Al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP), the Islamist terrorist movement’s most active branch, based in Yemen, released an English-language magazine on how to carry out acts of terror.
Among other things, the magazine gives tips on how to wage jihad, warns France to end its military intervention in Mali, and urged terrorists to attack 11 public figures in the West who were specifically named.
