Myth of Indian Muslims being Moderate

Politically Correct Leaders, Muslim sympathizers and vote bank politics has forced us to believe that terrorism has no color or religion. It is often repeated that terrorists are terrorist by choice and common/moderate Muslims has nothing to do with Islamic terrorists, who wage war in name of Allah and defame the most peaceful religion of world. But before believing on these politicians we must ask our self, and should find the truth based on evidences we have today. Recently a shame for mankind, a monster, a terrorist by religion and choice Afzal Guru was hanged in Delhi, India for conspiracy, murder and waging war against India.

Afzal Guru was trained in Pakistan and as per his own confession he was active member of two Pakistan based terrorist organization Lashkar-e-Toiba (LET) and the Jaish-e-Mohammad (JEM). He said in an interview and admitted that he was behind 2001 Parliament attack with the help Pakistan based terrorist organization, he said:-

I was helping them. And these people were helping me. Their leader, Gazi Baba was supporting them from the back. He was from Pakistan. There chief was from Jammu and Kashmir. Jaish and his complete organisation were behind him (Gazi Baba). [Source]

For further details on his confession watch the following video:-

After all his confession and evidences against how can even a single human being, whether he is Muslim or Non-Muslims even think of defending him. But here is the case of against Indian Muslim is not of defending him, but lot more than that. After execution of Afzal Guru, number of his supporters came out on road and started rioting and protesting for him. Read the following report:-

Several rights groups across India and political groups in Indian Kashmir have said that Guru did not get a fair trial.

‘Serious questions have been raised about the fairness of Afzal Guru’s trial,’ Shashikumar Velath, Amnesty International India’s programmes director, said in a statement.

‘He did not receive legal representation of his choice or a lawyer with adequate experience at the trial stage. These concerns were not addressed,’ Mr Velath said.

Protests broke out today in at least four parts of Indian Kashmir, including Guru’s home town of Sopore, in the north-west of India.

Scores of protesters chanting slogans including ‘We want freedom’ and ‘Down with India’ defied a curfew and clashed with police and paramilitary troops, who opened fire.

Four protesters sustained bullet wounds and one of them was in critical condition, a senior police officer said on customary condition of anonymity.

Thousands of police and paramilitary troops fanned out across the state preparing for more protests and violence following the announcement of the execution. A curfew was also imposed in most parts of Indian Kashmir, and cable television channels were cut off in the region.

About 30 Kashmiri students and anti-death penalty activists clashed with Indian police and right-wing Hindu groups in New Delhi. Most of the protesters were detained by the police. [Source]

Protest and clashes was not the end. His supporters believe Afzal to be a Muslim hero, why not after all whatever he did was in complete accordance to Islamic holy scriptures. As the Quran says:-

Fighting is enjoined on you, and it is an object of dislike to you; and it may be that you dislike a thing while it is good for you, and it may be that you love a thing while it is evil for you, and Allah knows, while you do not know. Quran 2:216

Soon shall We cast terror into the hearts of the Unbelievers, for that they joined companions with Allah, for which He had sent no authority: their abode will be the Fire: And evil is the home of the wrong-doers! Quran 3:151

So for sure Afzal Guru is a Muslims hero, as he did what Allah has asked and commanded all his servants do. By above verse at-least we can be sure that terrorism has color and religion, and terrorism is not a choice but an obligation for those who believe in Allah and his great Prophet Muhammad.

Even before execution of Afzal Guru many Muslim leaders and activists tried to save this monster, so that he can kill some more innocent Non-Muslims. Ghulam Nabi Azad, then Chief Minister of J&K pleaded Prime Minister of India to defer from capital punishment of Afzal Guru, read the report:-

Guru, who was convicted for his role in the December 13, 2001 Parliament Attack case, was sentenced to death by the Supreme Court last year. This week, a sessions court in the capital fixed October 20 as the day for his hanging in Delhi’s Tihar jail.Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad has appealed to Prime Minister Manmohan Singh to defer the hanging of Mohammad Afzal Guru.

Azad is said to have conveyed to the Prime Minister that Guru’s hanging on the last Friday of Ramadan could send out wrong signals to the people of Jammu and Kashmir.

Meanwhile, political parties are participating in a shutdown in Srinagar to protest against Afzal’s hanging order. [Source]

But at last the monster who attacked the Parliament of world’s largest democracy is dead, but the ideology has not. There are thousands of more Muslim ready to become next Afzal Guru. In reality whole of Kashmir is shocked and grieving on death of their hero, as per his cousin. Even people in Pakistan are praying for Indian Muslim’s hero Afzal Guru.

So its good to listen what these politically correct people say, but hard to believe. In reality the moderate Muslims too contribute to major terrorist activities and terrorists by believing and supporting them, and this is proven by the reaction of Muslims on the execution of monster Afzal Guru.
