interpreted as meaning the festivals of the kuffaar.

Using their names that have bad meanings. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) changed names whose meanings involved shirk, such as ‘Abd al-‘Uzza and ‘Abd al-Ka’bah.

Seeking forgiveness for them and asking Allaah for mercy for them. Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning): “It is not (proper) for the Prophet and those who believe to ask Allaah’s forgiveness for the mushrikeen, even though they be of kin, after it has become clear to them that they are the dwellers of the Fire (because they died in s state of disbelief).” [al-Tawbah 9:113]

These examples should give a clear picture of what is meant by the prohibition of forming close friendships with the kaafirs. We ask Allaah to keep our belief sound and our faith strong. And Allaah is the Source of Help.

Conclusion:-

After going through the details provided by Islamic apologists and Islamic scriptures, we come to know that Allah has forbidden Muslims to be friend of Non-Muslims. They are also forbidden to imitate us in anything, and sending their children to our school. Muslims can’t live in Non-Islamic country, and if they live, they need to demand Sharia Law in that country. Muslims can’t praise Non-Muslims, their culture, and their skill. Muslims should not celebrate Non-Muslim’s festivals and should not seek forgiveness from us. Muslims are only allowed to travel in Non-Islamic country, when they are going to spread Islam over there, and will then return to Muslim world. If any Muslim does not do all the above stated thing, then Allah and his prophet is going to disown them.

To me the conclusion if full of hatred for us, and no other religion ever commands its believers to do all these, which Allah wants from his believers.

    I have a Christian friend whom I love very much, and he is one of the Christians who are praised in the Qur’aan. Now he is very sick; does Islam allow me to pray to Allaah to heal him?
    Praise be to Allaah.
    The belief in al-wala’ wa’l-bara’ (loyalty and friendship vs. disavowal and enmity) is one of the most important basic principles of Islam. Just as faith increases and decreases, so too people vary in the extent to which they adhere to this important principle and their adherence to it increases and decreases. But if this principle is destroyed completely in a person’s heart and he does not do what it implies, this means that faith has been destroyed entirely as well, and faith is the basis on which he loves the close friends of Allaah and hates His enemies. This principle is indicated by a number of verses in the Book of Allaah and ahaadeeth from the Sunnah of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him). These include the following:
    Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):
    “You (O Muhammad) will not find any people who believe in Allaah and the Last Day, making friendship with those who oppose Allaah and His Messenger (Muhammad), even though they were their fathers or their sons or their brothers or their kindred (people). For such He has written Faith in their hearts, and strengthened them with Rooh (proofs, light and true guidance) from Himself. And He will admit them to Gardens (Paradise) under which rivers flow, to dwell therein (forever). Allaah is pleased with them, and they with Him. They are the party of Allaah. Verily, it is the party of Allaah that will be the successful”
    [al-Mujaadilah 58:22]
    “O you who believe! Take not for Awliyaa’ (protectors or helpers or friends) disbelievers instead of believers. Do you wish to offer Allaah a manifest proof against yourselves?”
    [al-Nisa’ 4:144]
    “O you who believe! Take not the Jews and the Christians as Awliyaa’ (friends, protectors, helpers), they are but Awliyaa’ of each other. And if any amongst you takes them (as Awliyaa’), then surely, he is one of them. Verily, Allaah guides not those people who are the Zaalimoon (polytheists and wrongdoers and unjust)”
    [al-Maa’idah 5:51]
    “O you who believe!     It was narrated that ‘Aa’ishah (may Allaah be pleased with her) said: The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) set out before Badr and when he was in Harrah al-Wabarah a man caught up with him whose daring and courage were well known, so the companions of the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) rejoiced when they saw him. But when he caught up with him, he said to the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him): “I have come to follow you and get booty with you.” The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said to him: “Will you believe in Allaah and His Messenger?” He said: “No.” He said: “Then go back, for I will never seek the help of a mushrik.” Narrated by Muslim, 1817.
    The Sahaabah (may Allaah be pleased with them) accused Maalik ibn al-Dakhshan of being a hypocrite because he often kept company with some of the hypocrites and met with them, as is narrated in al-Saheehayn (al-Bukhaari, no. 415; Muslim, no. 33)
    There are many such reports, which indicate that it is haraam to take the kaafirs as close friends and to love them. This friendship may take many forms, such as approving of their kufr, mixing with them and being friendly towards them, living with them, taking them as close friends, loving them, preferring them to the believers, referring to their laws for judgement and so on..
    From the above, you will see that loving a kaafir is a serious matter, because it goes against one of the most important principles of Tawheed, which is loving and being loyal towards the believers, and disavowing and rejecting the disbelievers.
    With regard to your saying that this kaafir is one of the Christians whom Allaah praises in the Qur’aan, the answer to that is that those whom Allaah praised in His Book are a specific type with certain characteristics which Allaah describes after the verse in which He praises them. Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):
    “Verily, you will find the strongest among men in enmity to the believers (Muslims) the Jews and those who are Al-Mushrikoon, and you will find the nearest in love to the believers (Muslims) those who say: ‘We are Christians.’”
    [al-Maa’idah 5:82]
    Then He says (interpretation of the meaning):
    “That is because amongst them are priests and monks, and they are not proud.
    And when they (who call themselves Christians) listen to what has been sent down to the Messenger (Muhammad), you see their eyes overflowing with tears because of the truth they have recognized. They say: ‘Our Lord! We believe; so write us down among the witnesses.
    84. ‘And why should we not believe in Allaah and in that which has come to us of the truth (Islamic Monotheism)? And we wish that our Lord will admit us (in Paradise on the Day of Resurrection) along with the righteous people (Prophet Muhammad and his Companions).’
    85. So because of what they said, Allaah rewarded them Gardens under which rivers flow (in Paradise), they will abide therein forever. Such is the reward of Al-Muhsinoon (the good doers).
    86. But those who disbelieved and belied Our Ayaat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.), they shall be the dwellers of the (Hell) Fire”
    [al-Maa’idah 5:82-86]
    So the rest of this passage makes it clear that what is meant are those who believed in Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) and were affected by listening to the Qur’aan and its call.
    The scholar ‘Abd al-Rahmaan al-Sa’di said, commenting on this verse: Here Allaah describes which of the two groups is closer to the Muslims and to friendship them, and which group is furthest away: “Verily, you will find the strongest among men in enmity to the believers (Muslims) the Jews and those who are Al-Mushrikoon”.
    These two groups are the most hostile towards Islam and the Muslims, and the ones who try hardest to cause them harm, because of their great hatred towards them and because of their envy, stubbornness and kufr.
    “and you will find the nearest in love to the believers (Muslims) those who say: ‘We are Christians’”
    Allaah mentions a number of reasons for that, such as:
    Among them are priests and monks, i.e., scholars, ascetics and worshippers in hermitages far away. Knowledge accompanied by asceticism, and worship, are things that soften the heart and take away harshness, hence you do not find in them the harshness of the Jews and mushrikeen.
    They are not proud, i.e., there is no arrogance in them or refusal to submit to the truth. This is why they are close to the Muslims and to friendship with them, because one who is humble is closer to goodness than one who is arrogant.
    When they listen to that which has been revealed to the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him), that has an effect on their hearts and they submit to what they believe in. Hence they believed and said: “Our Lord! We believe; so write us down among the witnesses” – namely the ummah of Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) who bear witness to the Oneness of Allaah and to the soundness of the Message brought by the Messengers, and they bear witness for and against the former nations.
    These verses were revealed concerning the Christians who believed in Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) such as the Negus (ruler of Abyssinia) and others who believed. There are still some among them who choose the religion of Islam and who realize that what they used to follow is false. They are closer to Islam than the Jews and mushrikeen.

    With regard to praying for kaafirs, this falls into two categories:
    1 – Praying for a kaafir to be guided to Islam and so on. This is permissible. It was narrated from Ibn ‘Umar (may Allaah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “O Allaah, support Islam with the man who is more beloved to You: Abu Jahl or ‘Umar ibn al-Khattaab.” Narrated by al-Tirmidhi, 3681; classed as saheeh by al-Albaani. Here he was praying for one of them to be guided.
    2 – Praying for him to be forgiven and so on. This is forbidden according to scholarly consensus.
    Al-Nawawi said: With regard to offering the funeral prayer for a kaafir and praying for forgiveness for him, this is haraam according to the text of the Qur’aan and scholarly consensus.
    Al-Majmoo’ 5/120
    It says in Tuhfat al-Muhtaaj: It is haraam to pray for a kaafir and for one whose Islam is in doubt with regard to matters of the Hereafter, even if that is one of his parents. (3/141).
    With regard to praying for him to be healed from sickness, this is permissible if it serves a purpose, such as if one hopes that he will become Muslim and that his heart will be softened and so on. This is indicated by the hadeeth of the Sahaabi who recited ruqyah for the chief of a tribe who had been stung by a scorpion. This has been discussed in the question no. 6714. Praying for healing comes under the same heading as ruqyah.
    Indeed it is permissible for you to visit him during this sickness, because when a person is sick his heart is softer and is more likely to accept the truth. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) had a Jewish boy who used to serve him, and he fell sick. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) came to visit him; he sat by his head and said to him: “Become Muslim.” He looked at his father, who was present, and he (the father) said to him: “Obey Abu’l-Qaasim (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him).” So he became Muslim and the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) went out saying, “Praise be to Allaah Who has saved him from the Fire.” Narrated by al-Bukhaari, 1356.
    Ibn Hajar said: This hadeeth indicates that it is permissible to employ a mushrik as a servant and to visit him if he falls sick, and this is a form of kind treatment.
    But praying for a kaafir to be healed does not mean that one has befriended him or loves him or prefers him to a believer, as explained above. And Allaah knows best.
    Shaykh Ibn ‘Uthaymeen was asked about the ruling on taking kaafirs as friends. He replied:
    Taking kaafirs as friends and supporters is haraam according to the Holy Qur’aan. Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):
    “You (O Muhammad) will not find any people who believe in Allaah and the Last Day, making friendship with those who oppose Allaah and His Messenger”

    “O you who believe! Take not as Awliyaa’ (protectors and helpers) those who take your religion as a mockery and fun from among those who received the Scripture (Jews and Christians) before you, and nor from among the disbelievers; and fear Allaah if you indeed are true believers”

    “O you who believe! Take not the Jews and the Christians as Awliyaa’ (friends, protectors, helpers), they are but Awliyaa’ of each other. And if any amongst you takes them (as Awliyaa’), then surely, he is one of them. Verily, Allaah guides not those people who are the Zaalimoon (polytheists and wrongdoers and unjust)”

    Allaah tells us that if the believers are not friends and supporters of one another, and the disbelievers are not friends and supporters of one another, and the two are not distinct from one another, then there will be fitnah (tribulation) and a great deal of corruption on earth.
    A believer can never trust a nonbeliever no matter how much friendship and sincerity he shows. Allaah says concerning them (interpretation of the meaning):
    “They wish that you reject Faith, as they have rejected (Faith), and thus that you all become equal (like one another)”

    And Allaah said to His Prophet (interpretation of the meaning):
    “Never will the Jews nor the Christians be pleased with you (O Muhammad) till you follow their religion”
    [al-Baqarah 2:120]
    So the believer must depend upon Allaah and apply His laws, and not let the blame of any blamer bother him or fear his enemies. Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):
    “It is only Shaytaan (Satan) that suggests to you the fear of his Awliyaa’ [supporters and friends (polytheists, disbelievers in the Oneness of Allaah and in His Messenger, Muhammad)]; so fear them not, but fear Me, if you are (true) believers”

    “And you see those in whose hearts there is a disease (of hypocrisy), they hurry to their friendship, saying: “We fear lest some misfortune of a disaster may befall us.” Perhaps Allaah may bring a victory or a decision according to His Will. Then they will become regretful for what they have been keeping as a secret in themselves”

    Is it permissible to perform ruqyah for a sick person who is a kaafir?

    I would like to know if it is permissible to perform ruqyah on a non-muslim person as a form of da’wah, that is if it gives good results, the person may start to be interested in islam and later convert? Of course, that person would be informed that there is no power in the ruqyah itself , but that whatever happens is up to Allah’s will.

    There is no reason why one cannot do this. Allaah has created healing in the Qur’aan, as He has created healing in honey and oil and other things. These are means of healing and Allaah is the Healer, so there is nothing wrong with performing ruqyah for this person, especially since you hope that this kaafir may become a Muslim.
    There is also a report in a saheeh hadeeth that supports that idea that it is permissible to perform ruqyah for a non-Muslim. Abu Sa’eed (may Allaah be pleased with him) said:
    A group of the Companions of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) set out on a journey and travelled until they made came near one of the Arab tribes. (These people were either kaafirs or very stingy, as Ibn al-Qayyim mentioned in al-Madaarij). They asked them for hospitality but they refused to do so. Then the leader of that tribe was stung, and they tried everything but nothing helped him. Then some of them said, Why don’t you go to those people who are staying (nearby)? Maybe some of them have something. So they went to them and said, O people, our leader has been stung and we have tried everything and nothing helped him. Do any of you have something? One of them said, Yes, by Allaah. I will perform ruqyah for him, but by Allaah we asked you for hospitality and you did not give us anything, so we will not perform ruqyah for you unless you give us something in return. So they agreed on a flock of sheep, then he started to blow on him and recite Al-hamdu Lillaahi Rabb il-‘Aalameen. Then he recovered quickly from his complaint and started walking, and there was nothing wrong with him. Then they have them what they had agreed to, and some of them (the Sahaabah) said, Let us share it out. The one who had performed ruqyah said, Do not do anything until we come to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) and tell him what happened, and we will wait and see what he tells us to do. So they came to the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) and told him what had happened. He said, “How did you know that it is a ruqyah?” Then he said, “You did the right thing. Share them out, and give me a share.” And the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) smiled. (Narrated by al-Bukhaari, 2276, and by Muslim, 2201).
    There follow some quotes from the commentary of Al-Haafiz Ibn Hajar (may Allaah have mercy on him) on the hadeeth and some additional details.
    “They asked them for hospitality” means they asked them to regard them as guests. According to the report of Al-A’mash narrated by scholars others than al-Tirmidhi, it says: “The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) sent thirty of us and we camped near some people and asked them for a hospitable reception.
    “was stung” means, he was stung by a scorpion.
    “and they tried everything” means, they tried every kind of treatment that they usually did to treat him for the scorpion sting, they made the utmost effort to find the right treatment for him.
    “So they went to them”. In the hadeeth of Jaabir, al-Bazzaar added: “And said to them, We have heard that your companion has come with light and healing. They said, Yes.”
    “Do any of you have something?” Abu Dawood added in his report: “that could help our companion.”
    “One of them said” According to the report of Abu Dawood: “A man among the people said, Yes, I will perform ruqyah.” The one who said this was Abu Sa’eed, the narrator of the report. His wording was: “I said, Yes, I (have something). But I will not perform ruqyah for him until you give us some sheep.”
    This also appears in the report of Sulaymaan ibn Qattah, with the words: “I came to him and performed ruqyah for him by reciting the Opening of the Book [al-Faatihah].”
    “So they agreed” means, they reached an agreement
    “on a flock of sheep”… according to the report of al-A’mash: “They said, we will give you thirty ewes.”
    “then he started to blow on him” means, he blew or spat lightly on him, with little saliva.
    Ibn Abi Hamzah said: the blowing in ruqyah should come after the recitation, so as to carry the barakah (blessing) of the recitation to the parts of the body over which the saliva passes, so that the barakah travels in his saliva when he blows.
    “recite Al-hamdu Lillaahi Rabb il-‘Aalameen” According to the report of Shu’bah: “He started to recite the Opening of the Book over him.” According to the report of Al-A’mash, he recited it seven times.
    “Then he recovered quickly”. The meaning of nashata (translated here as “recovered”) is: he got up quickly. From the same root comes the expression rajul nasheet, meaning an active and energetic man.
    “from his complaint” The word ‘iqaal (translated here as “complaint”) could refer to the rope used to tie the foreleg of an animal.
    “and there was nothing wrong with him” means, his problem was gone. A problem may be described as qalabah (wa maa bihi min qalabah – translated here as “and there was nothing wrong with him”) because the one who is suffering from the problem may be turned (yuqallab) this way and that in order to find out where the problem is coming from.
    “How did you know that it is a ruqyah?” Al-Daawoodi said: it means, what told you …? In the report of Ma’bad ibn Seereen it says: “And what told him?” This is something which is said to express astonishment and also admiration of a thing, which is quite appropritae in this case. Shu’bah added in his report: And it was not mentioned that he – i.e., the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) – disapproved of it. Sulaymaan ibn Qattah added in his report, after the phrase “How did you know that it is a ruqyah?”, “I said: it came to me like an inspiration” i.e., I was inspired to do it.
    “and give me a share” means, give me some of them – as if he wanted to be extra friendly towards them.
    The hadeeth indicates that it is permissible to perform ruqyah by reciting the Book of Allaah, and that it comes under the same category as dhikr and al-du’aa’ al-ma’thoor (du’aa’s reported in the Qur’aan and Sunnah), and also other du’aa’s so long as they do not contradict what is in the Qur’aan and Sunnah.
    The hadeeth also indicates that one may respond in kind to a person who does not treat one honourably, as the Sahaabah did by withholding the ruqyah from those people who had not shown them hospitality.
    The hadeeth also indicates that in the absence of a specific text, one may make ijtihaad. It also demonstrates the esteem in which the Qur’aan was held in the hearts of the Sahaabah, especially Soorat al-Faatihah, and it shows that if provision (rizq) is decreed for someone, the person in whose hands it is cannot withhold it from him. Those people withheld their hospitality but Allaah had decreed that the Sahaabah should have a share of their wealth, and they withheld it, so Allaah caused the scorion to sting their chief so that the Sahaabah would get what had been decreed for them. It also demonstrates the great wisdom of Allaah in that the one who was singled out for punishment was their leader who had been foremost in withholding hospitality, because people usually follow the commands of their leaders. Since he has led them in withholding hospitality, he was singled out for the punishment whereas his people were not, which was a most fitting punishment.
    In al-Mawsoo’ah al-Fiqhiyyah it says:
    There is no dispute among the fuqahaa concerning the fact that it is permissible for a Muslim to perform ruqyah for a kaafir. They take as evidence the hadeeth of Abu Sa’eed al-Khudri (may Allaah be pleased with him) which has been quoted above (f – 14). … Their evidence is that the tribe near whom they camped and from whom they sought hospitality were kuffaar, and the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) did not denounce that.

    Making friends with a kaafir woman

    Is it allowed for a muslim woman to be friends with a non-muslim woman who is very decent, without neglecting her one religion and is there a severe punishment if she does?
    Praise be to Allaah.
    Undoubtedly making friends with a kaafir woman will adversely affect her religious commitment, because a kaafir woman does not behave in the same manner or have the same attitude as a Muslim woman, and she does not worship Allaah according to the religion of Islam. Therefore she will not avoid doing things that may adversely affect this Muslim woman who may be deceived by the modest dress or good manners of this kaafir woman, especially in matters that will adversely affect her religious commitment.
    Similarly, making friends with her may lead to some kind of approval in one’s heart for the rituals that she does as part of her own religion, and this will weaken the sense of friendship and enmity for the sake of Allaah (al-wala’ wa’l-bara’).
    Indeed, it may lead some ignorant people to disapprove of the ruling of Allaah that the kaafirs are disbelievers who will abide in Hell forever – we seek refuge with Allaah. Hence the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “Do not keep company with anyone but a believer and do not let anyone eat your food but one who is pious.” (Narrated by al-Tirmidhi, 2395; Abu Dawood, 4832; classed as saheeh by Ibn Hibbaan, 2/314; classed as hasan by Shaykh al-Albaani in Saheeh al-Jaami’, 7341).
    We do not mean, however, that this Muslim woman should cut herself off completely from the kaafir woman; she may visit with her, visit her when she is sick and give her gifts, but without forming an emotional attachment or joining in their festivals and celebrations. And the Muslim woman should aim, in those visits and gift-giving, to call this kaafir woman to Islam. This is what our Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) did, as is mentioned in two hadeeths:
    1 – It was narrated from Sa’eed ibn al-Musayyib that his father said: “When Abu Taalib was on his deathbed, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) entered upon him, and Abu Jahl and ‘Abd-Allaah ibn Abi Umayyah were present. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said, ‘O uncle, say Laa ilaaha ill-Allaah, and I will plead for you before Allaah.’ Abu Jahl and ‘Abd-Allaah ibn Abi Umayyah said: ‘O Abu Taalib, will you turn away from the religion of ‘Abd al-Muttalib?’ The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: ‘I will keep on praying for forgiveness for you until I am forbidden (by Allaah) to do so.” Then the following aayah was revealed:
    “It is not (proper) for the Prophet and those who believe to ask Allaah’s forgiveness for the Mushrikoon, even though they be of kin, after it has become clear to them that they are the dwellers of the Fire (because they died in a state of disbelief)”

    2 – It was narrated that Anas (may Allaah be pleased with him) said: “There was a Jewish boy who used to serve the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him), and he fell sick. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) came to visit him; he sat by his head and said, ‘Become Muslim.’ The boy looked at his father, who was present, and he (the father) said: ‘Obey Abu’l-Qaasim (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him).’ So he became Muslim, and the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) left, saying, ‘Praise be to Allaah Who has saved him from the Fire.’”
    Narrated by al-Bukhaari, 1290.
    The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) gave permission to Asma’ bint Abi Bakr to receive her mushrik mother (when she came to visit her), and ‘Umar (may Allaah be pleased with him) gave a gift of a garment to his mushrik brother.
    It was narrated that Asma’ bint Abi Bakr (may Allaah be pleased with her) said: “My mother came to visit me at the time of the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him), and she was a mushrik. So I consulted the Messenger of Allaah, (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) and asked him, ‘My mother wants to visit me and expects me to treat her kindly; should I uphold the ties of kinship with my mother?’ He said, ‘Yes, uphold the ties of kinship with your mother.’”
    Narrated by al-Bukhaari, 2477; Muslim, 1003
    It was narrated that ‘Abd-Allaah ibn ‘Umar (may Allaah be pleased with them both) said: “ ‘Umar ibn al-Khattaab saw a silken garment being sold at the door of the mosque. He said, ‘O Messenger of Allaah, why don’t you buy it and wear it on Fridays and when the delegations come to you?’ He said, ‘This is worn by one who has no share in the Hereafter.’ Later on some silken garments were brought and the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) gave one to ‘Umar. He said, ‘Are you giving me this to wear when you said what you said about the garment of ‘Utaarid?’ He said, ‘I did not give it to you to wear.’ So ‘Umar gave it to a mushrik brother of his in Makkah to wear.”
    Narrated by al-Bukhaari, 2470; Muslim 2068.
    Shaykh Saalih al-Fawzaan said: There is nothing wrong with visiting kaafirs in order to call them to Islam. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) visited his paternal uncle Abu Taalib when he was dying and called him to Islam, and he visited the Jewish boy and called him to Islam.
    But visiting kaafirs in order to have a good time with them is not permitted, because it is obligatory to hate them and shun them. It is permissible to accept their gifts because the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) accepted gifts from some of the kaafirs, such as the gift from al-Muqawqis the ruler of Egypt. But it is not permissible to congratulate them on the occasion of their festivals because this implies befriending them and approving of their falsehood.

    Can she sit and eat with a Muslim woman who does not pray?

    Please tell me whether Muslims can socialize with Muslims who do not pray at all in Islamic functions and weddings where they have been invited. Furthermore can we drink and eat from the same cups and plates.
    Praise be to Allaah.
    Whoever does not pray at all is a kaafir and is not a Muslim, as is explained in the answer to question no. 5208.
    Based on that, the woman mentioned in the question is not a Muslim, so it is obligatory to forsake her and not sit with her, unless that is for the purpose of encouraging her to repent and turn to Allaah by performing the prayers and doing so regularly.
    It says in a fatwa issued by the Standing Committee for Academic Research and Issuing Fatwas:
    “Whoever deliberately does not pray and denies that it is obligatory is a kaafir, according to scholarly consensus. If he does not pray because he is neglectful and lazy, then he is a kaafir according to the correct scholarly view. Based on that, it is not permissible to sit with those people, rather they should be shunned and ties broken off with them, after explaining to them that their not praying constitutes kufr, if you think that they are unaware of this ruling. It was narrated in a saheeh report that the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “The covenant that differentiates between us and them is prayer; whoever neglects it is a kaafir.” This includes both the one who denies that it is obligatory and the one who does not do it because he is lazy. And Allaah is the Source of strength. May Allaah send blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad and his family.”

    With regard to eating and drinking from the same vessels that she uses, the ruling is the same as the ruling on the vessels of the kuffaar. It is permissible for the Muslim to use the vessels of the kuffaar if he knows that nothing haraam has been put in them, such as alcohol and pork. It was proven in al-Saheehayn (al-Bukhaari, 344; Muslim, 682) from the hadeeth of ‘Imraan ibn Husayn that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) and his companions used water from the haversack of a mushrik woman.
    But if you are certain or you think it most likely that they have used them for any haraam things, then you have to wash them before using them, because it was proven in al-Saheehayn (al-Bukhaari, 5496; Muslim, 1930) from the hadeeth of Abu Tha’labah al-Khushani who said: I came to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) and said: “O Messenger of Allaah, we are in the land of the people of the Book, and we use their vessels for our food…” … The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) replied: “With regard to what you mentioned about your being in the land of the people of the Book and using their vessels for your food, if you find vessels other than theirs, then do not use their vessels for your food, but if you cannot find anything else, wash them and then use them for your food.” This version was narrated by Muslim.

    Farewell parties for kaafirs

    Is it permissible for us to hold a party to bid farewell to a non-Muslim who was working with us?.

    Holding a farewell party for a kaafir is a kind of honouring and respecting him, and they do not deserve to be honoured because they have disbelieved in Allaah and offended Him.
    Imam Ahmad narrated with a saheeh isnaad from Abu Moosa that he said: I said to ‘Umar: “I have a Christian scribe.” He said, ‘What is wrong with you, may Allaah doom you?! Have you not heard that Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning): ‘O you who believe! Take not the Jews and the Christians as Awliyaa’ (friends, protectors, helpers), they are but Awliyaa’ of each other’ [al-Maa’idah 5:51]? Why don’t you employ a haneef (i.e., a Muslim)?” I said: “O Ameer al-Mumineen, I benefit from his writing and his religion is his own affair.” He said: “I will not honour them when Allaah has humiliated them, and I would not want to be close to them when Allaah has cast them away.”

    ‘Umar ibn al-Khattaab also said with regard to the Christians in particular: “Humiliate them but do not wrong them, because they have offended Allaah in such a manner that no other people have ever done.
    Shaykh Ibn ‘Uthaymeen (may Allaah have mercy on him) said, concerning the ruling on holding a farewell party for a kaafir when his work ends, and the ruling on offering condolences to a kaafir, and the ruling on attending the festivals of the kuffaar:
    This is a question which includes several issues:
    1 – Holding farewell parties for these kaafirs is undoubtedly a kind of honouring them and showing regret that they are leaving. All of that is haraam for the Muslim. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “Do not initiate the greeting of salaam with the Jews and Christians, and if you meet them in the road push them towards the narrowest part of it.” The person who truly believes cannot honour any of the enemies of Allaah, and the kuffaar are the enemies of Allaah according to the text of the Qur’aan. Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):
    “Whoever is an enemy to Allaah, His Angels, His Messengers, Jibreel (Gabriel) and Mikaa’eel (Michael), then verily, Allaah is an enemy to the disbelievers”

    2 – Offering condolences to a kaafir if one of his loved ones – a friend or relative – dies. There is a difference of opinion among the scholars concerning this issue. Some of the scholars say that it is haraam to offer condolences to them, and some say that it is permissible. Some of them added further details and said that if that serves an interest, such as the hope that they may become Muslim and it may ward off their evil which could not be done except by offering condolences, then it is permissible, otherwise it is haraam.
    The more correct view is if that offering condolences to them is regarded as a kind of honouring them, then it is haraam, otherwise we should look at what is in the best interests.
    3 – Attending their festivals and taking part in their celebrations. If these are religious festivals such as Christmas then it is haraam to attend them, beyond any shadow of a doubt. Ibn al-Qayyim (may Allaah have mercy on him) said: It is not permissible to attend them according to the consensus of the scholars, and this was clearly stated by the fuqaha’ who followed the four imams in their books. And Allaah is the Source of strength.

    Being kind to kaafirs with the intention of da’wah

    What is the ruling on mixing with kaafirs and dealing with them kindly, hoping that they will become Muslim?.

    Shaykh Muhammad ibn ‘Uthaymeen (may Allaah have mercy on him) said:
    Undoubtedly the Muslim is obliged to hate the enemies of Allaah and disavow himself of them, because this is the way of the Messengers and their followers. Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):
    “Indeed there has been an excellent example for you in Ibraaheem (Abraham) and those with him, when they said to their people: ‘Verily, we are free from you and whatever you worship besides Allaah, we have rejected you, and there has started between us and you, hostility and hatred for ever until you believe in Allaah Alone”

    “You (O Muhammad) will not find any people who believe in Allaah and the Last Day, making friendship with those who oppose Allaah and His Messenger (Muhammad), even though they were their fathers or their sons or their brothers or their kindred (people). For such He has written Faith in their hearts, and strengthened them with Rooh (proofs, light and true guidance) from Himself”

    Based on this, it is nor permissible for a Muslim to feel any love in his heart towards the enemies of Allaah, who are also in fact his enemies. Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):
    “O you who believe! Take not My enemies and your enemies (i.e. disbelievers and polytheists) as friends, showing affection towards them, while they have disbelieved in what has come to you of the truth”

    But if a Muslim treats them kindly hoping that they may become Muslims, there is nothing wrong with that, because this comes under the heading of softening their hearts towards Islam. But if he loses hope of them becoming Muslim, he should treat them in the manner that they deserve. This is explained in detail in the books of the scholars, especially Ahkaam Ahl al-Dhimmah by Ibn al-Qayyim (may Allaah have mercy on him).

    His mother died in kufr – can he pray for her?

    Can a muslim pray for his non-mulsim mother who has passed away?

    Allaah says in His Book (interpretation of the meaning):
    “It is not (proper) for the Prophet and those who believe to ask Allaah’s forgiveness for the Mushrikoon, even though they be of kin, after it has become clear to them that they are the dwellers of the Fire (because they died in a state of disbelief)” [al-Tawbah 9:113]
    Al-Qurtubi said in al-Ahkaam (8/173): “This aayah means that one should cut off ties of close friendship with the kuffaar, whether they are alive or dead. Allaah did not allow the believers to pray for forgiveness for the mushrikeen. Seeking forgiveness for a mushrik is something that is not permitted.”
    Muslim narrated in his Saheeh (916) from Abu Hurayrah (may Allaah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “I asked my Lord for permission to pray for forgiveness for my mother, and He did not permit me. I asked Him for permission to visit her grave, and He granted me permission.”
    This hadeeth makes it clear that Allaah did not permit His Prophet, who is the noblest of His creation, to seek forgiveness for his mother after she had died. This is what Allaah forbids in the aayah quoted above, and the hadeeth states this clearly. Al-Shawkaani said in Fath al-Qadeer (2/410): This aayah implies that there are no ties of close friendship with the kuffaar, and that it is haraam to pray for forgiveness for them, or to make du’aa’ for kaafirs in ways that are not permitted.
    If someone were to say that Ibraaheem prayed for his kaafir father, as he said,
    “Peace be on you! I will ask forgiveness of my Lord for you. Verily, He is unto me Ever Most Gracious” [Maryam 19:47 – interpretation of the meaning],
    the response to that is what Allaah said in the aayah (interpretation of the meaning):
    “And Ibraaheem’s (Abraham) invoking (of Allaah) for his father’s forgiveness was only because of a promise he [Ibraaheem] had made to him (his father). But when it became clear to him that he (his father) is an enemy of Allaah, he dissociated himself from him. Verily, Ibraaheem was Awwah (one who invokes Allaah with humility, glorifies Him and remembers Him much) and was forbearing” [al-Tawbah 9:114]
    Ibn ‘Abbaas (may Allaah be pleased with him) said: When he died, it became clear to him that he was an enemy of Allaah. (Tafseer Ibn Katheer).

    Principles and guidelines for Muslims’ relations with non-Muslims

    We want to know in detail how Muslims regard non-Muslims, and how they should deal with them according to Islamic sharee’ah?
    Praise be to Allaah.
    1- Islam is the religion of mercy and justice.
    2- Muslims are commanded to call non-Muslims to Islam with wisdom and beautiful preaching and by debating in a manner that is better. Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):
    “And argue not with the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians), unless it be in (a way) that is better (with good words and in good manner, inviting them to Islamic Monotheism with His Verses), except with such of them as do wrong”
    [al-‘Ankaboot 29:46]
    3- Allaah does not accept any religion other than Islam. Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):
    “And whoever seeks a religion other than Islam, it will never be accepted of him, and in the Hereafter he will be one of the losers”
    [Aal ‘Imraan 3:85]
    4- The Muslims should give the kaafirs the opportunity to hear the words of Allaah. Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):
    “And if anyone of the Mushrikoon (polytheists, idolaters, pagans, disbelievers in the Oneness of Allaah) seeks your protection then grant him protection so that he may hear the Word of Allaah (the Qur’aan) and then escort him to where he can be secure”
    [al-Tawbah 9:6]
    5- The Muslims should differentiate between different kinds of kaafirs in their dealings with them. They should make peace with those who make peace, and wage war against those who wage war, and wage jihad against those who stand in the way of spreading the message of Islam and causing it to prevail of earth.
    6- With regard to matters of love and hate in the heart, the Muslims’ attitude towards non-Muslims is based on the latter’s attitude towards Allaah. If they worship Allaah and do not associate anything in worship with Him, then they love them. If they associate others in worship with Him, or disbelieve in Him, or worship others alongside Him, or are hostile towards His religion and hate the truth, then it is obligatory to hate them in our hearts.
    7- Hating them in our hearts does not mean that we should oppress or mistreat them under any circumstances, because Allaah said to His Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him), describing what his attitude should be towards the People of the Book:
    “and I am commanded to do justice among you. Allaah is our Lord and your Lord. For us our deeds and for you your deeds”

    even though he is a Muslim and they are following Judaism or Christianity.
    8- The Muslims believe that it is not permissible, under any circumstances whatsoever, for a Muslim to mistreat a non-Muslim who is not hostile towards Islam; so the Muslim should not commit aggression against him, or frighten him, or terrorize him, or steal his wealth, or embezzle him, or deprive him of his rights, or deny him his trust, or deny him his wages, or withhold from him the price of his goods when buying from him or withhold the profits of a partnership if he is in a business partnership with him.
    9- The Muslims believe that it is obligatory upon the Muslims to honour treaties or agreements made with a non-Muslim party. If a Muslim has agreed to their conditions when seeking permission to enter their country (i.e., a visa) and has promised to adhere to that, then it is not permissible for him to commit mischief in their land, to betray anyone, to steal, to kill or to do any destructive action, and so on.
    10-The Muslims believe that in the case of non-Muslims who wage war against them and drive them out of their homes, or help others to do so, it is permissible for Muslims to shed the blood of these non-Muslims and confiscate their wealth.
    11-The Muslims believe that it is permissible for a Muslim to treat kindly those non-Muslims who are not hostile, whether by offering financial help, feeding the hungry, giving them loans if needed or interceding with regard to permissible matters, or speaking kindly to them or returning their greetings, and so on. Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):
    “Allaah does not forbid you to deal justly and kindly with those who fought not against you on account of religion nor drove you out of your homes. Verily, Allaah loves those who deal with equity”

    12-There is no reason why Muslims should not cooperate with non-Muslims with regard to establishing truth and combating falsehood, to support the oppressed and ward off danger from mankind, such as cooperating to fight pollution or to protect the environment, or to combat epidemic diseases and so on.
    13-The Muslims believe that there are differences between Muslims and non-Muslims in specific rulings such as diyah (blood money), inheritance, marriage, guardianship in marriage, entering Makkah etc., as is explained in the books of Islamic fiqh (jurisprudence). This is based on the commands of Allaah and His Messenger Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him). We cannot regard as equal one who believes in Allaah alone with no partner or associate and one who disbelieves in Allaah or one who disbelieves in Allaah and joins others in worship with Him, or who turns away from the true religion.
    14-Muslims are commanded to call people to Allaah in all the Muslim countries and other lands. They must convey the true religion of Allaah to the world and build mosques in all parts of the world, and send daa’iyahs (callers) to non-Muslim countries and invite their leaders to enter the religion of Allaah.
    15-The Muslims believe that other people who are following other religions are not following any true religion, so the Muslims do not allow others to send missionaries to build churches in Muslim countries. Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):
    “Is then he who is a believer like him who is a Faasiq (disbeliever and disobedient to Allaah)? Not equal are they”
    [al-Sajdah 32:18]
    Whoever thinks that Islam is equal to other religions is making a serious mistake. But the Muslim scholars have opened the door to debate with non-Muslims and allow the opportunity to discuss with and listen to non-Muslims and explain the truth to them.
    Finally, Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):
    “Say (O Muhammad): O people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians): Come to a word that is just between us and you, that we worship none but Allaah (Alone), and that we associate no partners with Him, and that none of us shall take others as lords besides Allaah.’ Then, if they turn away, say: ‘Bear witness that we are Muslims’”
    [Aal ‘Imraan 3:64]
    “And had the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians) believed, it would have been better for them”
    [Aal ‘Imraan 3:110].

    Making du’aa’ for parents when one is not sure whether they became Muslim or not

    A person became Muslim, and his parents were kaafirs. He was taken prisoner (or enslaved) as a young child, and his parents died without him ever knowing whether they became Muslim or not. He thinks his mother most likely became Muslim, but not his father. Can he pray for forgiveness for them and make du’aa’ asking Allaah to show mercy towards them?
    Praise be to Allaah.
    It is not permissible for him to make du’aa’ for them by name, because all he knows for sure is that they remained kaafirs, and it is haraam to make du’aa’ for a kaafir.
    Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):
    “It is not proper for the Prophet and those who believe to ask Allaah’s Forgiveness for the mushrikeen (polytheists, idolaters, pagans, disbelievers in the Oneness of Allaah) even though they be of kin, after it has become clear to them that they are the dwellers of the Fire.”
    [al-Tawbah 9:113]
    But it is mustahabb to make ask Allaah to forgive and show mercy to every Muslim, which includes whoever became Muslim from among his father, mother, grandfathers and grandmothers, all the way back to Adam and Hawwa, peace be upon them. And Allaah knows best.

    Always first understand the meaning of the word and then apply it. But many want to exploit religion for selfish reasons. That is why the students of these school masters or the moral teachers teaching the moral laws are called Disciples. Moral laws are based upon the natural instincts of tit-for-tat. If the roots of the moral laws are based upon “His Word”, then they are sound otherwise they are of the sons of Satan of the highest order Al-Djmar Al-Aksa. He propagates KUFARS, KOORR or falsehoods that are sweeter than honey or sugar-coated tablets that lead to massive destructions during the sectarian riots. So, an ideal Priest should have the basic knowledge of “His Word” or of Super Natural God Which dominates the Nature. Christ Jesus demonstrated this when He made Twelve sparrows of clay on a Sabbath day and put life into them so that the spiritually blind Rabbi complaining about Him could see the Powers of the Super Natural God called Eloheim, Par Brahm, Allah, etc. An ideal Rabbi has been defined by Christ Jesus in Matt.13.v52:- Then He told them, “That is why every scribe or the moral teacher who has been trained for the kingdom of heaven is like the school master, Rabbi, of a household, Synagogue, who brings forth both new, “His Word” that cannot be written down in ink on paper called Oral Torah and old things, the Scriptures that is written down in ink on paper for the once-born children to be taught, the Disciples, in their class rooms, out of his Treasure Chest, the knowledge”.
    That is why Christ Paul equated Scriptures to “Milk for the once-born natural babies” and “His Word” called Gospel that is always received by an individual seeker, the twice-born, to “Meat”, the Flesh of Jesus. As Gospel cannot be revealed to all but the sensible twice-born people possessing holy spirit, common sense, it is presented in Parables or puzzles that a once-born cannot decipher.
    Now, there is much Light in the East and people over there are more enlightened. Greed is also greatest of all in the world and for the sake of money they will exploit religious concepts. Islam of Mullah presents the excellent way of life based upon the generosity of the Gentile who never die for they do not live to die. This is represented by the Samaritan man who picked up a wounded person without asking him his tribal identity as the Jewish Rabbis, Pharisee, etc. wanted to know before helping. People of the West have such qualities but they are totally missing in the East.A
    This Dark Age belongs to Khatris, who are very greedy people and they have no religion but thieves. That is why the greatest spiritual Doctor Satguru Nanak Dev Ji appeared among these spiritually sick people and the Khatri were not allowed to rule India directly for their greed was too much. This fulfils the Saying of Christ Jesus, “Lightning strikes in the East, Gospel originates from the East but shineth towards the West, the people of the West would appreciate the Light and not the greedy people of the East”. Western scholars like Trump and McLeod have done research on Sikhism, but the satanic Khatris did not like to be exposed. McLeod mentioned that around 0.9 per cent Khatris, 1.3 per cent Arorras and the maximum of 67 per cent by the Jatts, the highest appreciative people. I am a Jatt and my people are farmers and serve military but the Khatris are mostly business men cheating people.
    Time of Justice is approaching when during the riots, the poor shall kill the rich and their ill-gotten wealth will become a noose around their necks.
    In short, always deal with people who identify themselves through the tribal surname, a son of Man whilst those who conceal their tribal surnames are Bastard Al-Djmar Al-Wusta. Almost 90 per cent Pakistani hide their tribal identities and Jatts hide the least. That is why Jatts are more considerate in dealing with religious people but the sons of Satan have no conscience.
    Thus, 99 per cent Mohammedans in Pakistan and India are KAFIR who take bribes, cheat, fleece, etc. You will find more Muslims in the West, who may not be Mohammedans.

    No. A Muslim is friendly to every one. If dawa is the purpose, then being friendly to everyone is an obligation. A Muslim must care and feel for those whom he is giving dawa to. It is not enough to just stand and give a talk. Rather it requires building relationships to influence others and to genuinely care for those among whom we are living. Prophet Muhammad deeply cared for Makkan Mushriks. Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him. He prayed, cried and tried his best to save them from hell-fire. Even his enemies were treated not only with kindness, but, with genuine concern for them. The story of woman who used to throw garbage on the Prophet whenever he went by her house, portrays the picture of a person with deep love for even those who would actively oppose him. One day when the woman became sick, the Prophet not seeing her there became concerned for her and went to visit her1,2. Also, the rights of neighbors as taught to us by the Prophet extend to non Muslims as well. The confusion comes because of the wrong understanding of the words “wali” and “kafir,” and the misinterpretation of the ayah:

    You who believe, do not enlist kafirs as wali, instead of mumineen (4:144).

    The word “wali” is used both in the sense of taking as a friend as well as a protector. The word “friendship” can also be at many different levels and mean different things. It can range from helping someone and treating someone kindly to becoming a “buddy”. But in all cases it means a relationship at equal level from both sides. On the other hand “wali” is not usually used in the sense of relationship at an equal level, but, where one has more power than other or acts as a patron. It is in this sense that Allah calls Himself as wali of all believers. And it is in this sense that Muslims are asked not to take their fathers and their brothers as wali if they prefer kufr over Iman:

    You who believe, do not take your fathers and your brothers on as wali if they prefer kufr rather than Iman (9:23).

    But it does not imply dissolving those relationships. Kufr is an act and not just a label for all non-Muslims. There is a difference between the term “non-Muslim” and “kafir.” Kafir is the one who after knowing Islam rejects it. Whereas a non Muslim could be any non-Muslim who has neither studied Islam nor has made a conscious decision of rejecting it as is also evident from the following verse: “Those who disbelieve among the people of the book and among the polytheists… (98:6).” Therefore, Kufr is something that people actively do after knowing the truth. It is they who should neither be taken as protectors nor as friends, but still must be treated justly and in a fitting manner. The Prophet used to keep good relations with non-Muslims, keep their trusts, eat their food and visit them when they were sick.

    What is forbidden is the relationship of wilayah with Kafirs (who knowingly reject Islam). But, even in that case there are exceptions. The Prophet sought protection from different leaders of Quraysh when reentering Makkah from the Dawa trip of Taif. He finally received the protection from Mut‘im the chief of Nawfal tribe1,2. Abu Bakr Siddique also returned to Makkah aborting his migration to Habasha when Ibn ad-Dughunnah, a non-Muslim Bedouin chief offered him his protection to stay in Makkah and became his Wali. But when Abu Bakr’s crying while reading Quran outside his home became a dawa attraction, he told Abu Bakr that I did not give you protection to let you change the heart of my people. On that Abu Bakr let him revoke his protection, without compromising his right of dawa.1,2 The Prophet had kind relationship with non Muslims all the time in weakness as well as in strength. Therefore the principle is that hikmah of time and space will determine whose help or protection a Muslim may seek or not seek.

    One must be careful, however, in using this provision and it should not be used to justify the unjustifiable. The perspective which I am presenting here deals with individual behavior. It does not deal with international relations of governments which is a relevant but different topic.

      A Muslim has the full right granted by God to do the following to infidels:

      Infidels can be murdered by Muslims as an ETERNAL LAW OF GOD. Not only can they all be murdered but the wives and daughters of the murdered infidels can be taken as booty, raped, and then sold as slaves. That’s right – God permits the raping of female slaves. Indeed in Islam – rape is not a only a sexual weapon – it is a weapon of war. Having murdered the woman’s man, Muslims can now – sanctioned by the law of God complete their final humiliation and domination of her body. Her sons can be sold into slavery. If there is any doubt as to the boy’s age of puberty – Muslims can pull down their pants and inspect their genital area for hairs. Even the slightest sign of hair growth means that these young men can be taken and beheaded. These infidel women can then be bred like cattle and their off spring sold for profit. As an ETERNAL LAW OF GOD, Muslims can then loot and pillage the property of the murdered infidels, and must share 1/5 of the booty obtained from the sale of boys and women and the proceeds of looting with God. Muslims can own slaves as an ETERNAL LAW OF GOD. Slavery has been an integral institutionalized part of Islam since it’s creation by Muhammad.
      The Names of Muhammad’s Slaves
      The Prophet owned some male and female slaves, among whom were the following:
      Ibn al-Qayyim said:
      Zayd ibn Haarithah ibn Shuraaheel, the beloved of the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him). He freed him and arranged his marriage to his freed slave woman Umm Ayman, and she bore him Usaamah. His other slaves include Aslam, Abu Raafi’, Thawbaan, Abu Kabshah Sulaym, Shaqraan (whose name was Saalih), Rabaah (who was Nubian), Yassaar (who was also Nubian and was killed by the ‘Arniyeen); Mid’am and Kirkirah (another Nubian) – these two were killed at Khaybar. They also included Anjashah al-Haadi and Safeenah ibn Farookh, whose real name was Mihraan, but the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) called him Safeenah (= “ship”) because they used to make him carry their luggage when they traveled, so he said, “You are a ship (anta safeenah).” Abu Haatim said that the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) freed him; someone else said that Umm Salamah freed him. The Prophet’s slaves also included Anasah, whose nickname was Abu Mashrah; Aflah; ‘Ubayd; Tahmaan – also known as Keesaan; Dhakwaan; Mihraan; Marwaan – although it was said that this was another name of Tahmaan, and Allaah knows best; Hunayn; Sandar; Fudaalah (who was Yemeni); Maaboor (who was a eunuch); Waaqid; Abu Waaqid; Qassaam; Abu ‘Usayb and Abu Muwayhabah.
      His female slaves included: Salma (Umm Raafi’); Maymoonah bint Sa’d; Khadrah; Radwa; Razeenah; Umm Dameerah; Maymoonah bint Abi ‘Usayb; Maariyah and Rayhaanah.

      (A) Male Slaves:
      Ibn Qayyim al-Jawziyya relies always on the prophet’s biographies written by great ancient scholars. Therefore, he is regarded by Muslims as an authority, a primary source and a leader among the students of the Islamic religion. This scholar tells us in his book, “Zad al-Ma’ad” (part 1, pp. 114, 115, and 116), the following,
      “These are the names of Muhammad’s male slaves:

      Yakan Abu Sharh, Aflah, ‘Ubayd, Dhakwan, Tahman, Mirwan, Hunayn, Sanad, Fadala Yamamin, Anjasha al-Hadi, Mad’am, Karkara, Abu Rafi’, Thawban, Ab Kabsha, Salih, Rabah, Yara Nubyan, Fadila, Waqid, Mabur, Abu Waqid, Kasam, Abu ‘Ayb, Abu Muwayhiba, Zayd Ibn Haritha, and also a black slave called Mahran, who was re-named (by Muhammad) Safina (`ship’).

      He himself relates his own story; he says:
      “The apostle of God and his companions went on a trip. (When) their belongings became too heavy for them to carry, Muhammad told me, `Spread your garment.’ They filled it with their belongings, and then they put it on me. The apostle of God told me, `Carry (it), for you are a ship.’

      Muhammad owned 40 slaves. Muhammad was allowed by a ETERNAL LAW OF God to rape his slaves ALLTHIS EVIL ARE THE LAWS OF GOD AS SET DOWN IN THE KORAN. A rough estimate by Raphael Moore in History of Asia Minor is that another 50 million died in wars by jihad. So counting the million African Christians killed in the 20th century we have:

      No God who is God would ever teach the following words of violence, war, terror, murder. Can you imagine that Muslims are allowed by God to murder a free men or a slave or a woman in retaliation for the killing of one of their freeman, slave, or woman. Is this a rational, reasonable human thought? You can hear Muhammad yelling at his followers – “ Slay the Idolaters’” giving instructions of war – “ lie in wait for them in every ambush” Do you think God, Creator of the universe would order murder and micro manage these murders telling Muhammad how to kill his prey.       72 Virgins and Boys
      Muslims are motivated to terrorism because the Quran tells them that fighting non-believers is a duty of every Muslim and the only way to be certain of going to heaven to enjoy untold sensual pleasures is to die fighting in the cause of Allah.

      If they can make it to heaven, one of the rewards all Muslims are promised is 72 virgins. The number of virgins is not specified in Quran, it comes from a quotation of Muhammad recorded in one of the lesser known Hadith. (“Hadith” is an Arabic word meaning traditions. After Muhammad’s death, several collections of his deeds and sayings were assembled. These collections are called Hadith and form the second most authoritative document is Islam, right after the Quran.)

      VIRGINS (Houris):
      Mohammed knew that sex would sell very well among the group of his followers who were motivated to fight battles by the promise of sex slaves and booty. By constantly emphasizing to his followers that they would get untouched virgins in Paradise, Mohammed is clearly expressing his “high” opinion of the institution of marriage and his fairness to women. Once the followers go to heaven, they can conveniently ditch their wives for the fresher and more pleasurable sexual encounters with ‘Houris’ (beautiful virgins). The poor wives who gave up their virginity for the pleasure of their husbands do not get anything. But wait, Allah is all merciful! He gives the wives the rare honour of watching their husbands deflower those 72 Houris (virgins) and 28 young pre-pubescent boys.

      The specific Hadith in which the number of virgins is specified is Hadith Al-Tirmidhi in the Book of Sunah (volume IV, chapters on The Features of Paradise as described by the Messenger of Allah, chapter 21, About the Smallest Reward for the People of Paradise. The same hadith is also quoted by Ibn Kathir in his Quranic commentary (Tafsir) of Surah Al-Rahman:

      “The Prophet Muhammad was heard saying: ‘The smallest reward for the people of paradise is an abode where there are 80,000 servants and 72 wives, over which stands a dome decorated with pearls, aquamarine, and ruby, as wide as the distance from Al-Jabiyah [a Damascus suburb] to Sana’a [Yemen].”

      (QURAN 37:40-4 : “In the Gardens of Paradise, Facing one another on thrones, Round them will be passed a cup of pure wine; White, delicious to the drinkers, Neither they will have any kind of hurt, abdominal pain, headache, or sin, nor will they suffer intoxication from it. And with them will be chaste females, restraining their glances, with wide and beautiful eyes.”

      (QURAN 44:51-55): “Verily! The righteous will be in Paradise. Among Gardens and Springs; Dressed in fine silk and also in thick silk, facing each other, and We shall marry them to Houris with wide, lovely eyes.”

      (QURAN 52: 17-20): “Verily, for those who fear Allah there will be Gardens in Paradise, filled with Delight. Enjoying in that which their Lord has bestowed on them, and the fact that their Lord saved them from the torment of the blazing Fire. The Lord will say: ‘Eat and drink with happiness because of what you used to do’. They will recline with ease on thrones arranged in ranks. And We shall marry them to Houris with wide lovely eyes.”

      (QURAN 55:54-59): “Reclining upon the couches lined with silk brocade, and the fruits of the Gardens will be near at hand. Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you deny? Wherein will be those houris, restraining their glances upon their husbands, whom no man or jinn has opened their hymens with sexual intercourse before. Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you deny? In beauty they are like rubies and coral. Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you deny?”

      (QURAN 55:70-77): “Therein gardens will be fair wives good and beautiful; Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you deny? Houris restrained in pavilions; Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you deny? Whom no man has opened their hymens with sexual intercourse before. Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you deny? Reclining on green cushions and rich beautiful mattresses. Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you deny?”

      (QURAN 56:37-40): “…We created the houris and made them virgins, loving companions for those on the right hand….”

      (QURAN 78:31-34): “As for the righteous, they shall surely triumph. Theirs shall be gardens and vineyards, and high-bosomed virgins for companions: a truly overflowing cup.”

      Two points need to be noted. First, there is no mention anywhere in the Quran of the actual number of virgins available in paradise, and second, the dark-eyed damsels are available for all Muslims, not just martyrs. It is in the Islamic Traditions that we find the 72 virgins in heaven specified: in a Hadith (Islamic Tradition) collected by Al-Tirmidhi (died 892 AD) in the Book of Sunan (volume IV, chapters on The Features of Paradise as described by the Messenger of Allah [Prophet Muhammad], chapter 21, About the Smallest Reward for the People of Paradise, (Hadith 2687). The same hadith is also quoted by Ibn Kathir (died 1373 CE ) in his Quranic commentary (Tafsir) of Surah Al-Rahman (55), verse 72: “The Prophet Muhammad was heard saying: ‘The smallest reward for the people of paradise is an abode where there are 80,000 servants and 72 wives, over which stands a dome decorated with pearls, aquamarine, and ruby, as wide as the distance from Al-Jabiyyah [a Damascus suburb] to Sana’a [Yemen]’.”

      An Hamas spokesman correctly uses the word martyr (shahid) and not suicide bomber, since those who blow themselves up almost daily in Israel and those who died on September 11 were dying in the noblest of all causes, Jihad, which is an incumbent religious duty, established in the Quran and in the Traditions as a divine institution, and enjoined for the purpose of advancing Islam. While suicide is forbidden, martyrdom is everywhere praised, welcomed, and urged: “By the Being in Whose Hand is my life, I love that I should be killed in the way of Allah; then I should be brought back to life and be killed again in His way…”; “The Prophet said, ‘Nobody who enters Paradise will ever like to return to this world even if he were offered everything, except the martyr who will desire to return to this world and be killed 10 times for the sake of the great honour that has been bestowed upon him’.” [Sahih Muslim, chapters 781, 782, The Merit of Jihad and the Merit of Martyrdom.]

      Eternal erection and virginity
      Modern apologists of Islam try to downplay the evident materialism and sexual implications of such descriptions, but, as the Encyclopaedia of Islam says, even orthodox Muslim theologians such as al Ghazali (died 1111 AD) and Al-Ash’ari (died 935 AD) have “admitted sensual pleasures into paradise”. The sensual pleasures are graphically elaborated by Al-Suyuti (died 1505 AD), Quranic commentator and polymath. He wrote: “Each time we sleep with a houri we find her virgin. Besides, the penis of the Elected never softens. The erection is eternal; the sensation that you feel each time you make love is utterly delicious and out of this world and were you to experience it in this world you would faint. Each chosen one [ie Muslim] will marry seventy [sic] houris, besides the women he married on earth, and all will have appetising vaginas.”

      BOYS.
      Homosexuality was and is widely practised in Islamic countries. To please the homosexuals among his followers he promised them pre-pubescent boys in Paradise. So after committing plunder, loot, rape and murder in this life, the followers of Islam get “rewarded” by untouched virginal youths who are fresh like pearls.
      (QURAN 52:24): “And there will go round boy-servants of theirs, to serve them as if they were preserved pearls.”
      (QURAN 56:17): “They will be served by immortal boys.”

      One of the reasons Nietzsche hated Christianity was that it “made something unclean out of sexuality”, whereas Islam, many would argue, was sex-positive. One cannot imagine any of the Church fathers writing ecstatically of heavenly sex as al-Suyuti did, with the possible exception of St Augustine before his conversion.

      In our Western world where many scientist purportedly believe in Evolution when in fact they do not inside, it is reported that when confronted with a question on this dichotomy of mind, their usual answer is: “I must believe in Evolution and reject Christianity for Christianity limits my sex life”.

      It seems then that this promise of sensual happiness and sexual bliss in paradise, not only is the motivator for the Islamic terrorists but it may even be a motivator for our secular evolutionists to join the rank of Islam.
      Again quoting– “Lo! Allah hath bought from the believers their lives and their wealth because the Garden will be theirs: they shall fight in the way of Allah and shall slay and be slain” 9:111

      Those who “fight in the way of ALLAH” and kill and are killed will achieve martyrdom and enter this Paradise (Garden).

      How can any normal person believe in Islam with such a pagan Paradise, believe in such an evil Allah (the ANTI GOD) , pray to such an evil book – the Quran.

      “As for the righteous (Muslims)…We (Allah) shall wed them to beautiful virgins with lustrous eyes” – Quran 44:51-54
      Estimates vary as to the number of virgins (2 to 72) per male Muslim in heaven (Sahih Bukhari 4:54:476, Al-Tirmidhi 2562). Actually the Tirmidhi Hadith states that 72 houris is the minimum, perhaps for the not so devout Muslims in the 7th heaven.

      Mohammed said: “The least reward for the people of paradise is 80,000 servants and 72 wives” – Al-Tirmidhi 2562, 2687.
      Prophets, suicide bombers and other Islamic martyrs in Islam’s first heaven may get up to 1000 virgins each. For maximum enjoyment of these numerous wives, Muslim men are guaranteed superb erection in heaven:

      Paradise for sexual intercourse”. It was questioned: “O prophet of Allah! Can he do that?” He said: “He will be given the strength of one hundred persons.'” (Mishkat al-Masabih 4:42:24; Sunan al-Tirmidhi 2536).

      When asked, “Do we have sex in Paradise?” Ibn Kathir, the renowned Islamic scholar explained: ‘Yes, by him who holds my soul in his hand, and it will be done…and when the sex is finished she will return pure and virgin again’ – Tafsir Ibn Kathir.

      Al-Suyuti (15th century) another famous Islamic theologian and Quranic comentator adds: “Each time we sleep with a houri we find her virgin. Besides, the penis of the Elected (Muslims in heaven) never softens. The erection is eternal; the sensation that you feel each time you make love is utterly delicious and out of this world …Each chosen Muslim will marry seventy houris, besides the women he married on earth, and all will have appetising vaginas.”

      With its offer of eternal erections and gratifying heavenly sex with virgins who “re-virginate” after sex, its little wonder Muslim terrorists, suicide bombers and other Islamic martyrs are in a hurry to enter Islam’s brothel paradise.

      Do you believe that God selected the evil murderer Muhammad to create a religion and then commanded that anyone who refused to believe in God’s religion – refused to believe the evil teachings of God and His Messenger – Muhammad must be murdered?

      You ticked the right point, and yes the source from where I quoted has missed the verse you pointed. Actually 9:23 says, “The following was revealed regarding those who refrained from emigrating because of their families and trade: O you who believe, do not take your fathers and brothers for your friends, if they prefer, if they have chosen, disbelief over belief; whoever of you takes them for friends, such are the evildoers.”

      Ali Sina uses this verse to prove that Muhammad was a Narcissist. This verse was revealed when, Muhammad was boycotted in Mecca, and thought of Migrating to Medina, he said his followers to Migrate, but some of his followers preferred their families and friends on Islam. Then the narcissist played his role by revealing the verse 9:23, to warn them that if they don’t migrate they will be among dis-believers who will be burnt in hell.

      Regarding the proposal you got from a Muslim, I think you should accept his friendship and know the Muhammad inside him, but see your safety first. That’s right..

          Once one of my friend, name Harpreet Kaur, was having chat with a Muslim guy. That guy asked her, what is her religion. She told she is Sikh but it doesn’t matter whatever faith you choose. Every religion is true ( This is Typical Indian mentality, Sarvdharm Sampann). That Muslim guy instantly replied, that only Islam is the true religion and Allah is the only GOD. This proves Muhammad’s characteristic of his Exclusive teaching and religion is within that Muslim guy.

            So, in short is friendship justified with that Muslim?

            Also refute the video I mentioned. This is most common muslim tactic to say that we are NOT bad. Someone else maligns us. Please refute asap

            I will try to go through the video and refute their claims as soon as possible. And yes, we can have friendship with Muslims, but we need to see our safety first.
