She says he came in her bedroom, lied down behind her, undress her undergarment and put his private part from behind to front. she is not sure if it was entered or not. he left it there a while and then went away. I have thrown him out the day if found out. He denies it but i don’t believe him. He says it is unintentional if it happened. Could i give him another chance. He says he realizes his faults now and that he was away from deen and zikr and it is very important to be focused with Islam If i look at whats happened i hate this man. but when i look at the 17 years we’ve spent together i feel emotionally shattered. Two people who have been told the situation say that in Islamic shariah we could no longer live as husband and wife after his action. I don;t event know if I can live with him anymore but would still like to rectify the situation. Please could you tell me is our nikah now haraam.

Solution

All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad , is His slave and Messenger.

What this man did is a great, abominable and obnoxious sin. In addition to its being a great sin, it is contrary to the Fitrah and the natural predisposition of human beings as we have clarified in Fataawa 88782 and86063.

Dear Sister, what your husband did does not make you forbidden for him and it does not invalidate the marriage. However, you should conceal his sin and not disclose it to people, especially since he claims that he has repented and has become righteous, and that he even denies doing it.

Nevertheless, you should be careful of him and not leave any occasion for him to be in seclusion with your daughter lest he should do the same thing again as he cannot be trusted. Also, your daughter should observe Hijaab in front of him as long as it is feared that he would commit what is forbidden with her.

This fatwa is amazing, isn’t it? Now all Muslims can rape their daughters and its their wife duty to conceal it. In Islam a rapist is forgiven if he simply repents. Islam is best religion for those who are rapists.

    The Muslims abide by the concept that time excuses crime.

    In those days, during Muhammed’s time…
    a) Women were treated like animals in Prophet Muhammed’s days
    b) Sexual intercourse with a 9 year old girl was accepted in Prophet Muhammed’s days
    c) Muslims today excuse Muhammed’s horrendous behavior by saying that what happened in the year 610 AD, during Muhammed’s time, was acceptable in those days (even though the same behavior is not accepted today in 2014 AD)

    The difference between Muhammed and Jesus is clear, and that is – Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever (Hebrews 13:8).

    Muhammed raped, plundered, murdered in those days and it was acceptable in those days, but definitely NOT TODAY. But get this people …. Jesus on the other hand, healed, blessed, sacrificed and lived in purity which is ACCEPTABLE yesterday, today and forever!

    Jesus, our Messiah, is definitely the role model to follow.

      This word ‘BUT’ which in Arabic is “INNAMA” brings out the true disbelief of Abu Bakr regarding the request, which of course turned out to be an unchallengeable demand.

      Abu Bakr’s shock is evidence that what Muhammad was demanding was against the social norms of even the pagans of 1400 years ago. Since his companions actually believed him as the messenger of Allah, Muhammad was able to fulfill each and every one of his fantasies, lusts & desires.

Unexpectedly Allah’s apostle came to me in the forenoon and my mother handed me over to him, and at that time I was a girl of nine years of age.

      Narrated ‘Aisha: I used to play with the dolls in the presence of the prophet, & my girl friends also used to play with me. When Allah’s apostle used to enter (my dwelling place) they used to hide themselves, but the prophet would call them to join & play with me. (the playing with the dolls & similar images is forbidden, but it was allowed for ‘Aisha at that time, as she was a little girl, not yet reached the age of puberty.) (Fateh-al-bari page 143, vol.13)

      HOW TO THIGH
      WANKING BETWEEN THE THIGHS OF A CHILD!

      Now let us see how thighing is practiced on a female child & who began this evil practice. According to an official Fatwa issued in Saudi Arabia, the prophet Muhammad began to practice thighing his child-bride, Aisha when she was 6 years old until she reached 9 years of age (Fatwa No. 31409). The hadith mentioned the prophet Muhammad started performing literal sex with Aisha ONLY when she reached the age of 9 (Sahih al-Bukhari, book 62, hadith No. 89).

      Muslim scholars collectively agree, a child becomes an adult, available for sexual intercourse as soon as she reaches the age of nine. Likewise, the Shari’a allows any of the faithful to marry a six-year-old child.
      According to the fatwa, the prophet Muhammad could not have sex with his fiancée, Aisha when she was six due to her small size & age. However, the fatwa said that at age six, he would put his penis between her thighs and massage it gently because he did not want to harm her.

      Imagine a man of 51 removing the clothes of a 6-year-old girl and slipping his erect penis between her thighs, rubbing her until he ejaculated and his semen ran down her thighs. To this day, this is considered a benevolent act on the part of the adult male “not wanting to harm her.” What harm could be inflicted upon a young girl mentally and emotionally if not a grown man showing her his penis and stripping her of her clothes and rubbing his male organ between her legs?

      Of course the twisted mind that does such an evil to a female child, would not hesitate to ejaculate on her body. And if this sexually perverted evil frame of mind committed such an act upon a child, the pedophile would not stop at ejaculating on her. His evil desire would go further and rape the child before she was a mature adult. This is exactly what Muhammad did to Aisha when she was yet a child of 9.

      Before she reached puberty, he began to have sex with her. Let us see what the fatwa said about the prophet of Islam and his child-bride, Aisha.“Praise be to Allah and peace be upon the one after whom there is no [further] prophet. After the permanent committee for the scientific research and fatwas (religious decrees) reviewed the question presented to the grand Mufti Abu Abdullah Muhammad Al-Shamari, with reference number 1809 issued on 3/8/1421(Islamic calendar).

      The inquirer asked the following:‘It has become wide spread these days, and especially during weddings, the habit of mufakhathat of the children (mufakhathat literally translated means “placing between the thighs of children” which means placing the male erected penis between the thighs of a child). What is the opinion of scholars knowing full well that the prophet, the peace and prayers of Allah be upon him, also practiced the “thighing” of Aisha – the mother of believers ?’
      After the committee studied the issue, they gave the following reply: ‘It has not been the practice of the Muslims throughout the centuries to resort to this unlawful practice that has come to our countries from pornographic movies that the kofar (infidels) and enemies of Islam send. As for the Prophet, peace and prayers of Allah be upon him, thighing his fiancée Aisha. She was six years of age and he could not have intercourse with her due to her small age.

      That is why the prophet peace and prayers of Allah be upon him placed his penis between her thighs and massaged it lightly, as the apostle of Allah had control of his penis not like other believers’” (Fatwa No. 31409).

      Thighing of children is practiced in many Arab and Muslim countries, notably in Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Iran, and the Gulf countries. Also evil practices like altamatu’a bil almuka’aba (pleasure from sexual contact with her breasts), altamatu’a bil alsagirah (pleasure from sexual contact with a baby girl), altamatu’a bil alradi’ah, (pleasure from sexual contact with a suckling female infant), (Reported by Baharini Women’s Rights Activist, Ghada Jamshir)

      I used to wash the traces of Janaba (semen) from the clothes of the Prophet and he used to go for prayers while traces of water were still on it (water spots were still visible).

      I asked ‘Aisha about the clothes soiled with semen. She replied, “I used to wash it off the clothes of Allah’s Apostle and he would go for the prayer while water spots were still visible. ”

      Mohammed heard one of his wives was leaving him, so he rushed home where he found her on the carpet in front of the tent with her belongings; he sat down beside her & said, “I heard you were planning to leave me?”
      She replied, “Yes, I heard your other wives saying, you were a pedophile!”
      Mohammed thinks for a minute or so & then responds,
      “that’s a mighty big word for a 6 year old child.”

      MARRYING LITTLE GIRLS

      Islam does allow you to marry pre-menstruating girls. The following verse is from At-Talaq (or Divorce). Islam’s main concern during a divorce is knowing who the father is (in case of a pregnancy). The waiting period is known as iddah.

      65.4 Such of your women as have passed the age of monthly courses, for them the prescribed period, if you have any doubts, is three months, AND FOR THOSE WHO HAVE NO COURSES (it is the same): for those who are pregnant, their period is until they deliver their burdens: and for those who fear Allah, He will make things easy for them.

      And [as for] those of your women who (read allā’ī or allā’i in both instances) no longer expect to menstruate, if you have any doubts, about their waiting period, their prescribed [waiting] period shall be three months, and [also for] those who have NOT YET MENSTRUATED, because of their YOUNG AGE, their period shall [also] be three months — both cases apply to other than those whose spouses have died; for these [latter] their period is prescribed in the verse: they shall wait by themselves for four months and ten [days] [Q. 2:234]. And whoever fears God, He will make matters ease for him, in this world and in the Hereafter.

Said Muqatil: “When the verse (Women who are divorced shall wait, keeping themselves apart…), Kallad ibn al-Nu‘man ibn Qays al-Ansari said: ‘O Messenger of Allah, what is the waiting period of the woman who does not menstruate and the woman who has not menstruated yet? And what is the waiting period of the pregnant woman?’ And so Allah, exalted is He, revealed this verse”. Abu Ishaq al-Muqri’ informed us Muhammad ibn ‘Abd Allah ibn Hamdun> Makki ibn ‘Abdan Abu’l-Azhar Asbat ibn Muhammad Mutarrif Abu ‘Uthman ‘Amr ibn Salim who said: “When the waiting period for divorced and widowed women was mentioned in Surah al-Baqarah, Ubayy ibn Ka‘b said: ‘O Messenger of Allah, some women of Medina are saying: there are other women who have not been mentioned!’ He asked him: ‘And who are they?’ He said: ‘Those WHO ARE TOO YOUNG [such that they have not started menstruating yet], those who are too old [whose menstruation has stopped] and those who are pregnant’. And so this verse (And for such of your women as despair of menstruation…) was revealed”.

      Narrated Abu Said Al-Khudri: Once Allah’s Apostle went out to the Musalla (to offer the prayer) o ‘Id-al-Adha or Al-Fitr prayer. Then he passed by the women and said, “O women! Give alms, as I have seen that the majority of the dwellers of Hell-fire were you (women).” They asked, “Why is it so, O Allah’s Apostle ?” He replied, “You curse frequently and are ungrateful to your husbands. I have not seen anyone more deficient in intelligence and religion than you.

      A cautious sensible man could be led astray by you.” The women asked, “O Allah’s Apostle! What is deficient in our intelligence and religion?” He said, “Is not the evidence of two women equal to the witness of one man?” YES! He said, “This is the deficiency in her intelligence.
      Isn’t it true that a woman can neither pray nor fast during her menses?” YES!.
      He said, “This is the deficiency in her religion.” Bukhari (Book #6, Hadith #301)

      MUSLIM WOMEN ARE DOGS, PIGS,
      Allah hated women with a passion. He despised all female homo sapiens both Muslim and infidel women. With such a deep hatred and loathing I don’t even know why he bothered to create Eve. Being God, why didn’t he just create man with both a penis and vagina and reproductive organs. Following are the immoral, depraved, insane, despicable LAWS of an immoral, depraved, despicable insane GOD.
      No rational, normal person can believe in such a God of hate.
      Muhammad described women as “unclean” creatures. Muhammad says, “3 things corrupt prayer: Women, dogs, and donkeys.” There are several other sayings in which Muhammad reduced women to the level of an animal. “Woman is a vile beast,” and “I think that women were created for nothing but evil.”

      BABY TILTHS:

      65.4 You can marry little girls who have not yet reached menstruation age.

      Muhammad married Ayesha at age 6 to comply with this aya. He had to restrict himself to thighing before age of 9.

      Thighing is defined by Islamic scholar Khomeini in “Tahrirolvasyleh” fourth volume, Darol Elm, Gom, Iran, 1990 as follows:

      “Thighing is a means for an adult male to enjoy a young girl who is still in the age of weaning; meaning to place his penis between her thighs, and to kiss her.”

      The following is from a committee of muslim ulema answering the question:
      “the Prophet, the peace of Allah be upon him, practiced “thighing” of Aisha – the mother of believers – may Allah be pleased with her.”

      SEX AFTER FLOGGING:
      Bukhari Volume 7, Book 62, Number 132:
      Narrated ‘Abdullah bin Zam’a:

      The Prophet said, “None of you should flog his wife as he flogs a slave and then have sexual intercourse with her in the last part of the day.”
      Ideally when you flog one of your wives, let her recuperate that day and sleep with your other wives or your slave girls

      HOW TO BEAT YOUR WIFE TO AVOID BREAKING HER BONES
      Islamic way of beating or flogging wives is striking at their padded areas to avoid breaking any bones. Here is an example how considerate our prophet was when he beat his wives on their padded parts.

      Muslim Book 004, Number 2127:
      Ayesha narrated. “He struck me on the chest which caused me pain.”
      (However if your wife is breast feeding, prefer to strike on her buttocks

      CIRCUMCISION OF WOMEN:

      It was customary to cut the external female genitalia completely when circumcising women. The Prophet instructed to do cutting in moderation. That showed his kindness and concern for women’s pleasure in love making.

      Narrated Umm Atiyyah al-Ansariyyah:

      A woman used to perform circumcision in Medina. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said to her: Do not cut severely as that is better for a woman and more desirable for a husband.

      ONE NIGHT SEX PERKS FOR PROPHET:

      33.50 Mohammed, any woman who offered herself to you is halal for you.
      Obligation to practice this aya made logistics a big problem for Muhammad who already had nine wives, his concubines, and a regular supply of captured women from jihadi raids. But Allah’s wishes had to be carried out.

        Muhammad’s father in law, Umar bin Khattab, the second rightly guided khalifa, married a child, Umm Kulthum. Umm Khultum was about 9 years old when she was married.         Arabs were a primitive lot with little rules to abide. Yet they had some code of ethics that they honored scrupulously. For example, although they fought all the year round, they abstained from hostilities during certain holy months of the year. They also considered Mecca to be a holy city and did not make war against it. A adopted son’s wife was deemed to be a daughter in law and they would not marry her. Also it was customary that close friends made a pact of brotherhood and considered each other as true brothers. The Prophet disregarded all of these rules anytime they stood between him and his interests or whims.
        Abu Bakr and Muhammad had pledged to each other to be brothers. So according to their customs Ayesha was supposed to be like a niece to the “Holy Prophet” of Mecca. Yet that did not stop him asking Abu Bakr for her hand, even when she was only six years old.
        But this moral relativist “Holy Prophet” of Mecca would use the same excuse to reject a woman he did not like.

        It was said to the Prophet, “Won’t you marry the daughter of Hamza?” He said, “She is my foster niece (brother’s daughter). ”

        Narrated Hisham’s father:
        Khadija died three years before the Prophet departed to Medina. He stayed there for two years or so and then he married ‘Aisha when she was a girl of six years of age, and he consumed that marriage when she was nine years old.

        The Prophet engaged me when I was a girl of six (years). We went to Medina and stayed at the home of Bani-al-Harith bin Khazraj. Then I got ill and my hair fell down.         The Apostle of Allah (peace_be_upon_him) married me when I was seven or six. When we came to Medina, some women came. according to Bishr’s version: Umm Ruman came to me when I was swinging. They took me, made me prepared and decorated me. I was then brought to the Apostle of Allah (peace_be_upon_him), and he took up cohabitation with me when I was nine. She halted me at the door, and I burst into laughter.
        In the above hadith we read that Aisha was swinging, This is a play of little girls not grown up people. The following Hadith is particularly interesting because it shows that Aisha was so small that was not aware what was going on when the Holy Prophet “surprised” her by going to her.

        Narrated Aisha:
        When the Prophet married me, my mother came to me and made me enter the house (of the Prophet) and nothing surprised me but the coming of Allah’s Apostle to me in the forenoon.

        Must have been quite a surprise! But the following is also interesting because it demonstrates that she was just a kid playing with her dolls. Pay attention to what the interpreter wrote in the parenthesis. (She was a little girl, not yet reached the age of puberty)

        The holy Prophet died when he was 63. So he must have married Aisha when he as 51 and went to her when he was 54.

        I never felt so jealous of any woman as I did of Khadija, though she had died three years before the Prophet married me, and that was because I heard him mentioning her too often, and because his Lord had ordered him to give her the glad tidings that she would have a palace in Paradise, made of Qasab and because he used to slaughter a sheep and distribute its meat among her friends.

        Khadija died in December of 619 AD. That is two years before Hijra. At that time the Prophet was 51-years-old. So in the same year that Khadija died the prophet married Aisha and took her to his home 3 years later, i.e. one year after Hijra. But until she “grew up” he married Umm Salama.
        In another part Aisha claims that as long as she remembers her parents were always Muslims.
        Sahih Bukhari Volume 5, Book 58, Number 245
        Narrated ‘Aisha:
        (the wife of the Prophet) I never remembered my parents believing in any religion other than the true religion (i.e. Islam),
        If Ayesha was older i.e. 16 or 18 as some Muslims claim, she would have remembered the religion of her parents prior to becoming Muslims.

        Now someone may still claim that all these hadithes are lies. People are free to say whatever they want. But truth is clear like the Sun for those who have eyes.
        No sane person would be aroused by a 6-year-old child. Decent people wince at the thought of this shameful act. Yet some Muslims deny them. The question is why so many followers of Muhammad would fabricate so many false hadithes about the age of Aisha, which incidentally confirm each other?
        MUHAMMAD WOULD THIGH WITH BABY AISHA
        HOW TO THIGH & GET HIGH

        Now let us see how thighing is practiced on a female child & who began this evil practice. According to an official Fatwa issued in Saudi Arabia, the prophet Muhammad began to practice thighing his child-bride, Aisha when she was 6 years old until she reached 9 years of age (Fatwa No. 31409). The hadith mentioned the prophet Muhammad started performing literal sex with Aisha ONLY when she reached the age of 9 (Sahih al-Bukhari, book 62, hadith No. 89).

        Muslim scholars collectively agree, a child becomes an adult, available for sexual intercourse as soon as she reaches the age of nine. Likewise, the Shari’a allows any of the faithful to marry a six-year-old child.

        According to the fatwa, the prophet Muhammad could not have sex with his fiancée, Aisha when she was six due to her small size & age. However, the fatwa said that at age six, he would put his penis between her thighs and massage it gently because he did not want to harm her.

        Imagine a man of 51 removing the clothes of a 6-year-old girl and slipping his erect penis between her thighs, rubbing her until he ejaculated and his semen ran down her thighs. To this day, this is considered a benevolent act on the part of the adult male “not wanting to harm her.” What harm could be inflicted upon a young girl mentally and emotionally if not a grown man showing her his penis and stripping her of her clothes and rubbing his male organ between her legs?

        Of course the twisted mind that does such an evil to a female child, would not hesitate to ejaculate on her body. And if this sexually perverted evil frame of mind committed such an act upon a child, the pedophile would not stop at ejaculating on her. His evil desire would go further and rape the child before she was a mature adult. This is exactly what Muhammad did to Aisha when she was yet a child of 9.

        Before she reached puberty, he began to have sex with her. Let us see what the fatwa said about the prophet of Islam and his child-bride, Aisha.”Praise be to Allah and peace be upon the one after whom there is no [further] prophet. After the permanent committee for the scientific research and fatwas (religious decrees) reviewed the question presented to the grand Mufti Abu Abdullah Muhammad Al-Shamari, with reference number 1809 issued on 3/8/1421(Islamic calendar).

        The inquirer asked the following: ‘It has become wide spread these days, and especially during weddings, the habit of mufakhathat of the children (mufakhathat literally translated means “placing between the thighs of children” which means placing the male erected penis between the thighs of a child). What is the opinion of scholars knowing full well that the prophet, the peace and prayers of Allah be upon him, also practiced the “thighing” of Aisha – the mother of believers ?’

        After the committee studied the issue, they gave the following reply: ‘It has not been the practice of the Muslims throughout the centuries to resort to this unlawful practice that has come to our countries from pornographic movies that the kofar (infidels) and enemies of Islam send. As for the Prophet, peace and prayers of Allah be upon him, thighing his fiancée Aisha. She was six years of age and he could not have intercourse with her due to her small age.

        That is why the prophet peace and prayers of Allah be upon him placed his penis between her thighs and massaged it lightly, as the apostle of Allah had control of his penis not like other believers'” (Fatwa No. 31409).

        Thighing of children is practiced in many Arab and Muslim countries, notably in Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Iran, and the Gulf countries. Also evil practices like altamatu’a bil almuka’aba (pleasure from sexual contact with her breasts), altamatu’a bil alsagirah (pleasure from sexual contact with a baby girl), altamatu’a bil alradi’ah, (pleasure from sexual contact with a suckling female infant), (Reported by Baharini Women’s Rights Activist, Ghada Jamshir)

        Narrated jabir bin ‘abdullah:
        When I got married, Allah’s apostle said to me, “what type of lady have you married?” I replied, “I have married a matron.” he said, “why, don’t you have a liking for the virgins and for fondling them?” Jabir also said: Allah’s apostle said, “why didn’t you marry a young girl so that you might play with her and she with you?”
        Hence, Muhammad’s comments indicate that his reason for marrying Aisha while a young virgin is so that he could fondle and sexually play with her!
        AISHA WAS NOT THE ONLY BABY GIRL MUHAMMAD FANTASIZED ABOUT
        In the classic history, Sirat Rasul Allah (The Life of Muhammad) by Ibn Ishaq, there is an account in which Muhammad expressed a marital interest in a crawling baby. This event seems to have occurred around the time of the battle of of Badr, when he was about 55 years old. He had married Aisha two years earlier, when he was 53 years of age.
        (Suhayli, ii. 79: in the Riwaya of Yunus i. I. Recorded that the apostle saw her (Ummu’lfadl) when she was a baby crawling before him and said,
        ‘if she grows up and I am still alive I will marry her.’
        but he died before she grew up and sufyan b. Al-aswad b. ‘Abdu’l-asad al-Makhzumi married her and she bore him rizq and lubab… [Ibn Ishaq, The Life of Muhammad, Karachi, p. 311]
        Muhammad saw Um Habiba the daughter of Abbas while she was fatim (age of nursing) and he said, “if she grows up while I am still alive, I will marry her.” (Musnad Ahmad, number 25636)
        MUHAMMAD WOULD BATH & FONDLE AISHA
        Bukhari (6:298) – Muhammad would take a bath with the little Aisha and fondle her.
        Narrated ‘Aisha:
        The prophet and I used to take a bath from a single pot while we were junub. During the menses, he used to order me to put on an izar (dress worn below the waist) and used to fondle me. While in itikaf, he used to bring his head near me and I would wash it while I used to be in my periods (menses).
        MUHAMMAD CONSUMMATED HIS MARRIAGE TO BABY AISHA, WHEN SHE WAS 9
        Sunaan abu Dawud: book 11, number 2161:
        Narrated Aisha, Ummul Mu’minin:
        I and the apostle of Allah (peace_be_upon_him) used to lie in one cloth at night while I was menstruating. If anything from me smeared him, he washed the same place (that was smeared), and did not wash beyond it. If anything from him smeared his clothe, he washed the same place and did not wash beyond that, and prayed with it (i.e. The clothe).
        MUHAMMAD WOULD SEXUALLY ABUSE HIS WIVES
        Bukhari (6:300) – Muhammad’s wives had to be available for the prophet’s fondling even when they were having their menstrual period.
        Bukhari volume 1, book 6, number 299:
        Narrated ‘Abdur-rahman bin al-Aswad:
        …(on the authority of his father) ‘Aisha said: “Whenever Allah’s apostle wanted to fondle anyone of us during her periods (menses), he used to order her to put on an izar and start fondling her.” ‘Aisha added, “None of you could control his sexual desires as the prophet could.”
        WOMEN ARE SEXUAL OBJECTS
        Allah promoted this abusive sexual behavior:
        “Your women are a tilth for you (to cultivate) so go to your tilth as ye will” [Koran 2:223]
        Koran (2:223) likens a woman to a field (tilth), to be used by a man as he wills. In this verse, Allah also gives divine sanction for anal sex.
        According to Islam, Muhammad is the perfection of humanity and the prototype of the most wonderful human conduct. He had sex with Aisha at the age of nine, which amounts to rape of a minor. He also left behind an enduring legacy for aged Muslim men to fulfill their carnal desires contrary to natural law and to the life-long devastation of young girls.

        ALLAH PROMOTES PEDOPHILIA
        Quran 65.4 “and those of your women as have passed the age of monthly courses, for them the ‘iddah (prescribed divorce period), if you have doubts (about their periods), is three months, and for those who have no courses [(i.e. They are still immature) their ‘iddah (prescribed period) is three months likewise, except in case of death] . And for those who are pregnant (whether they are divorced or their husbands are dead), their ‘iddah (prescribed period) is until they deliver (their burdens) (give birth) and whosoever fears Allah and keeps his duty to him, he will make his matter easy for him.”
        Sura (65:4) lays down rules for divorce and sets the prescribed period for divorce. It clearly says, Muslim men can marry (and divorce) little girls who have not yet reached menstruation age. This means that Muslim men were allowed to marry baby girls. This is the eternal word of god. This is an eternal law of Allah. All Muslims must believe in this teaching. Otherwise, they are no longer Muslims but apostates of Islam.

        ALLAH ORDAINS RAPE
        “All married women (are forbidden unto you) save those (captives) whom your right hands possess.” 4:24
        You can have sex with slaves women captured in war (with whom you may rape or do whatever you like).
        Muhammad established an appalling precedent for abuse of young girls which is continued to be nurtured by the Muslim faithful. For example, Ayatollah Khomeini of Iran gave a fatwa about Quran 65.4:
        “A man can marry a girl younger than nine years of age, even if the girl is still a baby being breastfed. A man, however is prohibited from having intercourse with a girl younger than nine, other sexual acts such as foreplay, rubbing, kissing and sodomy is allowed. A man having intercourse with a girl younger than nine years of age has not committed a crime, but only an infraction, if the girl is not permanently damaged. If the girl, however, is permanently damaged, the man must provide for her all her life. But this girl will not count as one of the man’s four permanent wives. He also is not permitted to marry the girl’s sister.”
        MARRIAGE IN ISLAM: A WHOREHOUSE FOR MEN, A JAILHOUSE FOR WOMEN
        In the Quran, there is no word for marriage. The only word used is nikah, which means ‘having sex’ or ‘sexual intercourse’ in Arabic.
        WIVES IN ISLAM
        According to Quran a wife is some one with whom you have sex with.
        Different types of wives are:
        1. A paid wife with an open ended contract (House wife)
        2. A paid wife with a fixed term contract (Muta wife)
        3. A paid visitation only wife with a visitation contract (Misyar wife)
        4. Slave girl (bought gifted or captured)
        The price paid for vagina is called Mahr. Thus according to Quran a contract wife is like a whore who gets paid for her vagina called Mahr while a slave girl wife is like a whore who does not get paid a Mahr for her vagina.
        Q 4.24: Seek out wives by means of your wealth, and give those with whom ye have cohabited their price.
        APPROACH HER IN ANY WAY YOU WANT
        A wife has no say in the way the husband approaches her for enjoyment.
        Prophet said (Bukhari: Volume 7, Book 62, Number 81): “you are given the right to enjoy the women’s private parts”.
        Q 2.223: Your women are a tilth for you, so go to your tilth (have sexual relations in any manners), when or how you will. (trs. Hilali & Khan)
        WIVES CAN BE DUMPED AT WILL
        Like a client can dump a whore at will and pick up another one, the Quran says a husband can dump his wife and get another one.
        Q 4.20. If you want to exchange one wife for another than don’t take back any part of what you paid her.
        Hadiths say that Hasan Bin Ali, Prophet Mohammad’s beloved grand son, who died young, went through more than 70 wives in his short life.
        The husband is like a client of a whore. Once a wife is paid Mahr she is obliged to submit her private parts 24/7 to him.
        WHORES CAN DUMP A CLIENT, MUSLIM WIVES CANNOT DUMP HER HUSBAND
        If a whore changes her mind and does not want sex she can. She can return the money and kick him out. However, in Islam a wife does not have that liberty. Once the Mahr is paid her vagina is his to enjoy. She must submit to him any time he gets an urge.
        Ibn Majah 1854: “Prophet said if he asks her to surrender herself to him for sexual intercourse on a camel’s back, she should not refuse him even on a camel’s saddle.”
        However in our prophet’s case, whenever he had a huge urge (erection) and his child-wife got scared and ran away during foreplay, he had to catch her, bribe her with a new doll and drag her back to bed.
        SAYING NO COSTS ISLAMIC WIVES WHIPPING AND DIVINE CURSING
        If a wife refuses sex to a husband Allah ordered husbands to give her a good whipping.
        Quran 4.34: Scourge (whip) your wife if she does not obey.
        And ordered angels to curse her all night.
        Bukhari 4.54.460: “If a husband calls his wife to his bed for sex and if she , he angels will curse her till morning”.
        A WHIPPED WIFE MUST BE PUT ON AN INJURED LIST
        Once a wife is whipped badly, she cannot lie down and have sex without severe pain, seriously limiting the ways a husband can approach her thus violating aya 2.223. Our prophet told the momins to postpone sex with her.
        Bukhari Volume 7, Book 62, Number 132:
        The Prophet said, “When you flog your wife like you flog your slave then postpone the sexual intercourse.”
        VAGINA CONTRACTS
        OPEN-ENDED CONTRACT (REGULAR WIFE)
        A n open ended contract is signed for a negotiated price for an undetermined period. In addition wife gets boarding lodging and clothing. However if the husband decides to dump her, he can break the contract verbally and kick her out (4.20) any time he wants to but he cannot get any money back he paid for her vagina even if he used it for five minutes.
        Q 4.20: if you replace a wife by another, you cannot get any part of Mahr back even if it was a large sum.
        A broken contract cannot be renewed until the her vagina is used by another momin and is then released (halala).
        Q 2.230: And if he has divorced her, then she is not lawful unto him thereafter until she has sex with another husband. And if he has divorced her then she is not lawful unto him thereafter until she has married another husband. Then, if the other husband divorces her, it is no sin on both of them that they reunite.
        On the other hand a wife has no right to break a contract similarly. She can only break it if she can prove him to be impotent or insane in a court of law.
        SHORT-TERM CONTRACT or MUTA WIFE
        A man can sign a contract with a woman to use her vagina for a pre-determined period at negotiated price.
        The contract can be renewed without the requirement of interim use of her vagina by another man.
        VISITATION CONTRACT (MISYAR WIFE)
        In this contract a husband visits a misyar wife for sexual pleasure and pays her for each visit. The husband does not have to provide her boarding and lodging.
        WAYS TO ACQUIRE SLAVE GIRLS
        A slave girl doesn’t get paid Mahr for her vagina. She is acquired as a free gift (Maria was a free gift for Prophet from Egyptian king), bought from another owner (sometimes prophet took away pretty girls for free from their owners*) or captured after killing her father or husband (prophet took 20% of the captured women from a raid booty).
        Sahih Muslim, Book 019, Number 4345:
        It has been narrated on the authority of Salama (b. al-Akwa’) who said: We fought against the Fazara and Abu Bakr was the commander over us. Abu Bakr bestowed a young girl upon me as a prize. She was one of the prettiest girls in Arabia. So we arrived in Medina. I had not yet disrobed her (had not have sex with her) when the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) met me in the street and said: Give me that girl, O Salama. I said: Messenger of Allah, she has fascinated me. I had not yet disrobed her. When on the next day, the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) met me again in the street (Salama was parading the young beauty to make other jihadis jealous). Prophet said: O Salama, give me that girl, may God bless your father. I said: She is for you. Messenger of Allah! By Allah, I have not yet disrobed her.
        SLAVE GIRLS ARE THE BEST BARGAINS IN ISLAM
        Quranic ayas 4.3, 4.24, 23.6, 33.50 & 70.30 allow a Muslim man to have sex with slave girls. A slave girl can be bought or acquired by killing infidels and capturing their wives and daughters.
        Slave girls are the best bargain Islam has to offer to Muslim men but unfortunately Muslims are denying themselves this great reward from Allah just to appease infidel west. The uses of a slave-girl are:
        1. They provide sex 24/7.
        2. They are used as house maid
        3. Offered as sex partners to overnight house guests.
        4. Offered as gifts to family and friends for a few days or for good*.
        (*The History of Tabari, vol 8, pge 29-30: From his share of captive women, prophet gave his son-in-law, Ali a slave girl, Raytah bt Hilal to enjoy her at his will. He also presented Uthman b. Affan, his son-in-law, another slave girl Zainab b. Hayan, and bestowed another girl (name unknown) to his father in-law Omar Ibn Khattab. Omar gave that girl to his son Abdullah. Most of Prophet’s other elite companions received slave girls as gifts).
        5. Sold to raise cash, if the need be.
        SLAVE GIRLS ARE INCOME PROPERTIES
        Islam is the only religion which allows momins to pimp the bodies of their slave girls for side incomes. Thus Quran taught 1400 years back what modern day pimps are learning now, that is to control many prostitutes and get rich on their income.
        However Islam is a very compassionate religion. While many pimps force their prostitutes to sell their bodies, Islam prefers that momins avoid coercion.
        Q 24.33. Do not compel your slave girls to prostitution to drive income from her body if they are not willing.

    Here, the article absolves Islam as he says that since he was away from deen, zikr and as he was not focusing on Islam, he accepts his guilt. Yet, his acceptance of guilt does NOT exonerate him from the justice in Islamic or English Law as he is already a criminal.

    The Quran, which explicitly says, 3 : 110 (P): “Ye are the best community that hath been raised up for mankind. Ye enjoin right conduct and forbid indecency; and ye believe in Allah. ….”.

    And if you are so fond of distorting the verses of the Quran and preventing others from opining and giving facts here on other religious beliefs too, then know that Islam does not sanction rape of daughters, or women in general!!!!!

    Rape, sometimes called sexual assault, is an assault by a person involving sexual intercourse with or sexual penetration of another person without his or her consent. Rape is generally considered a serious sex crime as well as a civil assault. The International Criminal Tribunal established by the United Nations defined rape as:
    “A physical invasion of a sexual nature committed on a person under circumstances which are coercive.”

    In other words, a physical invasion of a sexual nature committed on a person under circumstances in which the victim is in no position to decline or refuse. Sex-slaves and war captives fit this category because the circumstances under which they are subjected to sexual intercourse make it either impossible or extremely difficult to object. Thus, sex with captives is considered as statuary rape because the victims are in no position to decline. It is vital to note that the absence of objection does not, of itself, constitute consent. Duress, in which the victim may be threatened or subjected to overwhelming force or violence, may result in absence of objection to intercourse. War rape is a typical situation where absence of objection may occur.

    The International Criminal Tribunal also defined rape as an institutionalized weapon of war. It also stated that rape is a crime of genocide under international law. The systematic rape of a civilian population by an occupying army is considered a war crime. (Fourth Annual Report of the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda to the General Assembly)

    We will now consider the subject of Rape in Islam as sanctioned by Allah and his Prophet. In some specific instances, rape is not a sin and is both permitted and encouraged in Islam.Islam is the only religious political system in the world that includes rules for rape. Incredible as it may seem, Allah gave Muslim men the right to rape women who are taken as prisoners of war. Muhammad himself had forced sex (rape) with several of his women captives of war. Later these victims of rape were either sold or kept as sex-slaves by their Muslim masters. Islam considers slave-women as property; therefore, Muslim men are allowed to rape them at will. Islam also permits unlimited sex with women taken as prisoners of war. Raping captives and slaves was widespread amongst the Muslims during the “golden days” of Islam. The founder of Islam personally carried out this wicked act after he came into power. Muhammad was a rapist.

    Allah allows Muslims to have sex with female slaves who are: (1) Taken captive in war (2) Purchased by money (3) Received as a gift (4) The female offspring of their slaves.
    For depraved godless men without morality, compassion or justice, the promise of wealth, plunder, and sex with captives was an attractive incentive to join Muhammad’s new religion.It is an incentive engraved in the Qur’an – the very heart of Islam. Since Muslims will not accept any interpretation that is extraneous to their sources, we will oblige them by relying solely on their own approved Islamic sources. We will use these documented evidences to prove beyond any doubt that Islam approves, codifies and legalizes rape in its sacred text.

    Tabari IX:25: “By Allah, I did not come to fight for nothing. I wanted a victory over Ta’if so that I might obtain a slave girl from among them and make her pregnant.” (See also Sirat Rasul Allah by Ibn Ishak, p.590.)

    Prophet Muhammad Promises Women to his Warriors
    Ibn Hisham recorded the words of Muhammad in Al Rod Al Anf, Volume 2, page 182:
    “You see God will soon make you inherit their land, their treasures and make you sleep with their women.” (Literally: make their women beds for you).

    While promising women to his warriors, Muhammad said it is Allah who will “make you sleep with their women.” Now ask yourself, would the true God act as a pimp by providing women for the sexual gratification of his worshippers? In this case, it is even worse, for these women are not prostituting themselves for Allah to act as a pimp but they are the innocent wives, daughters, mothers and sisters of the unfortunate men who were either captured or killed.

    Allah’s Blessings for Muhammad and Muslims – Illicit Sex
    Surah 23:1, 5-6: “Triumphant indeed are the believers… (who) restrain their carnal desires except with their spouses and slave-girls. The practice of carnal relations is lawful with them.” (Sarwar)

    Surah 23:5-6: Who abstain from sex, Except with those joined to them in the marriage bond, or the captives whom their right hands possess, – for in their case they are free from blame. (Yusuf Ali)

    In the words of this Qur’anic verse, it means Muslim men do not have to restrain themselves from gratifying their carnal (sexual) desires with their war captives, slave-girls and, of course, with their wives. As stated earlier, slave-girls are either purchased from the slave market or obtained by capture through warfare. Captured women are enslaved and shared among the Muslim warriors. These slave-girls are the defenseless mothers, wives daughters, and sisters of men slain in battle by the Muslim warriors. This utterly shameful conduct is sanctioned by Allah and enshrined in the Qur’an and the Hadith. Allah tells his Prophet:

    Surah 33:50: “O Prophet! Lo! We have made lawful unto thee thy wives unto whom thou hast paid their dowriesand those whom thy right hand possesseth of thosewhom Allah hath given thee as spoils of war…”(Pickthall)

    “Prophet, We have made lawful for you your wives whom you have given their dowry, slave girls whom God has given to you as gifts…” (Sarwar)

    Just as it is lawful for Muhammad to engage in sexual intercourse with his legal wives, Allah has also made it lawful for Muhammad to engage in sexual intercourse with the women captives of war. Once again, it is stated in the above Qur’anic verse that it is Allah who provides these girls as gifts to his Prophet for sexual enjoyment. Muslims must ponder, why should Allah take such keen interest in the sexual indulgence of his Prophet? What lesson is Allah teaching the rest of the Muslim community by authorizing this depraved behavior for his Prophet? The only lesson that is taught here by Allah is that it is fair to rape helpless captive women. That is why Muslim men are also given the same rights as their Prophet. They too are given the right to enjoy the same illicit pleasure as the following Qur’anic verse confirms. Allah tells the Muslim men:

    Surah 4:24: “Also forbidden for you are married women,except those who have fallen in your hands as prisoners of war.” (Malik)

    “And all married women (are forbidden unto you) save those (captives) whom your right hands possess. It is a decree of Allah for you.” (Pickthall)

    This means that while a Muslim man is prohibited from engaging in sex with a married woman, there is an exception to this rule if the married woman happens to fall into his hands as a captive of war, then under such circumstances, he is allowed to rape the married captive.

    Maududi, a highly respected commentator on the Qur’an interprets the plain meaning of the above Qur’anic verse, saying that sex with slave-girls is lawful without the benefit of marriage:

    Two categories of women have been excluded from the general command of guarding the private parts: (a) wives, (b) women who are legally in one’s possession, i.e. slave-girls. Thus, the verse clearly lays down the law that one is allowed to have sexual relation with one’s slave-girl as with one’s wife, the basis being possession and not marriage. If marriage had been the condition, the slave-girl also would have been included among the wives, and there was no need to mention them separately. (Sayyid Abul A’La Maududi, The Meaning of the Qur’an, vol. 3p. 241, note 7)

    In the above commentary, Maududi made it very clear that according to the scriptures of Allah, marriage is not a prerequisite for a Muslim man to have sex with his slave-girls. In Islamic theology, a Muslim man has the right to demand sex from his legal wife. By virtue of the fact that Allah grants a Muslim manthis same right with his slave-girls based on possession and not marriage, she, too, must provide sex on demand. As this right to sexual intercourse is granted by Allah, her consent is not required. Also, deemed as his property, a slave-girl does not have the right to stop the sexual advances even if she does not consent to his uninvited invasion on her person. Does not this unwanted intrusion on her body categorically amount to an act of rape? Would you join a religion that codifies an edict in its holy book that permits the raping of innocent women? A vital fact that we must remember is that this law is still in force in Islam.

    As stated earlier, Surah 4:24 permits Muslim men to have sexual intercourse with married women who became slaves through capture. We will now look at the circumstances under whichSurah 4:24 was revealed. The following Hadiths will aid us to identify the incident that led to the revelation of Surah 4:24.

    Sahih Muslim, Book 8, Number 3432:
    Abu Sa’idal-Khudri (Allah be pleased with him) reported that at the Battle of Hunain, Allah’s Messenger (may peace be upon him) sent an army to Autas and encountered the enemy and fought with them. Having overcome them and taken them captives, the Companions of Allah’s Messenger (may peace be upon him) seemed to refrain from having intercourse with captive women because of their husbands being polytheists. Then Allah, Most High, sent down regarding that: “And women already married, except those whom your right hands possess (Qur’an 4:24)”

    Sunan Abu Dawud Volume 2, Book V, Chapter 711, Number 2150:

    Abu Sa’id al-Khudri said: The Apostle of Allah sent a military expedition to Awtas on the occasion of the battle of Hunain.They met their enemy and fought with them. They defeated them and took them captives. Some of the Companions of the Apostle of Allah were reluctant to have intercourse with the female captives in the presence of their husbands who were unbelievers.So Allah, the Exalted, send down the Qur’anic verse: “And all married women (are forbidden) unto you save those (captives) whom your right hand possess.” – Surah 4 An-Nisa 24.

    Surah 4:24 was revealed in a specific context when Muslim fighters got female captives whose husbands were still alive. And some of the holy warriors had been a little hesitant to have intercourse with the captive women in the presence of their husbands. Therefore, they consulted with their supreme leader. Muhammad realised that if Allah did not include married women in his authorization to rape captive women, then his holy warriors’ motivation to fight the next jihad will soon diminish. He immediately sought Allah’s intervention and right away, Allah revealed Surah 4:24 to sanction both rape and adultery.Because of this Qur’anic verse, the wives of the infidel captives became lawful to the conquering jihadist. The warriors who were reluctant moments ago were given the assurance that they could rape these women, both married and single, with Allah’s blessings. They now raped these women with an untroubled conscience. Whatever trace of decency that were with them just moments ago were now obliterated by Allah.
    Muslims must consider how Allah, who claims to be a holy God, can reveal verses to the effect that it progressively increases the depravity of his worshippers. Human decency and justice would dictate that no sex should take place between female prisoners of war and their captors under any circumstance. Having sex with women in their most desperate condition as war captives is not only morally wrong but it is also an act that is extremely evil.

    The raping of a civilian population by an occupying army is considered a war crime even by the laws of mere humans. Yet, this sexual crime is authorized by Allah. Thus, the laws of Allah are not only lower than that of man’s but also animalistic. Allah is guilty of promoting one of the most depraved, animalistic sexual behaviour among his worshippers by codifying the act of rape as an acceptable deed in the Qur’an. It is one thing for some soldiers in any army to strike out on their own and rape women. All armies have criminal soldiers who commit this wrong act. However, it is quite another to approve and codify rape in a sacred text. Thus, Islam is the only religion in the world that legitimizes rape and Surah 4:24 testifies to this disgraceful fact.

    The following Tafsir (Commentary) by renowned scholar, Ibn Kathir, reiterates the shocking ungodly decision of Allah to sanction rape in the Qur’an. Please read this commentary carefully:

    Tafsir Ibn Kathir on Surah 4:24:
    The Ayah (verses) means Also (forbidden are) women already married, except those whom your right hands possess.), you are prohibited from marrying women who are already married. Except those whom your right hands possess) except those whom you acquire through war, for you are allowed such women after making sure they are not pregnant. Imam Ahmad recorded that Abu Sa`id Al-Khudri said, “We captured some women from the area of Awtas who were already married, and we disliked having sexual relations with them because they already had husbands. So, we asked the Prophet about this matter, and this Ayah was revealed, (Also (forbidden are) women already married,except those whom your right hands possess).Accordingly, we had sexual relations with these women.” This is the wording collected by At-Tirmidhi An-Nasa’i, Ibn Jarir and Muslim in their Sahih.

    Through this verse in the Qur’an and verified by a number of Hadiths there emerges a clear picture of divine authorization of rape, adultery and fornication. Allah took it upon himself to sanction the raping of women, including married ones, who unfortunately became captives of the Muslim warriors. Thus, the divine approval of rape is engraved in Islam’s theology. Only the most debased religion will sanction rape. Can a religion that permits men to have forced sex with their captives come from mankind’s Creator? Absolutely not!

    The Islamic Legal Manual “Umdat al-Salik,” which carries the endorsement of Al-Azhar University, the most respected authority in Sunni Islam, states the following:
    “When a child or a woman is taken captive, they become slaves by the fact of capture, and the woman’s previous marriage is immediately annulled.” Why? So that they are free to become the concubines of their captors. The Qur’an permits Muslim men to have intercourse with their wives and their slave girls: “Forbidden to you are … married women, except those whom you own as slaves” (Surah 4:23-24).

    Women and children are distributed among the holy warriors after Muhammad received one-fifth of the war booty. Women captives are either sold or forced to become sex-slaves and concubines of the conquering jihadists. This depravity of Allah is too severe for any rational person to ignore. It goes against the very nature of God in whose image we are created.

    Acts of Rape During the Holy Wars of Allah

    Sahih Bukhari, Volume 3, Book 46, Number 718:
    Narrated Ibn Muhairiz: I saw Abu Said and asked him about coitus interruptus. Abu Said said, “We went with Allah’s Apostle, in the Ghazwa of Barli Al-Mustaliq and we captured some of the ‘Arabs as captives, and the long separation from our wives was pressing us hard and we wanted to practice coitus interruptus.We asked Allah’s Apostle (whether it was permissible). He said, “It is better for you not to do so. No soul, (that which Allah has) destined to exist, up to the Day of Resurrection, but will definitely come, into existence.”
    Sahih Muslim, Volume 2, Number 3371:

    …Abu Sirma said to Abu Said al Khudri: “O Abu Said, did you hear Allah’s messenger mentioning about al-azl (coitus interruptus)?” He said, “Yes”, and added: “We went out with Allah’s messenger on the expedition to the Mustaliq and took captive some excellent Arab women; and we desired them for we were suffering from the absence of our wives, (but at the same time) we also desired ransom for them. So we decided to have sexual intercourse with them but by observing azl” (withdrawing the male sexual organ before emission of semen to avoid conception). But we said: “We are doing an act whereas Allah’s messenger is amongst us; why not ask him?” So we asked Allah’s messenger and he said: “It does not matter if you do not do it, for every soul that is to be born up to the Day of Resurrection will be born”.

    Muhammad’s men inquired him with an ethical question regarding “coitus interruptus.” Having taken some women captives, they wanted to do coitus interruptus with them. They asked Muhammad whether it was permissible. He told them, “It is better that you should not do it, for Allah has written whom He is going to create till the Day of Resurrection.”When Muhammad said “it is better that you should not do it,” he was referring to coitus interruptus and not to the act of raping the captives. The subject of a soul coming into existence will not be necessary if sex or in this case rape is not permitted in the first place. He made it clear to them that “coitus interruptus”will be pointless because “every soul that is to be born up to the Day of Resurrection will be born.” Clearly, rape was on the agenda and it was not an issue with Muhammad. The only real question was the technique itself. Since Allah has already sanctioned rape, it is definitely not an issue with his Muslims warriors.

    Notice, Muhammad was quick to give his answer because he knew that Allah had already approved the raping of these captives. These immoral acts were already sanctioned in the Qur’an. Therefore, while Muhammad allowed the women to be raped, he did not approve coitus interruptus. Muhammad did not prohibit this extremely immoral practice of raping captives just when the time was right to forbid it. Instead, he allowed his men to rape the women and assuredly told them not to be unduly worried about impregnating them. For, according to him, it is with Allah as to which seed is destined to become fertilized. He stated that having sex with female captives would have nothing to do with any children being born into the world because, “every soul that is to be born up to the Day of Resurrection will be born.”

    In other words, if a child were to be born to a female captive of war, it would have been born as a result of a divine decree of Allah and not because of the sexual act of the Muslim rapist. Thus, Muhammad’s companions would not be responsible for the child being born. Allah’s divine decree alone would be responsible for the birth of that child. Muhammad was eager to reward his companions with every sensual pleasure, as long as they willingly plundered, killed, and enslaved others at his command. There did not seem to be a question, whether or not it was morally right, to have sex with the women who were married to another man. Muhammad the greatest exemplar for all mankind took his stand against the weak and helpless victims, so the powerful could satisfy their immoral animalistic desires.

    In another account, Muhammad even seemed to be impatient with his companions.He was eager, even sexually stimulated, to have the adulterous orgy begin. He wanted to have his companions rape the women immediately. At this point, it did not matter to him if they practiced coitus interruptus or not. He shouted out his command three times, “Verily you do it, verily you do it, verily you do it!”

    Sahih Muslim, Book 8, Number 3373:
    Abu Sa’id al-Khudri (Allah be pleased with him) reported:“We took women captives, and we wanted to do ‘azl with them. We then asked Allah’s Messenger (pbuh) about it, and he said to us: Verily you do it, verily you do it, verily you do it, but the soul which has to be born until the Day of Judgment must be born.”

    Well, they obeyed and they raped. In the course of our discussion, we need to keep clear in mind the objective of this article. The issue at hand is rape and not coitus interruptus. Whether these monsters practiced coitus interruptus or not, it does not in any way diminish or absolve the culpability of their evil crimes. Muhammad, Allah and Islam sanctioned rape and that is what concerns us in our discussion. Coitus interruptus will not be an issue if rape is strictly forbidden by Allah. It is really unbelievable how Muslims can trust and submit to a deity who morality is so debased. Any human being with a trace of decency will shudder at the acts permitted by Allah for his male worshippers. Let us now look at some of the noble acts of the Prophet of Islam.

    The War Trophies of the Prophet of Islam

    Sahih Bukhari, Volume 3, Book 46, Number 717:
    Narrated Ibn Aun: Prophet had suddenly attackedBani Mustaliq without warning while they were heedless and their cattle were being watered at the places of water. Their fighting men were killed and their women and children were taken as captives; the Prophet got Juwairiya on that day.

    And she is not the only war trophy for our noble Prophet.

    “Sirat Rasul Allah” by Ishaq, pg. 464:
    After 800-900 male adults of Bani Quraiza were beheaded in batches, and thrown in trenches dug in Madina, the apostle divided their property, wives and children as booty… He took Rayhana d. Amr b. Khunafa for himself.

    Muhammad destroyed the Bani Quraiza tribe. All the adult male Jews were beheaded so that no husbands were left. This verdict was carried out despite the fact that the tribe of Bani Quraiza had surrendered unconditionally. The women and children were taken as prisoners and their wealth were divided among the Muslim warriors. Then, the Prophet of Islam took one of the widows he had just made – Rayhana bint Amr – for himself. What Muhammad did was grossly wicked, evil, cruel, immoral, unholy and satanic. You could be a happily married woman living your own life, but if Muhammad and his holy warriors attacked your town and captured you, you would lose all your rights. And while your husband is being killed or enslaved, you would be given to a Muslim warrior who would rape you with Allah’s blessings. This is the evil path that Muhammad has trodden and this is the evil path that he has left for his followers to emulate for all eternity.

    Safiyah bint Huyeiy Ibn Akhtab was another Jewish woman who was captured when Muhammad’s troops attacked and brought her to the Prophet as part of his share of the booty. Safiyah was seventeen and beautiful. Acting under the orders of Muhammad, Muslims killed her father, husband and many of her relatives. Muhammad ordered Kinana, the young husband of Safiyah to be tortured to death to make him reveal the whereabouts of the treasure of the town. Muhammad could not control his sexual desire. He had sex with the young widow he had just made on the very night after he had wiped out her entire family.

    Ibn Hisham, Book of Tabaqat:

    “Safiyah was born in Medinah. She belonged to the Jewish tribe of Banu ‘I-Nadir. When this tribe was expelled from Medinah in the year 4 A.H, Huyaiy was one of those who settled in the fertile colony of Khaibar together with Kinana ibn al-Rabi’ to whom Safiyah was married a little before the Muslims attacked Khaibar. She was then seventeen. One mile from Khaibar. Here the Prophet married Safiyah. She was groomed and made-up for the Prophet by Umm Sulaim, the mother of Anas ibn Malik. They spent the night there. Abu Ayyub al-Ansari guarded the tent of the Prophet the whole night. When, in the early dawn, the Prophet saw Abu Ayyub strolling up and down, he asked him what he meant by this sentry-go; he replied: “I was afraid for you with this young lady. You had killed her father, her husband and many of her relatives, and until recently, she was an unbeliever. I was really afraid for you on her account.” The Prophet prayed for Abu Ayyub al-Ansari (p. 766).

    Muhammad made widows out of young women so that he could sexually assault them. The fact that he could not restrain his sexual urges to allow this young widow to mourn her loved ones – who were brutally killed by him and his warriors only moments ago – shows the debased moral character of this evil man. There is no compassion in this imposter. The young and beautiful became his wives. Just think, which woman would want to marry the killer of her father, husband and many of her relatives, particularly moments after their brutal death? The other captives whom he felt were not good enough for him were either sold or used as sex-slaves. Muhammad is not only a confirmed rapist but also a common thief and murderer.

    Muslims who defend the evil acts of their Prophet must be completely perverse in their values for failing to see the absolute evil nature of this man. Killing men and possessing their women are acts of savagery. There is nothing exemplary in the heinous crimes of this exceedingly evil man.

    Surah 48:20: “Allah promiseth you much booty that ye will capture, and hath given you this in advance,and hath withheld men’s hands from you, that it may be a token for the believers, and that He may guide you on a right path.” (Pickthall)

    Allah has promised Muslim warriors “with much booty that they will capture.” And this means more slave-girls. And Allah“hath withheld men’s hands” so that Muslim men can rape their wives with ease. Can you imagine having a pimp as your god and a rapist as your prophet? Muslims have the full right granted by Allah to murder, rape, enslave and loot the property of unbelievers. There is no such thing as the “Golden Rule” of Christianity in Islam.

    Pause for a moment and contemplate on the utterly destructive nature of Islam. Can you picture the agony and shame the husbands must have suffered, watching strangers violate the bodies of their loved ones? Can any man face a humiliation more intense than this? Feel the unbearable torment and agony of these men. Imagine, what thoughts of self-condemnation must have passed through their minds, as they had to stand by helplessly and watch Muhammad’s companions sexually assault their wives like animals. For these unfortunate men whose wives mean everything to them, to say it was a horrific experience is an understatement.

    Now think about it from the women’s point of view. She just experienced one of the most horrifying events in her life – the destruction of her people and family. Her people were attacked and her side lost. Many of the husbands, fathers, and sons are now dead. Some of the men have been captured alive either to be sold or to be kept as personal slaves. The women and children are taken as captives. The captives are now distributed amongst the Muslim men as slaves. Her children are separated from her. She does not know of their whereabouts. She is uncertain of her own future, as well as those of her children. The loss of her beloved husband haunts her. He is either dead or enslaved. She is now in the total power of her captors. The holy Muslim warrior has been separated from his wife for a while. Now out on the field of battle, the sexually hungry predator moves lustfully towards her to ravage her sexually. Do you think that she will now offer herself willingly to copulate with the very man who brought death and destruction to her people?

    What woman do you think would look upon with loving eyes at the very man who brought death and destruction upon her loved ones, family and people? And this is the utter nonsense that Muslim apologists want us to believe. They want us to believe that these women accepted and converted to Islam with open hearts. They want us to believe that these women delivered themselves to be raped with open arms and legs to the conquering jihadist. Such are the lies and deceptions of Islam and its defenders. Can any true conversion into Islam really take place under such circumstances? To protect their children, many widows who were victims of Muslim conquest, readily agreed to conversion so that their children were spared from slavery and were raised as Muslims. Just as the saying goes that there are no atheist in foxholes, fear can produce willing converts.

    When you undertake the study of Islam, it is as if you have left the sanity of our universe and entered a totally different alien world where rape, murder, enslavement, looting, massacres, terror, violence, and pedophilia are no longer crimes against humanity and no longer sins against the laws of God but are the very laws of God.

    We will now consider an event that will further reveal Islam’s stand on rape. It will expose the morally debased nature of Islam and its Prophet. It will also disclose the utterly uncaring attitude that Islam has towards the helpless victims of rape. This event will show the ease with which women are subjected to rape. It also serves to confirm that Islam can never be the religion of the true God. The Islamic laws that directly contribute to the humiliation and the sufferings of millions of helpless women can never come from the true God who is the essence of love.

    Sahih Bukhari, Volume 5, Book 59, Number 637:
    Narrated Buraida: The Prophet sent ‘Ali to Khalid to bring the Khumus (of the booty) and I hated Ali, and ‘Ali had taken a bath (after a sexual act with a slave-girl from the Khumus). I said to Khalid, “Don’t you see this (i.e. Ali)?” When we reached the Prophet, I mentioned that to him. He said, “O Buraida! Do you hate Ali?” I said, “Yes.” He said, “Do you hate him, for he deserves more than that from the Khumus.

    “Khumus” is one-fifth of the spoils of war that is reserved for Muhammad. According to the notes provided for the above Hadith, Buraida hated Ali not because he had raped a slave-girl but for taking from the Khumus without permission. Let us analyze the above incident:

    The Prophet sent Ali to Khalid to bring the Khumus (of the booty) and… Ali had taken a bath (after a sexual act with a slave-girl from the Khumus).

    What was Muhammad’s response to Buraida who reported this incident to him?

    Do you hate Ali for this? . . . Do not hate him, for he deserves more than that from the Khumus.
    This Hadith clearly reveals that Muslims are actually permitted torape their victims. This single episode is sufficient to see the dark side of Islam and Muhammad. Ali took a newly captured female prisoner of war and had sex with her. When Muhammad was informed of this, he did not voice a single objection against the wrong committed on the helpless prisoner of war. Neither was he concerned about the welfare of this unfortunate woman. Nor was he shocked by the serious attack on the decency of this poor victim. Why? Because raping slave-girls and war-captives is a norm in Allah’s religion. Muhammad’s only concern was for the rights of the rapist. In his view, these women are nothing more than objects of sex to gratify the sexual urges of Muslim men.

    Ali was the husband of Muhammad’s daughter, Fatima. Even in today’s sexually permissive world, how many fathers-in-law would defend the rights of their sons-in-law to engage in illicit sexual intercourse? How many fathers-in-law would defend the rights of their sons-in-law to rape defenceless women? But, Muhammad did so in accordance to the dictates and norms of Islam. He defended his son-in-law by saying that “he deserves more than that from the Khumus.” The implication of his statement suggests that Ali deserves to rape more women from the captives. After all, are not captives of war fair games to be raped at will in Islam? After all, does not Allah permit and encourage rape? After all, is Islam not an utterly depraved religion?

    According to the edict of Islam, rape is jihad. In the ethics of jihad, it is not considered a sin to have forced sex with a woman as long as she is a non-Muslim captive or slave. In fact, it is not only encouraged in the teachings of Islam but it is also supported by the example of the Prophet of Islam. In Islamic theology, jihad is a like a magical wand. It transforms sinful practices like murder, looting, destruction of property and rape into acts of virtue.

    Please read the following Hadith carefully. This Hadith describes a typical raid, in which women and children are captured as they attempt to flee the attacking Muslims.
    Sahih Muslim, Book 19, Number 4345:

    “…and then we attacked from all sides and reached their watering-place where a battle was fought. Some of the enemies were killed and some were taken prisoners. I saw a group of persons that consisted of women and children[escaping in the distance]. I was afraid lest they should reach the mountain before me, so I shot an arrow between them and the mountain. When they saw the arrow, they stopped. So I brought them, driving them along.”

    The Muslim narrator is Muhammad’s adopted son. He sees the women trying to escape (following the massacre of their men) and he cuts off their route by shooting an arrow into their path. These women are not trying to seek refuge with the jihadist, as Muslim apologist wants us to believe but are fleeing from the Muslims. The Hadith goes on to recount that Muhammad personally demanded one of the captured women for his own use. Let’s continue with our reading of the Hadith:

    “I drove them along until I brought them to Abu Bakr who bestowed that girl upon me as a prize. So we arrived in Medina. I had not yet disrobed her when the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) met me in the street and said: “Give me that girl.”

    The words of Muhammad’s adopted son, “I had not yet disrobed her” reveal the sickening condition in Islam. Whenever the Muslim army conducted a raid, they always had the thirst for the succulent bodies of infidel women. Each woman captive serves as an opportunity for the pious to rape. And Muhammad was no different. In fact, he could not wait to satisfy his lust. He shamelessly ordered his son, “Give me that girl.” This is a typical scene from the glorious golden days of Islam. Sexual predators from prophet to foot soldiers. Shame, honor, virtue and self-respect are alien to the religion of Islam.
    As one might conclude, Muhammad’s obvious approval of raping women captured in battle, and his own personal participation in it is of intense inconvenience to the Muslim apologists of our time. Try as they might to defend Muhammad’s actions, the overbearing evidences incriminate Muhammad at every turn. All the above verses from the Qur’an and Hadith prove that Muhammad allowed Muslims to do to female slaves what are clearly undeniable acts of rape. Muhammad and his men were allowed by the eternal laws of Allah to rape their slaves and captives. Rape is considered as a serious crime to all descent human beings but not to Allah and his Prophet. Religion is supposed to condemn crimes which are committed against another human being but that is not the case with the religion of Islam. Muslims must ask themselves, “How can Allah give laws that are criminal in nature?”

    The entire Islamic moral universe devolves solely from the life and teachings of Muhammad. Everything that has been discussed up to now is not only history but also Sunnah (the example of the perfect pattern of action and morality practiced by Muhammad). All morality in Islam is patterned after the example of Muhammad. Everything that he did and said defines what is permitted or forbidden. Muhammad repeatedly sanctioned forced sex (rape) with infidel females after they were captured. The Hadith clearly reports that he got first choice of the women. So if Muhammad was involved in the rape of infidels, then rape is a virtue. It is not a sin because Muhammad did it. And he set the pattern for Muslims to follow for all eternity.

    All these facts from Islamic sources themselves clearly demonstrate that Allah who sanctions rape in the Qur’an simply cannot be the true God. And Muhammad simply cannot be the prophet of the true God. Allah’s directive in the Qur’an is in direct violation of the divine Laws of the Almighty God, Jehovah. The teachings of Allah in the Qur’an also stand condemned by the divine Laws of Jehovah who stated centuries before the Qur’an was revealed:

    Exodus 20:17: “You must not desire your neighbor’s wife.”
    1 Thessalonians 4:3-5, 7: “For this is the will of God, your sanctification, that you should abstain from fornication. That every one of you should know how to get possession of his own wife in sanctification and honor: Not in the passion of lust, like the Gentiles that know not God… For God hath not called us unto uncleanness, but unto sanctification.”
    Exodus 20:14: “Thou shall not commit adultery.”
    Matthew 5:27-28: “You have heard that it was said to them: ‘Thou shalt not commit adultery.’ But I say to you, that whosoever shall look on a woman to lust after her, hath already committed adultery with her in his heart.”
    These are the Laws of a Holy God. If Jehovah even forbids his worshipper to develop a covetous sexual craving for another person’s wife, do you think he will authorize his worshipper to rape her? Just think, would the true God inspire a verse sanctioning rape and adultery centuries after it is taught in the Bible that even looking at a woman in a lustful manner is immoral? We would rightfully expect the true God to maintain the same holy standard of morality. Thus, the Qur’an cannot be the Word of God. For a Christian man, there is no place for sex, let alone rape, outside the confinements of his marital union with a single wife.

    Jesus also gave his followers the following divine command:

    Matthew 22:39: “Thou shall love thy neighbor as thyself.”

    Any religion that sanctions rape is both dangerous and destructive. Our mothers, sisters, wives and daughters are not safe as long as this abomination is allowed to exist. Perversion and lust knows no boundaries especially when it is religiously sanctified. Therefore, it is imperative to act and expose this evil cult before it consumes everything that is righteous, true and good. This religion grows and strives by committing evil.
    Muslims consider Islam as the best and the perfect religion. So, how can you improve on something that is already perfect? Thus, Islam will always remain evil. This also means that if the situation changes and Muslims become stronger once again, they will resume their policy of enslavement and rape. The laws of Allah are written on stones – they are unchangeable. The danger lies in the fact that Islam is a violent and expansionist religion that seeks the destruction or subjugation of all other religions, especially Christianity. Violence against non-Muslims is and has always been an integral aspect of Islam. And the natural consequence of this destructive ideology is murder, enslavement and rape. Islammeans Submission. The evidences provided in this article are by no means exhaustive but are sufficient enough to assist sincere seekers of truth, both Muslims and non-Muslims to see the dangers of Islam.       When menstruating, a woman’s body is “flushing” out both the unfertilized eggs and the thickened fluids as her body prepares for the possibility of an inception, so it is quite difficult to get pregnant during this time.

      That is what the Quran says, 2:222 (S) “…Say, “It is harm, so keep away from wives during menstruation. And do not approach them until they are pure….Allah loves those…. who purify themselves”, and continues 2:223 (P) “Your wives are a place of sowing of seed for you, so come to your place of cultivation……”, meaning not to rape others. And that is 100% true!!

      Also, see how Quran protects chastity of women, “And those who launch a charge against chaste women, and produce not four witnesses (to support their allegations),- flog them with eighty stripes; and reject their evidence ever after: for such men are wicked transgressors. (The Noble Quran, 24:4)”.

      The probability of four witnesses coming out to testify is very remote. To enforce that command, thus the punishment of 80 lashes to the lying men!!

      24 : 6 Pickthall: “As for those who accuse their wives but have no witnesses except themselves; let the testimony of one of them be four testimonies, (swearing) by Allah that he is of those who speak the truth”.

      And the following counter blows the former:

      24 : 8 Pickthall: ‘And it shall avert the punishment from her if she bear witness before Allah four times that the thing he saith is indeed false”. Quran does not discriminate against women in prayers, fasting, etc as it does not prevent them from doing so even when they are menstruating!! They are equal to men.

      4 : 25 (YA): If any of you have not the means wherewith to wed free believing women, they may wed believing girls from among those whom your right hands possess(captives). So marry them with the permission of their people and give them their due compensation…”.

      ‘The right hand possesses’ refers to the captives of war/s but strictly the command is to WED them and not to rape them, right??

      23 : 5 “And who guard their modesty”,
      : 6 ” Save from their wives or the (slaves) that their right hands possess, for then they are not blameworthy”. Here the Quran is not recommending to have sex with the maids or slaves but is talking about the maintenance of modesty within a home and how it is not strict in front of the wives and the maid servants. In fact if we refer to 2 : 223 in the above verse, the Quran clearly stipulates the rules of wedding the maid or a slave, or a captive girl! In Islam no believer is allowed to have sex but has to wed the girl first!!!

      “And lastly, Men are the protectors and maintainers of women, because Allah has given the one more (strength) than the other, and because they support them from their means. Therefore the righteous women are devoutly obedient, and guard in (the husband’s) absence what Allah would have them guard. As to those women on whose part ye fear disloyalty and ill-conduct, admonish them (first), (Next), refuse to share their beds, (And last) beat them (lightly); but if they return to obedience, seek not against them Means (of annoyance): …)”.       Here one MUST take note that the verse is talking in GENERAL that Men are protectors and not MASTERS, that is, they give security in every sense to their women and that they are their maintainers. For women who are self employed or living without hubbys do have the protection by the Islamic community in that area to which she would pertain to.

      To witness for a final goodbye on this Earth, just try provoking any Islamic woman and thenceforth you will witness nothing but stars and wished that you had just been hiding behind the veil of full protection of the internet!!

      So we decided to have sexual intercourse with them but by observing ‘azl (Withdrawing the male sexual organ before emission of semen to avoid conception). But we said: We are doing an act whereas Allah’s Messenger is amongst us; why not ask him?

      So we asked Allah’s Messenger (May peace be upon him), and he said: It does not matter if you do not do it, for every soul that is to be born up to the Day of Resurrection will be born.

We took some Arabs prisoner, and we desired the women as celibacy was hard for us. We wanted the ransom, so we wanted to practise coitus interruptus. We said, ‘Shall we practise coitus interruptus while the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, is among us before we ask him?’ We asked him about that and he said, ‘You don’t have to not do it. There is no self which is to come into existence up to the Day of Rising but that it will come into existence.’ ”

      It’s okay to practice ‘azl when having sex with your slave-girl
      Narrated AbuSa’id al-Khudri: A man said: Apostle of Allah, I have a slave-girl and I withdraw the penis from her (while having intercourse), and I dislike that she becomes pregnant. I intend (by intercourse) what the men intend by it. The Jews say that withdrawing the penis (azl) is burying the living girls on a small scale. He (the Prophet) said: The Jews told a lie. If Allah intends to create it, you cannot turn it away.

The person stayed back (for some time) and then came and said: The girl has become pregnant, whereupon he said: I told you what was decreed for her would come to her.

None of the wives in my keep are more pleasing to me than them, and not all of them please me so much that I want a child by them, shall I then practise coitus interruptus?” Zayd ibn Thabit said, “Give an opinion, Hajjaj!” “I said, ‘May Allah forgive you! We sit with you in order to learn from you!’ He said, ‘Give an opinion! ‘I said, ‘She is your field, if you wish, water it, and if you wish, leave it thirsty. I heard that from Zayd.’ Zayd said, ‘He has spoken the truth.’ ”

He said, “It is alright, and I do it myself.” Malik said, “A man does not practise coitus interruptus with a free woman unless she gives her permission. There is no harm in practising coitus interruptus with a slave-girl without her permission. Someone who has someone else’s slave-girl as a wife, does not practise coitus interruptus with her unless her people give him permission.”

Ibn ‘Aun said: I made a mention of this hadith to Hasan, and he said: By Allah, (it seems) as if there is upbraiding in it (for ‘azl).

      Malik related to me from Nafi that Safiyya bint Abi Ubayd informed him that Umar ibn al-Khattab said, “What is the matter with men who have intercourse with their slave-girls and then leave them to go? No slave-girl comes to me whose master confesses that he has had intercourse with her but that I connect her child to him, whether or not he has practised coitus interruptus or left off from intercourse with her.” Yahya said that he heard Malik say, “What is done in our community about an umm walad who commits a crime is that her master is liable for what she has done up to her value. He does not have to surrender her, and he cannot be made to bear more than her value for her crime.”

      On October 30, 2008, the United Nations condemned the stoning to death of Aisha Duhulowa, a 13-year-old girl who had been gang-raped and then sentenced to death by a Sharia court for fornication (Zina). She was screaming and begging for mercy, but when some family members attempted to intervene, shots were fired by the Islamic militia and a baby was killed.
      Local Sharia courts in Bangladesh regularly punish raped minor girls and women by flogging and beating them with shoes.[1] Similar cases of punishing raped women are Mina v. the State, Bibi v. the State and Bahadur v. the State.[2] Sharia courts in Pakistan have punished thousands of raped women by long term imprisonment.[3]
      You might think that such horrific barbarity cannot be the real Sharia law; that it is a misapplication of the law by ignorant clergy. Sadly, neither is true.
      There is a traceable dynamic in Sharia Law that is bound to lead to this barbarity. And unless we abandon these laws we will never be able to emerge from this barbarity. It was a blunder that Muslim jurists included rape in the Hudood section of Sharia Law that deals with murder, bodily harm, apostasy, drinking, defamation, theft, adultery and highway robbery. But anyone who tried to change these laws ended up banging their heads against the wall. Mawdudi, the founding father of modern Political Islam, claims that even if all the world’s Muslims together wanted to make the slightest change in these laws, they would not be allowed to do so.[4]
      But change is necessary.
      Another key element of these laws is that only eye-witnesses are acceptable and no circumstantial evidence can be accepted.[5] Rape is included in the Dyat (monetary compensation for bodily harm) section of Sharia Law because it is considered as “Bodily Harm” or “Robbing Property” (chastity). This classification led jurists to create these laws:
      * A rapist is obliged to pay the victim the amount typically received as marriage payment to similar brides.[6]
      * “If the rapist cannot be punished for any reason he will pay the victim the amount equal to bride-money.”[7]
      As no other punishment is mentioned, the punishment of rape can be only financial compensation. But Jurists missed the point that rape is a crime of its own kind. It has a devastating psychological and social impact on raped women. They are shamed to death, socially outcast, unsuitable for marriage, bring shame on the family and in some countries become the victims of honor killing. Many raped women commit suicide in Muslim countries.
      The Quranic word “Zina” means sexual relation between a man and woman not married to each other. It is called adultery for married persons and fornication for unmarried ones. The Quran severely prohibits Zina. Muslim jurists also included rape in the category of Zina because in rape cases such sexual relations “between a man and woman not married to each other,” even though forced on the victim, have taken place. As rape is not mentioned in the Quran, the death sentence for rapists originated from the Prophet’s example: “Narrated Wa’il ibn Hujr: When a woman went out in the time of the Prophet (peace be upon him) for prayer, a man attacked her and overpowered (raped) her. …he said: Stone him to death”.[8]
      The laws are so clear about defining rape and the requirement for proof of rape that a judge has no option but punish the rape victims.
      When rape is caught or reported, “sex between a man and woman not married to each other” can be proven by testimony, physical evidences of bodily scars/bruises, torn clothing or pregnancy of the victim. Then the Sharia laws are enforced.
      Sharia Law: The rapist will be punished to death if force on the victim is proven.[9]
      Clear enough. But exactly how can “force on the victim” be proven? The answer must surely rank as one of the most insane and sexist laws in human history.
      (A) “Proof of Zina (adultery) or Zina Bil-Jabr (rape) liable to Hadd shall be one of the following:
      (a) The accused makes confession or
      (b) There are at least four Muslim adult male witnesses”[10]
      (B) “Proof of adultery or rape liable to Hadd shall be one of the following:
      (a) The accused makes confession, or
      (b) There are at least four Muslim adult male witnesses.”[11]
      (C) “Punishment will take place when Zina or rape have been proved by witness.”[12]
      (D) Sharia Law rejects the witness of women in Hudood cases.[13]
      (E) “The evidence of women is originally inadmissible on account of their weakness of understanding, want of memory and incapacity of governing.”[14]
      Because such “proofs” are almost impossible to obtain and because circumstantial evidence is not accepted, a rape cannot be proved as rape in a Sharia court. Instead, “sex outside marriage” is proved for the woman by her complaint or physical scars or torn cloths or pregnancy etc. Then the law of “Punishment for Sex Outside Marriage” i.e. stoning to death for married adulterers and flogging and exile for unmarried adulterers are applied to the rape-victims.[15] On the other hand, a rapist has simply to deny the crime and go scott free. As the New York Times reports: “Ms. Lawal, a divorced woman, identified a man as the father of her child. The man denied the charge, swore on the Koran, and was deemed innocent by the trial court. No one suggested DNA tests.”[16]
      But DNA tests have no place in Hudood Laws either. The BBC reported that Zafran Bibi of Pakistan “went to the police to register a case of rape, but she herself was instead sentenced to death for having an adulterous affair.”[17] About conducting a DNA test to identify the rapist, the Dawn reports: “Justice Ali Nawaz Chauhan of the Lahore High Court has observed that the DNA test is not acceptable as evidence to establish the offence of Zina under the Hudood laws which require a direct testimony in such cases..”[18]
      This is how Sharia Law punishes raped women. The sources of these laws span the period from the 7th century to recent times. Some Muslim countries have withdrawn from the application of these laws, but these laws are still alive and active in many Muslim societies. Many Muslims talk about it, but there has never been a concerted effort to end this barbarity. It is true that many, including the UN’s Children Fund, have expressed alarm over the plight of Aisha Duhulowa, but history tells us that merely condemning these acts or calling on the humanity of the perpetrators has never stopped the violent soldiers of God. The solution can only been found by raising the awareness and opposition of the entire world, irrespective of religion.
      Muslims must reject this barbarity or risk Islam being seen as the criminal. The screams of little Aisha Duhulowa will echo around the world until this is done.

      How a Woman Must Prove Rape

      Question:

      Why are rape victims often punished by Islamic courts as adulterers?

      Summary Answer:

      Under Islamic law, rape can only be proven if the rapist confesses or if there are four male witnesses. Women who allege rape, without the benefit of the act having been witnessed by four men who subsequently develop a conscience, are actually confessing to having sex. If they or the accused happens to be married, then it is considered to be adultery.

      The Qur’an:
      Qur’an (2:282) – Establishes that a woman’s testimony is worth only half that of a man’s in court (there is no “he said/she said” gridlock in Islam).

      Qur’an (24:4) – “And those who accuse free women then do not bring four witnesses (to adultery), flog them…” Strictly speaking, this verse addresses adultery (revealed at the very time that Muhammad’s favorite wife was being accused of adultery on the basis of only three witnesses, coincidentally enough) however it is a part of the theological underpinning of the Sharia rule.

      Qur’an (24:13) – “Why did they not bring four witnesses of it? But as they have not brought witnesses they are liars before Allah.”

      Qur’an (2:223) – “Your wives are as a tilth unto you; so approach your tilth when or how ye will…” There is no such thing as rape in marriage, as a man is permitted unrestricted sexual access to his wives.

      From the Hadith:
      Bukhari (5:59:462) – The background for the Qur’anic requirement of four witnesses to adultery. Muhammad’s favorite wife, Aisha, was accused of cheating [on her polygamous husband]. Three witnesses corroborated the event, but Muhammad apparently did not want to believe it, and so established the arbitrary rule that four witnesses are required.

      Additional Notes:

      Rape is virtually impossible to prove under strict Islamic law (Sharia). If the man claims that the act was consensual sex, there is very little that the woman can do to refute this. Islam places the burden of avoiding sexual encounters of any sort on the woman.

      A recent fatwa from a mainstream Islamic site echoes this rule and even chides a victim of incest for complaining when she has no “evidence”:
      However, it is not permissible to accuse the father of rape without evidence. Indeed, the Sharee’ah put some special conditions for proving Zina (fornication or adultery) that are not required in case of other crimes. The crime of Zina is not confirmed except if the fornicator admits it, or with the testimony of four trustworthy men, while the testimony of women is not accepted.

      Hence, the statement of this girl or the statement of her mother in itself does not Islamically prove anything against the father, especially that the latter denies it.

      Therefore, if this daughter has no evidence to prove that her accusations are true, she should not have claimed that she was raped by her father and she should not have taken him to the court. (IslamWeb.net, Image)

      Since it is incredibly unlikely that a child molester will violate his victim in front of “four trustworthy men”, Islamic law amounts to a free pass for sexual predators.

      Islamic law rejects forensic evidence (such as DNA) in favor of testimony. An interesting situation thus sometimes develops in cases where a victim alleges rape and the man denies that sex even took place. In the absence of four male witnesses, rape cannot be proven. The woman’s testimony then becomes a “confession” of adultery. She can be stoned, even though the male is unpunished, since he never “confessed” to a sexual act!

      Some clerics blame rape on the woman. Australian Sheik Feiz recently said a rape victim “has no one to blame but herself. She displayed her beauty to the entire world… to tease man and appeal to his carnal nature.”

      Also, there can be no such thing as rape in marriage, even if the husband has to hit the wife in order to bring about her submission. Another recent fatwa reminds a woman, she “does not have the right to refuse her husband, rather she must respond to his request every time he calls her.” (Islam Q&A, Fatwa No. 33597).

      Keep in mind that most Muslim countries do not operate under strict Islamic law, but rather under legal codes imported from the West. Therefore rape victims in these countries can and often do receive justice under more reasonable standards of proof.

      THE QUR’AN

      Rape, sometimes called sexual assault, is an assault by a person involving sexual intercourse with or sexual penetration of another person without his or her consent. Rape is generally considered a serious sex crime as well as a civil assault. The International Criminal Tribunal established by the United Nations defined rape as:
      “A physical invasion of a sexual nature committed on a person under circumstances which are coercive.”
      In other words, a physical invasion of a sexual nature committed on a person under circumstances in which the victim is in no position to decline or refuse. Sex-slaves and war captives fit this category because the circumstances under which they are subjected to sexual intercourse make it either impossible or extremely difficult to object. Thus, sex with captives is considered as statuary rape because the victims are in no position to decline. It is vital to note that the absence of objection does not, of itself, constitute consent. Duress, in which the victim may be threatened or subjected to overwhelming force or violence, may result in absence of objection to intercourse. War rape is a typical situation where absence of objection may occur.
      The International Criminal Tribunal also defined rape as an institutionalized weapon of war. It also stated that rape is a crime of genocide under international law. The systematic rape of a civilian population by an occupying army is considered a war crime. (Fourth Annual Report of the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda to the General Assembly)
      We will now consider the subject of Rape in Islam as sanctioned by Allah and his Prophet. In some specific instances, rape is not a sin and is both permitted and encouraged in Islam.Islam is the only religious political system in the world that includes rules for rape. Incredible as it may seem, Allah gave Muslim men the right to rape women who are taken as prisoners of war. Muhammad himself had forced sex (rape) with several of his women captives of war. Later these victims of rape were either sold or kept as sex-slaves by their Muslim masters. Islam considers slave-women as property; therefore, Muslim men are allowed to rape them at will. Islam also permits unlimited sex with women taken as prisoners of war. Raping captives and slaves was widespread amongst the Muslims during the “golden days” of Islam. The founder of Islam personally carried out this wicked act after he came into power. Muhammad was a rapist.
      Allah allows Muslims to have sex with female slaves who are: (1) Taken captive in war (2) Purchased by money (3) Received as a gift (4) The female offspring of their slaves.
      For depraved godless men without morality, compassion or justice, the promise of wealth, plunder, and sex with captives was an attractive incentive to join Muhammad’s new religion.It is an incentive engraved in the Qur’an – the very heart of Islam. Since Muslims will not accept any interpretation that is extraneous to their sources, we will oblige them by relying solely on their own approved Islamic sources. We will use these documented evidences to prove beyond any doubt that Islam approves, codifies and legalizes rape in its sacred text.
      One of Muhammad’s warriors declared:
      Tabari IX:25: “By Allah, I did not come to fight for nothing. I wanted a victory over Ta’if so that I might obtain a slave girl from among them and make her pregnant.” (See also Sirat Rasul Allah by Ibn Ishak, p.590.)
      Prophet Muhammad Promises Women to his Warriors
      Ibn Hisham recorded the words of Muhammad in Al Rod Al Anf, Volume 2, page 182:
      “You see God will soon make you inherit their land, their treasures and make you sleep with their women.” (Literally: make their women beds for you).
      While promising women to his warriors, Muhammad said it is Allah who will “make you sleep with their women.” Now ask yourself, would the true God act as a pimp by providing women for the sexual gratification of his worshippers? In this case, it is even worse, for these women are not prostituting themselves for Allah to act as a pimp but they are the innocent wives, daughters, mothers and sisters of the unfortunate men who were either captured or killed.
      Allah’s Blessings for Muhammad and Muslims – Illicit Sex
      Surah 23:1, 5-6: “Triumphant indeed are the believers… (who) restrain their carnal desires except with their spouses and slave-girls. The practice of carnal relations is lawful with them.” (Sarwar)
      Surah 23:5-6: Who abstain from sex, Except with those joined to them in the marriage bond, or the captives whom their right hands possess, – for in their case they are free from blame. (Yusuf Ali)
      In the words of this Qur’anic verse, it means Muslim men do not have to restrain themselves from gratifying their carnal (sexual) desires with their war captives, slave-girls and, of course, with their wives. As stated earlier, slave-girls are either purchased from the slave market or obtained by capture through warfare. Captured women are enslaved and shared among the Muslim warriors. These slave-girls are the defenseless mothers, wives daughters, and sisters of men slain in battle by the Muslim warriors. This utterly shameful conduct is sanctioned by Allah and enshrined in the Qur’an and the Hadith. Allah tells his Prophet:
      Surah 33:50: “O Prophet! Lo! We have made lawful unto thee thy wives unto whom thou hast paid their dowriesand those whom thy right hand possesseth of thosewhom Allah hath given thee as spoils of war…”(Pickthall)
      “Prophet, We have made lawful for you your wives whom you have given their dowry, slave girls whom God has given to you as gifts…” (Sarwar)
      Just as it is lawful for Muhammad to engage in sexual intercourse with his legal wives, Allah has also made it lawful for Muhammad to engage in sexual intercourse with the women captives of war. Once again, it is stated in the above Qur’anic verse that it is Allah who provides these girls as gifts to his Prophet for sexual enjoyment. Muslims must ponder, why should Allah take such keen interest in the sexual indulgence of his Prophet? What lesson is Allah teaching the rest of the Muslim community by authorizing this depraved behavior for his Prophet? The only lesson that is taught here by Allah is that it is fair to rape helpless captive women. That is why Muslim men are also given the same rights as their Prophet. They too are given the right to enjoy the same illicit pleasure as the following Qur’anic verse confirms. Allah tells the Muslim men:
      Surah 4:24: “Also forbidden for you are married women,except those who have fallen in your hands as prisoners of war.” (Malik)
      “And all married women (are forbidden unto you) save those (captives) whom your right hands possess. It is a decree of Allah for you.” (Pickthall)
      This means that while a Muslim man is prohibited from engaging in sex with a married woman, there is an exception to this rule if the married woman happens to fall into his hands as a captive of war, then under such circumstances, he is allowed to rape themarried captive.
      Maududi, a highly respected commentator on the Qur’an interprets the plain meaning of the above Qur’anic verse, saying that sex with slave-girls is lawful without the benefit of marriage:
      Two categories of women have been excluded from the general command of guarding the private parts: (a) wives, (b) women who are legally in one’s possession, i.e. slave-girls. Thus, the verse clearly lays down the law that one is allowed to have sexual relation with one’s slave-girl as with one’s wife, the basis being possession and not marriage. If marriage had been the condition, the slave-girl also would have been included among the wives, and there was no need to mention them separately. (Sayyid Abul A’La Maududi, The Meaning of the Qur’an, vol. 3p. 241, note 7)
      In the above commentary, Maududi made it very clear that according to the scriptures of Allah, marriage is not a prerequisite for a Muslim man to have sex with his slave-girls. In Islamic theology, a Muslim man has the right to demand sex from his legal wife. By virtue of the fact that Allah grants a Muslim manthis same right with his slave-girls based on possession and not marriage, she, too, must provide sex on demand. As this right to sexual intercourse is granted by Allah, her consent is not required. Also, deemed as his property, a slave-girl does not have the right to stop the sexual advances even if she does not consent to his uninvited invasion on her person. Does not this unwanted intrusion on her body categorically amount to an act of rape? Would you join a religion that codifies an edict in its holy book that permits the raping of innocent women? A vital fact that we must remember is that this law is still in force in Islam.
      As stated earlier, Surah 4:24 permits Muslim men to have sexual intercourse with married women who became slaves through capture. We will now look at the circumstances under whichSurah 4:24 was revealed. The following Hadiths will aid us to identify the incident that led to the revelation of Surah 4:24.
      Sahih Muslim, Book 8, Number 3432:
      Abu Sa’idal-Khudri (Allah be pleased with him) reported that at the Battle of Hunain, Allah’s Messenger (may peace be upon him) sent an army to Autas and encountered the enemy and fought with them. Having overcome them and taken them captives, the Companions of Allah’s Messenger (may peace be upon him) seemed to refrain from having intercourse with captive women because of their husbands being polytheists. Then Allah, Most High, sent down regarding that: “And women already married, except those whom your right hands possess (Qur’an 4:24)”
      Sunan Abu Dawud Volume 2, Book V, Chapter 711, Number 2150:
      Abu Sa’id al-Khudri said: The Apostle of Allah sent a military expedition to Awtas on the occasion of the battle of Hunain.They met their enemy and fought with them. They defeated them and took them captives. Some of the Companions of the Apostle of Allah were reluctant to have intercourse with the female captives in the presence of their husbands who were unbelievers.So Allah, the Exalted, send down the Qur’anic verse: “And all married women (are forbidden) unto you save those (captives) whom your right hand possess.” – Surah 4 An-Nisa 24.
      Surah 4:24 was revealed in a specific context when Muslim fighters got female captives whose husbands were still alive. And some of the holy warriors had been a little hesitant to have intercourse with the captive women in the presence of their husbands. Therefore, they consulted with their supreme leader. Muhammad realised that if Allah did not include married women in his authorization to rape captive women, then his holy warriors’ motivation to fight the next jihad will soon diminish. He immediately sought Allah’s intervention and right away, Allah revealed Surah 4:24 to sanction both rape and adultery.Because of this Qur’anic verse, the wives of the infidel captives became lawful to the conquering jihadist. The warriors who were reluctant moments ago were given the assurance that they could rape these women, both married and single, with Allah’s blessings. They now raped these women with an untroubled conscience. Whatever trace of decency that were with them just moments ago were now obliterated by Allah.
      Muslims must consider how Allah, who claims to be a holy God, can reveal verses to the effect that it progressively increases the depravity of his worshippers. Human decency and justice would dictate that no sex should take place between female prisoners of war and their captors under any circumstance. Having sex with women in their most desperate condition as war captives is not only morally wrong but it is also an act that is extremely evil.
      The raping of a civilian population by an occupying army is considered a war crime even by the laws of mere humans. Yet, this sexual crime is authorized by Allah. Thus, the laws of Allah are not only lower than that of man’s but also animalistic. Allah is guilty of promoting one of the most depraved, animalistic sexual behaviour among his worshippers by codifying the act of rape as an acceptable deed in the Qur’an. It is one thing for some soldiers in any army to strike out on their own and rape women. All armies have criminal soldiers who commit this wrong act. However, it is quite another to approve and codify rape in a sacred text. Thus, Islam is the only religion in the world that legitimizes rape and Surah 4:24 testifies to this disgraceful fact.
      The following Tafsir (Commentary) by renowned scholar, Ibn Kathir, reiterates the shocking ungodly decision of Allah to sanction rape in the Qur’an. Please read this commentary carefully:
      Tafsir Ibn Kathir on Surah 4:24:
      The Ayah (verses) means Also (forbidden are) women already married, except those whom your right hands possess.), you are prohibited from marrying women who are already married. Except those whom your right hands possess) except those whom you acquire through war, for you are allowed such women after making sure they are not pregnant. Imam Ahmad recorded that Abu Sa`id Al-Khudri said, “We captured some women from the area of Awtas who were already married, and we disliked having sexual relations with them because they already had husbands. So, we asked the Prophet about this matter, and this Ayah was revealed, (Also (forbidden are) women already married,except those whom your right hands possess).Accordingly, we had sexual relations with these women.” This is the wording collected by At-Tirmidhi An-Nasa’i, Ibn Jarir and Muslim in their Sahih.
      Through this verse in the Qur’an and verified by a number of Hadiths there emerges a clear picture of divine authorization of rape, adultery and fornication. Allah took it upon himself to sanction the raping of women, including married ones, who unfortunately became captives of the Muslim warriors. Thus, the divine approval of rape is engraved in Islam’s theology. Only the most debased religion will sanction rape. Can a religion that permits men to have forced sex with their captives come from mankind’s Creator? Absolutely not!
      The Islamic Legal Manual “Umdat al-Salik,” which carries the endorsement of Al-Azhar University, the most respected authority in Sunni Islam, states the following:
      “When a child or a woman is taken captive, they become slaves by the fact of capture, and the woman’s previous marriage is immediately annulled.” Why? So that they are free to become the concubines of their captors. The Qur’an permits Muslim men to have intercourse with their wives and their slave girls: “Forbidden to you are … married women, except those whom you own as slaves” (Surah 4:23-24).
      Women and children are distributed among the holy warriors after Muhammad received one-fifth of the war booty. Women captives are either sold or forced to become sex-slaves and concubines of the conquering jihadists. This depravity of Allah is too severe for any rational person to ignore. It goes against the very nature of God in whose image we are created.
      Acts of Rape During the Holy Wars of Allah
      Sahih Bukhari, Volume 3, Book 46, Number 718:
      Narrated Ibn Muhairiz: I saw Abu Said and asked him about coitus interruptus. Abu Said said, “We went with Allah’s Apostle, in the Ghazwa of Barli Al-Mustaliq and we captured some of the ‘Arabs as captives, and the long separation from our wives was pressing us hard and we wanted to practice coitus interruptus.We asked Allah’s Apostle (whether it was permissible). He said, “It is better for you not to do so. No soul, (that which Allah has) destined to exist, up to the Day of Resurrection, but will definitely come, into existence.”
      Sahih Muslim, Volume 2, Number 3371:
      …Abu Sirma said to Abu Said al Khudri: “O Abu Said, did you hear Allah’s messenger mentioning about al-azl (coitus interruptus)?” He said, “Yes”, and added: “We went out with Allah’s messenger on the expedition to the Mustaliq and took captive some excellent Arab women; and we desired them for we were suffering from the absence of our wives, (but at the same time) we also desired ransom for them. So we decided to have sexual intercourse with them but by observing azl” (withdrawing the male sexual organ before emission of semen to avoid conception). But we said: “We are doing an act whereas Allah’s messenger is amongst us; why not ask him?” So we asked Allah’s messenger and he said: “It does not matter if you do not do it, for every soul that is to be born up to the Day of Resurrection will be born”.
      Muhammad’s men inquired him with an ethical question regarding “coitus interruptus.” Having taken some women captives, they wanted to do coitus interruptus with them. They asked Muhammad whether it was permissible. He told them, “It is better that you should not do it, for Allah has written whom He is going to create till the Day of Resurrection.”When Muhammad said “it is better that you should not do it,” he was referring to coitus interruptus and not to the act of raping the captives. The subject of a soul coming into existence will not be necessary if sex or in this case rape is not permitted in the first place. He made it clear to them that “coitus interruptus”will be pointless because “every soul that is to be born up to the Day of Resurrection will be born.” Clearly, rape was on the agenda and it was not an issue with Muhammad. The only real question was the technique itself. Since Allah has already sanctioned rape, it is definitely not an issue with his Muslims warriors.
      Notice, Muhammad was quick to give his answer because he knew that Allah had already approved the raping of these captives. These immoral acts were already sanctioned in the Qur’an. Therefore, while Muhammad allowed the women to be raped, he did not approve coitus interruptus. Muhammad did not prohibit this extremely immoral practice of raping captives just when the time was right to forbid it. Instead, he allowed his men to rape the women and assuredly told them not to be unduly worried about impregnating them. For, according to him, it is with Allah as to which seed is destined to become fertilized. He stated that having sex with female captives would have nothing to do with any children being born into the world because, “every soul that is to be born up to the Day of Resurrection will be born.”
      In other words, if a child were to be born to a female captive of war, it would have been born as a result of a divine decree of Allah and not because of the sexual act of the Muslim rapist. Thus, Muhammad’s companions would not be responsible for the child being born. Allah’s divine decree alone would be responsible for the birth of that child. Muhammad was eager to reward his companions with every sensual pleasure, as long as they willingly plundered, killed, and enslaved others at his command. There did not seem to be a question, whether or not it was morally right, to have sex with the women who were married to another man. Muhammad the greatest exemplar for all mankind took his stand against the weak and helpless victims, so the powerful could satisfy their immoral animalistic desires.
      In another account, Muhammad even seemed to be impatient with his companions.He was eager, even sexually stimulated, to have the adulterous orgy begin. He wanted to have his companions rape the women immediately. At this point, it did not matter to him if they practiced coitus interruptus or not. He shouted out his command three times, “Verily you do it, verily you do it, verily you do it!”
      Sahih Muslim, Book 8, Number 3373:
      Abu Sa’id al-Khudri (Allah be pleased with him) reported:“We took women captives, and we wanted to do ‘azl with them. We then asked Allah’s Messenger (pbuh) about it, and he said to us: Verily you do it, verily you do it, verily you do it, but the soul which has to be born until the Day of Judgment must be born.”
      Well, they obeyed and they raped. In the course of our discussion, we need to keep clear in mind the objective of this article. The issue at hand is rape and not coitus interruptus. Whether these monsters practiced coitus interruptus or not, it does not in any way diminish or absolve the culpability of their evil crimes. Muhammad, Allah and Islam sanctioned rape and that is what concerns us in our discussion. Coitus interruptus will not be an issue if rape is strictly forbidden by Allah. It is really unbelievable how Muslims can trust and submit to a deity who morality is so debased. Any human being with a trace of decency will shudder at the acts permitted by Allah for his male worshippers. Let us now look at some of the noble acts of the Prophet of Islam.
      The War Trophies of the Prophet of Islam
      Sahih Bukhari, Volume 3, Book 46, Number 717:
      Narrated Ibn Aun: Prophet had suddenly attackedBani Mustaliq without warning while they were heedless and their cattle were being watered at the places of water. Their fighting men were killed and their women and children were taken as captives; the Prophet got Juwairiya on that day.
      And she is not the only war trophy for our noble Prophet.
      “Sirat Rasul Allah” by Ishaq, pg. 464:
      After 800-900 male adults of Bani Quraiza were beheaded in batches, and thrown in trenches dug in Madina, the apostle divided their property, wives and children as booty… He took Rayhana d. Amr b. Khunafa for himself.
      Muhammad destroyed the Bani Quraiza tribe. All the adult male Jews were beheaded so that no husbands were left. This verdict was carried out despite the fact that the tribe of Bani Quraiza had surrendered unconditionally. The women and children were taken as prisoners and their wealth were divided among the Muslim warriors. Then, the Prophet of Islam took one of the widows he had just made – Rayhana bint Amr – for himself. What Muhammad did was grossly wicked, evil, cruel, immoral, unholy and satanic. You could be a happily married woman living your own life, but if Muhammad and his holy warriors attacked your town and captured you, you would lose all your rights. And while your husband is being killed or enslaved, you would be given to a Muslim warrior who would rape you with Allah’s blessings. This is the evil path that Muhammad has trodden and this is the evil path that he has left for his followers to emulate for all eternity.
      Safiyah bint Huyeiy Ibn Akhtab was another Jewish woman who was captured when Muhammad’s troops attacked and brought her to the Prophet as part of his share of the booty. Safiyah was seventeen and beautiful. Acting under the orders of Muhammad, Muslims killed her father, husband and many of her relatives. Muhammad ordered Kinana, the young husband of Safiyah to be tortured to death to make him reveal the whereabouts of the treasure of the town. Muhammad could not control his sexual desire. He had sex with the young widow he had just made on the very night after he had wiped out her entire family.
      Ibn Hisham, Book of Tabaqat:
      “Safiyah was born in Medinah. She belonged to the Jewish tribe of Banu ‘I-Nadir. When this tribe was expelled from Medinah in the year 4 A.H, Huyaiy was one of those who settled in the fertile colony of Khaibar together with Kinana ibn al-Rabi’ to whom Safiyah was married a little before the Muslims attacked Khaibar. She was then seventeen. One mile from Khaibar. Here the Prophet married Safiyah. She was groomed and made-up for the Prophet by Umm Sulaim, the mother of Anas ibn Malik. They spent the night there. Abu Ayyub al-Ansari guarded the tent of the Prophet the whole night. When, in the early dawn, the Prophet saw Abu Ayyub strolling up and down, he asked him what he meant by this sentry-go; he replied: “I was afraid for you with this young lady. You had killed her father, her husband and many of her relatives, and until recently, she was an unbeliever. I was really afraid for you on her account.” The Prophet prayed for Abu Ayyub al-Ansari (p. 766).
      Muhammad made widows out of young women so that he could sexually assault them. The fact that he could not restrain his sexual urges to allow this young widow to mourn her loved ones – who were brutally killed by him and his warriors only moments ago – shows the debased moral character of this evil man. There is no compassion in this imposter. The young and beautiful became his wives. Just think, which woman would want to marry the killer of her father, husband and many of her relatives, particularly moments after their brutal death? The other captives whom he felt were not good enough for him were either sold or used as sex-slaves. Muhammad is not only a confirmed rapist but also a common thief and murderer.
      Muslims who defend the evil acts of their Prophet must be completely perverse in their values for failing to see the absolute evil nature of this man. Killing men and possessing their women are acts of savagery. There is nothing exemplary in the heinous crimes of this exceedingly evil man.
      Surah 48:20: “Allah promiseth you much booty that ye will capture, and hath given you this in advance,and hath withheld men’s hands from you, that it may be a token for the believers, and that He may guide you on a right path.” (Pickthall)
      Allah has promised Muslim warriors “with much booty that they will capture.” And this means more slave-girls. And Allah“hath withheld men’s hands” so that Muslim men can rape their wives with ease. Can you imagine having a pimp as your god and a rapist as your prophet? Muslims have the full right granted by Allah to murder, rape, enslave and loot the property of unbelievers. There is no such thing as the “Golden Rule” of Christianity in Islam.
      Pause for a moment and contemplate on the utterly destructive nature of Islam. Can you picture the agony and shame the husbands must have suffered, watching strangers violate the bodies of their loved ones? Can any man face a humiliation more intense than this? Feel the unbearable torment and agony of these men. Imagine, what thoughts of self-condemnation must have passed through their minds, as they had to stand by helplessly and watch Muhammad’s companions sexually assault their wives like animals. For these unfortunate men whose wives mean everything to them, to say it was a horrific experience is an understatement.
      Now think about it from the women’s point of view. She just experienced one of the most horrifying events in her life – the destruction of her people and family. Her people were attacked and her side lost. Many of the husbands, fathers, and sons are now dead. Some of the men have been captured alive either to be sold or to be kept as personal slaves. The women and children are taken as captives. The captives are now distributed amongst the Muslim men as slaves. Her children are separated from her. She does not know of their whereabouts. She is uncertain of her own future, as well as those of her children. The loss of her beloved husband haunts her. He is either dead or enslaved. She is now in the total power of her captors. The holy Muslim warrior has been separated from his wife for a while. Now out on the field of battle, the sexually hungry predator moves lustfully towards her to ravage her sexually. Do you think that she will now offer herself willingly to copulate with the very man who brought death and destruction to her people?
      What woman do you think would look upon with loving eyes at the very man who brought death and destruction upon her loved ones, family and people? And this is the utter nonsense that Muslim apologists want us to believe. They want us to believe that these women accepted and converted to Islam with open hearts. They want us to believe that these women delivered themselves to be raped with open arms and legs to the conquering jihadist. Such are the lies and deceptions of Islam and its defenders. Can any true conversion into Islam really take place under such circumstances? To protect their children, many widows who were victims of Muslim conquest, readily agreed to conversion so that their children were spared from slavery and were raised as Muslims. Just as the saying goes that there are no atheist in foxholes, fear can produce willing converts.
      When you undertake the study of Islam, it is as if you have left the sanity of our universe and entered a totally different alien world where rape, murder, enslavement, looting, massacres, terror, violence, and pedophilia are no longer crimes against humanity and no longer sins against the laws of God but are the very laws of God.
      We will now consider an event that will further reveal Islam’s stand on rape. It will expose the morally debased nature of Islam and its Prophet. It will also disclose the utterly uncaring attitude that Islam has towards the helpless victims of rape. This event will show the ease with which women are subjected to rape. It also serves to confirm that Islam can never be the religion of the true God. The Islamic laws that directly contribute to the humiliation and the sufferings of millions of helpless women can never come from the true God who is the essence of love.
      Sahih Bukhari, Volume 5, Book 59, Number 637:
      Narrated Buraida: The Prophet sent ‘Ali to Khalid to bring the Khumus (of the booty) and I hated Ali, and ‘Ali had taken a bath (after a sexual act with a slave-girl from the Khumus). I said to Khalid, “Don’t you see this (i.e. Ali)?” When we reached the Prophet, I mentioned that to him. He said, “O Buraida! Do you hate Ali?” I said, “Yes.” He said, “Do you hate him, for he deserves more than that from the Khumus.
      “Khumus” is one-fifth of the spoils of war that is reserved for Muhammad. According to the notes provided for the above Hadith, Buraida hated Ali not because he had raped a slave-girl but for taking from the Khumus without permission. Let us analyze the above incident:
      The Prophet sent Ali to Khalid to bring the Khumus (of the booty) and… Ali had taken a bath (after a sexual act with a slave-girl from the Khumus).
      What was Muhammad’s response to Buraida who reported this incident to him?
      Do you hate Ali for this? . . . Do not hate him, for he deserves more than that from the Khumus.
      This Hadith clearly reveals that Muslims are actually permitted torape their victims. This single episode is sufficient to see the dark side of Islam and Muhammad. Ali took a newly captured female prisoner of war and had sex with her. When Muhammad was informed of this, he did not voice a single objection against the wrong committed on the helpless prisoner of war. Neither was he concerned about the welfare of this unfortunate woman. Nor was he shocked by the serious attack on the decency of this poor victim. Why? Because raping slave-girls and war-captives is a norm in Allah’s religion. Muhammad’s only concern was for the rights of the rapist. In his view, these women are nothing more than objects of sex to gratify the sexual urges of Muslim men.
      Ali was the husband of Muhammad’s daughter, Fatima. Even in today’s sexually permissive world, how many fathers-in-law would defend the rights of their sons-in-law to engage in illicit sexual intercourse? How many fathers-in-law would defend the rights of their sons-in-law to rape defenceless women? But, Muhammad did so in accordance to the dictates and norms of Islam. He defended his son-in-law by saying that “he deserves more than that from the Khumus.” The implication of his statement suggests that Ali deserves to rape more women from the captives. After all, are not captives of war fair games to be raped at will in Islam? After all, does not Allah permit and encourage rape? After all, is Islam not an utterly depraved religion?
      According to the edict of Islam, rape is jihad. In the ethics of jihad, it is not considered a sin to have forced sex with a woman as long as she is a non-Muslim captive or slave. In fact, it is not only encouraged in the teachings of Islam but it is also supported by the example of the Prophet of Islam. In Islamic theology, jihad is a like a magical wand. It transforms sinful practices like murder, looting, destruction of property and rape into acts of virtue.
      Please read the following Hadith carefully. This Hadith describes a typical raid, in which women and children are captured as they attempt to flee the attacking Muslims.
      Sahih Muslim, Book 19, Number 4345:
      “…and then we attacked from all sides and reached their watering-place where a battle was fought. Some of the enemies were killed and some were taken prisoners. I saw a group of persons that consisted of women and children[escaping in the distance]. I was afraid lest they should reach the mountain before me, so I shot an arrow between them and the mountain. When they saw the arrow, they stopped. So I brought them, driving them along.”
      The Muslim narrator is Muhammad’s adopted son. He sees the women trying to escape (following the massacre of their men) and he cuts off their route by shooting an arrow into their path. These women are not trying to seek refuge with the jihadist, as Muslim apologist wants us to believe but are fleeing from the Muslims. The Hadith goes on to recount that Muhammad personally demanded one of the captured women for his own use. Let’s continue with our reading of the Hadith:
      “I drove them along until I brought them to Abu Bakr who bestowed that girl upon me as a prize. So we arrived in Medina. I had not yet disrobed her when the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) met me in the street and said: “Give me that girl.”
      The words of Muhammad’s adopted son, “I had not yet disrobed her” reveal the sickening condition in Islam. Whenever the Muslim army conducted a raid, they always had the thirst for the succulent bodies of infidel women. Each woman captive serves as an opportunity for the pious to rape. And Muhammad was no different. In fact, he could not wait to satisfy his lust. He shamelessly ordered his son, “Give me that girl.” This is a typical scene from the glorious golden days of Islam. Sexual predators from prophet to foot soldiers. Shame, honor, virtue and self-respect are alien to the religion of Islam.
      As one might conclude, Muhammad’s obvious approval of raping women captured in battle, and his own personal participation in it is of intense inconvenience to the Muslim apologists of our time. Try as they might to defend Muhammad’s actions, the overbearing evidences incriminate Muhammad at every turn. All the above verses from the Qur’an and Hadith prove that Muhammad allowed Muslims to do to female slaves what are clearly undeniable acts of rape. Muhammad and his men were allowed by the eternal laws of Allah to rape their slaves and captives. Rape is considered as a serious crime to all descent human beings but not to Allah and his Prophet. Religion is supposed to condemn crimes which are committed against another human being but that is not the case with the religion of Islam. Muslims must ask themselves, “How can Allah give laws that are criminal in nature?”
      The entire Islamic moral universe devolves solely from the life and teachings of Muhammad. Everything that has been discussed up to now is not only history but also Sunnah (the example of the perfect pattern of action and morality practiced by Muhammad). All morality in Islam is patterned after the example of Muhammad. Everything that he did and said defines what is permitted or forbidden. Muhammad repeatedly sanctioned forced sex (rape) with infidel females after they were captured. The Hadith clearly reports that he got first choice of the women. So if Muhammad was involved in the rape of infidels, then rape is a virtue. It is not a sin because Muhammad did it. And he set the pattern for Muslims to follow for all eternity.
      All these facts from Islamic sources themselves clearly demonstrate that Allah who sanctions rape in the Qur’an simply cannot be the true God. And Muhammad simply cannot be the prophet of the true God. Allah’s directive in the Qur’an is in direct violation of the divine Laws of the Almighty God, Jehovah. The teachings of Allah in the Qur’an also stand condemned by the divine Laws of Jehovah who stated centuries before the Qur’an was revealed:
      Exodus 20:17: “You must not desire your neighbor’s wife.”
      1 Thessalonians 4:3-5, 7: “For this is the will of God, your sanctification, that you should abstain from fornication. That every one of you should know how to get possession of his own wife in sanctification and honor: Not in the passion of lust, like the Gentiles that know not God… For God hath not called us unto uncleanness, but unto sanctification.”
      Exodus 20:14: “Thou shall not commit adultery.”
      Matthew 5:27-28: “You have heard that it was said to them: ‘Thou shalt not commit adultery.’ But I say to you, that whosoever shall look on a woman to lust after her, hath already committed adultery with her in his heart.”
      These are the Laws of a Holy God. If Jehovah even forbids his worshipper to develop a covetous sexual craving for another person’s wife, do you think he will authorize his worshipper to rape her? Just think, would the true God inspire a verse sanctioning rape and adultery centuries after it is taught in the Bible that even looking at a woman in a lustful manner is immoral? We would rightfully expect the true God to maintain the same holy standard of morality. Thus, the Qur’an cannot be the Word of God. For a Christian man, there is no place for sex, let alone rape, outside the confinements of his marital union with a single wife.
      Jesus also gave his followers the following divine command:
      Matthew 22:39: “Thou shall love thy neighbor as thyself.”
      Any religion that sanctions rape is both dangerous and destructive. Our mothers, sisters, wives and daughters are not safe as long as this abomination is allowed to exist. Perversion and lust knows no boundaries especially when it is religiously sanctified. Therefore, it is imperative to act and expose this evil cult before it consumes everything that is righteous, true and good. This religion grows and strives by committing evil.
      Muslims consider Islam as the best and the perfect religion. So, how can you improve on something that is already perfect? Thus, Islam will always remain evil. This also means that if the situation changes and Muslims become stronger once again, they will resume their policy of enslavement and rape. The laws of Allah are written on stones – they are unchangeable. The danger lies in the fact that Islam is a violent and expansionist religion that seeks the destruction or subjugation of all other religions, especially Christianity. Violence against non-Muslims is and has always been an integral aspect of Islam. And the natural consequence of this destructive ideology is murder, enslavement and rape. Islammeans Submission. The principle of submission could not be any clearer. By definition, a slave is the most submissive of all people. A slave will submit completely to her master. Islam leads to Jihadand jihad leads to Sexual Slavery and sexual slavery leads toRape and rape leads to Submission and submission leads toIslam. The cycle of evil begins and ends with Islam.
      Given below is a recent Fatwa (Islamic ruling) from a widely respected mufti.
      ISLAMIC QUESTION & ANSWER, ONLINE WITH MUFTI EBRAHIM DESAI, SOUTH AFRICA, ASK THE IMAM:
      “It may, superficially, appear distasteful to copulate with a woman who is not a man’s legal wife, but once Shariah makes something lawful, we have to accept it as lawful, whether it appeals to our taste, or not; and whether we know its underlying wisdom or not.”
      We have come to the conclusion of our analysis on the subject concerning the sanction of rape in Islam. The evidences provided in this article are by no means exhaustive but are sufficient enough to assist sincere seekers of truth, both Muslims and non-Muslims to see the dangers of Islam. Women who are tempted to convert to this religion must stop and think before it is too late for them. They must realize that according to Allah it is “lawful and good” to rape women.
      Surah 8:69: “But (now) enjoy what ye took in war, lawful and good.” (Yusuf Ali)
      Not only does Allah grant permission for women to be captured and raped, but he also allows Muslims to enjoy raping these poor women in the presence of their husbands. Can a religion as debased as this originate with the true God? You be the judge.

Why did the Prophet in his last battle, the Battle of Tabuk, accept considering his age and the age of his great and elder Companions and those who were not military men, who were not men of the sword but more political elements that they go to this battle to fight the powerful foreign Romans in the north of the country where the danger of death was very great? Why did he single out Ali, and, against the will of Ali, the reproach of the Jewish people and the hypocrites, keep Ali in Medina even though Ali is known as a man of the sword, the hero of many battles, the bearer of the flag and the conqueror of the famous and great battles of the Prophet? He says to him, “I leave you for that which I left behind in Medina. Are you not satisfied that your relationship to mine is the same as the relationship of Moses’ with that of his brother Aaron?” Why did he, at the time of his death, send an army to attack the Romans and not because of an emergency and/ or for defense? Why does he send Abu Bakr, Omar and the other great men and politicians who had influence along with the army? Why, with such an army, does he choose the 18 year old Osameh to lead the army while these great men are among the common soldiers? Why, when there is objection to his leadership because of his youth, does the Prophet get angry and in strong terms criticize those who think age is more important than worthiness? And why when he is feverish and at the door of death, does he insist and persist, pray and insult so that the army would move quickly, the elders would move and he kept Ali in Medina? Why, at the last moment of his life does he ask for a tablet and pen and say, ‘I want to write down something so that you will never go astray.’ Why do those who had just been elected not allow him to write anything down? They even argue in front of him and create uproar. They bother him. They even insult and protest to his wives who were crying behind the curtain saying, ‘The Prophet wants to leave his last will and testament. Bring him a tablet and a pen.’ They delay. They call themselves friends of Joseph until the Prophet, in anger says, ‘All of those women are better than you.’ and then he asks to be left alone. Why at the end of his life, when the Prophet says, ‘I have three pieces of advice for you,’ he mentions only two of them and the third one, which is about Ali, remains unsaid? Why when Balal says, ‘it is the time of ritual prayer,’ and he is not able to rise from his bed, he says, “Tell Ali to come.” Suddenly both of them appear in answer to the message of his daughter and the Prophet sees all three of them at one time and then, without saying anything, asks all three to leave. Why? Why? Why? Why was it that the Prophet, who at the most difficult time of battles, face to face with the power of the enemy, and he lacking power, filled with loneliness, always full of hope and strength, certain of the future? Why during the last days of his life when he is on the edge of his victory is he so afraid and worried? Why the last night of his sickness before his death, in the middle of the night, alone with his man helper, does he go to the graveyard and spend a long time whispering to the silent corpses, with the greatest of pain, saying, ‘May God bless you all. How lucky you are to be dead and therefore not facing this present situation.’ Why is it that as he gets closer to death he repeats more and more often that plots and conspiracies like parts of the black night are now continuously appearing? Yes. Now all of these why’s are answered. A part of that black night has passed by. Ali has finished burying the Prophet and the great Companions, at the same moment, bury his rights. They come from Saqifeh to the mosque so that the Caliph can announce his leadership in a message to the people. Ali returns from the empty home of the Prophet to Fatima’s home to begin 25 years of silence, full of pain, loneliness and blackness. And it is Fatima who must bear the weight and anger of this unmerciful blow along with her delicate soul. Her father, her refuge, her dearest beloved, has gone. Ali, her brother, husband, friend and only familiar family and sympathizer, sad and broken, remains at home and, like herself, remains alone. It seems like in a space of a few short hours, they all became strangers. Medina no longer recognizes them. And Islam? And Islam? This faith endows a devotion in the soul of Fatima so that from her childhood onwards, in spite of her young years and delicateness, she can perform the jihad for the establishment of Islam during the lifetime of her father at the time of the first mojaheds [warriors, those who fight to defend the faith]. The endowment also includes that she suffer difficulties, poverty, the barriers of life and sorrow throughout her childhood and her youth so that her soul may move upon the way. With her delicate and fragile feet, she steps along the way with the first mojaheds and real pilgrims. She paves this difficult and bumpy way for those who follow her. With all her faith, power and feelings, she helps so that the message of her father can find permanence amid this group, so that correctness, the worship of Truth, freedom, justice, piety, equality, the roots of brotherhood among all creatures cab become strong and so that this young community, which is without power and without awareness, where the germs of old diseases are hidden in the depths of corpses, can take root in the powerful way of knowledge, awareness, justice and human chastity. She leads upon the way that the unlettered Pro¬phet took her. She did the things that he had ordered be done and had made part of the Traditions. But now for Fatima we could say all things have become silent. All the walls, foundations, watch towers and ramparts which are built with all that effort, suddenly fall into ruins. The fate of Islam is decided in Saqifeh without the presence of Ali, Salman, Abuzar, Ammar, Meghdad and others. Now, these people have all gathered in Fatima’s home, sad and angry. Why have they remained faithful to Ali. They are not from among the aristocrats of the Oussand Khazraj tribes. They have no family or hold no prestige in Medina. They are not from among the original Qoraish family whose luxury of blood, family and class has given them station and position. They do not desire to have the slightest part of the Caliphate of the Prophet. These are people who are either strangers like Saiman who was Iranian, or Abuzar who came from the desert, or Ammar whose mother was a black African slave and his father had come from Yemen or other unknown people without any prestige or any claim to being high class. They are simple, deprived people like Meitham who sold dates. These people, in the eyes of the Prophet, were dear and beloved but now that he has gone, they have been ob¬liged to return to a permanent state of humility. Values have changed again. Ali is the Only Refuge Their only refuge is Ali. Ali himself has the same position they do in Medina. He also suffers from the renewed regime of old values. His story goes like this: He is a young man, thirty some years old (in comparison to the elders of the community). He is a man empty handed, without class, without the shackles of politics or tribal bonds. He holds only the pious virtues of knowledge, bravery, and persistence upon the way, high thinking and awareness. He has the power of speech and the sword. His entire fortune is amassed from and consists of the dangers he met remaining loyal to the Prophet as well as his sword which was raised in jihad and the great amount of blood which was drawn from the hatred of yesterday’s enemies who have ’surrendered’ to the ‘decree’ of the Prophet. Those values, consciousness of self and the unawareness of provoking the jealousy of friends, sacrifices and courage, created a hatred in his enemies which could never be made up for. Both friends and enemies alike joined hands and stories in attacking and condemning Ali. They slandered him, humiliated him and finally they ostrasized him and left him alone. When a spirit rises above the level of his time and grows beyond the container of the patience of the people of its time, it is left alone. The profundity, beauty and richness of his ‘being’ of and by itself, humbles the empty, trivial ugliness of others. Whenever one humbles oneself, friend and foe alike, consciously and unconsciously, join together to negate or destroy the spirit of the great personality or else they try to destroy its distinct rights. They mutually benefit each other. Then, friends, companions and those who have the same thoughts, because of the greatness of ‘being’, show contempt. They create a vacuum in their personalities. They suffer. They try by negating or denying his virtues to contaminate the personality, to feign closeness in order to reduce the space which is causing them to suffer. Since they can never reach the spirit directly, they try to pull it back so that they can reach it in this way. It is in this effort that they join with the enemies and find mutual interests. When this happens, friends also find a need to destroy that spirit. They unknowingly become the toys of the enemy. They become the representative of murder. They become amateur servants of oppressors. This is why Ali must be humiliated. This is why the 0mayyid tribe, who are the enemies of the Emigrants, Helpers and Ali advertise that, ‘Ali is the son of the earth.” Ali does not perform his ritual prayers.’ The Omayyids are writers of revelation, who have gathered the Qoran and the uncles and relatives of the Prophet. The daughter of Abu Sufiyan is the wife of the Prophet, so his house is a sacred place. It is an area where fighting is forbidden. It is in the immense palace of Abu Sufiyan which, in the eyes of the Prophet like the house of God in Mecca is a place of refuge for all. Whosoever seeks refuge there is safe. How is it that Ali is killed in the mihrab [the place which gives the direction of prayer] of a mosque? What sort of news is this? What was Ali the ‘father of dust’, ‘the man who’ supposedly, ‘does not perform his prayers,’ doing at the mihrab? Ali, performing his prayers? How could that be? Others Are Busy Destroying Him Everyone knows that this hatred of Ali resulted from his heroic deeds at Badr , Khandaq and other such battles. But a friend? The sore becomes infected with they who participated in the battles of Badr and Khandaq against the Omayyids, now join them and sing the same tune. Why? The well known of the great Companions were obliged to lower their heads at the Battle of Khandaq where Ali, a young man, twenty seven years old, struck such fear into the enemy through his sword and the cries of allaho akbar which issued forth from him that the Prophet praised him, ‘The blows of Ali in the battle of Khandaq are worth more than the worship of all the men and jinn.’ The blows of his sword made them happy and they grew eager for confrontation, but, hidden, nevertheless, was a jealousy which planted itself in their unconscious conscience. It grows later on without they themselves being aware of it. The seed grows into branches bearing leaves which eventually cover their whole spirit and thoughts. Its roots form in the depths of their bones. At Khaybar where Abu Bakr carried the flag of the Prophet and went forward to conquer the citadel, and after great effort, he returns broken, then Omar goes and returns defeated, the Prophet says, `Tomorrow, I will give the flag into the hands of someone who loves both God and His Prophet and both God and His Prophet love him.’ The next day he gives the flag to Ali. Ali amazingly conquers one citadel after another. He opens a citadel up and people enter in to plunder and he moves on to attack another citadel. At Badr, at Ohud the great ones, the Companions who consider themselves from the point of view of age and position in society, to be at the highest level, either run away or else go and sit in a corner, afraid and hopeless. It is Ali who like lightening and wind passes through the scenes and creates a new front amidst the fear and defeat. When he carries the flag towards victory at Honein, while the great influential and respected Companions run away from the narrow strait and Abu Sufiyan cries out, ‘The way they are running away, they will not stop until they reach the Red Sea!’, Ali, like a rock, closes the mouth of the strait. This sword creates hatred in the enemies as well as in the friends. Even though they are fighting for the same thing, jealousy and contempt arises. This is how friends and enemies join into one front whenever the character, virtues or strength of Ali is spoken about. This is when a friend needs an enemy and an enemy needs a friend and they both work together. This is why the reaction to the greatness of Ali is compensated for by showing contempt for Ali. How? By not taking his Islamic virtues into account; by not emphasizing them. Even though it is unmanly, they describe him in terms which are contrary to what he really is. They express words or spread stories in a way which is slander. If they do not reach this low level, they just keep quiet as to his values. If they mention his weak points whenever they get the chance, they exaggerate them and make mountains out of molehills. They oppress his rights and destroy the Truth. They admit the rights of Ali to the extent of Abu Bakr or Omar, but they do so in order to destroy his rights. They act from a motive. The Result: His Chances Are Destroyed ‘Ali? Yes. But he is still young. Let some years pass for him.’ ‘Ali? Yes. But he is a man of the sword, devoted, knowledgeable, but he knows nothing however about politics. He is brave but he does not know the science of war.’ ‘Ali? Yes. But he jokes too much.’ ‘Ali? Yes. But at the present time it is not advisable for Islam that he be elected. He has many enemies. At the time of the Prophet, during the wars, he killed many of the great and influential Arabs. The hatred is still warm. It is not advisable.’ ‘Ali? Yes. But he is too sure of himself.’(Their inferiority complex becomes obvious). ‘Ali? Yes. If the Caliphate were to be given to him, he would run this camel firmly in the right direction. But is he really serious about that?’ The result? The result is that Ali is destroyed both at the hands of the Bani Omayyids as well as at those of Omar, who is the enemy of the Bani Omayyid and of the same rank as Ali. Othman is victorious with the help of Omar and also the Bani Omayyid who are the enemies of Omar and the family of Othman. Fatima knows all these things very well. She understands them. She is not someone who sits at home aware of nothing which is going on. Fatima has learned how to walk through struggles. She knows how to cut through propaganda. Her youth had been spent in the heart of the movement’s storm and her maturing years in the political fire of her times. She is a Moslem woman: a woman whose ethical purity does not prohibit her from social responsibility. Now, a few hours have passed since the Prophet has been buried. Ali is in his home surrounded by some of the Bani Hashimi and the beloved Companions of the Prophet who had remained loyal to him. They have joined together in their opposition to what had happened at Saqifeh and in their disobedience to the allegiance which had drawn people to it. The decree of the Caliph has been read at the mosque. People have also pledged allegiance to him. Omar, a political agent, tries unrelentlessly to gather the remaining votes so as to pave the way. Saied ibn Obadeh, the leader of the Khazraj, a man of influence who was the candidate of the Helpers at Saqifeh, did not accept the Caliphate of Abu Bakr. Out of protest, he left Medina. He headed towards Damascus. News reached them that half way there he had been attacked and killed by a jinn! Who has assassinated him? They even knew the jinn who killed him because a poem circulated in praise of that jinni. But soon murmurs were heard that he had been murdered by command of Omar Khalid ibn Valid. The fate of the tribes is still unknown. There is a possibility that they will not accept Abu Bakr as Caliph. But the most dangerous focal point is at Fatima’s house. Yes. From this day on, the house of Fatima becomes a center, dangerous to governments. Three Centers of Patience Now in Medina, history shows us three important centers of great patience: the mosque, the home of Fatima, and next to it, the Prophet’s home, which has now been silenced. It is strange that these three are all located in one place, wall to wall. Yes. Only the distance of a wall separates them. Omar is very angry about this single point of strength in opposition to the new leaders. He who has struggled a great deal to establish Abu Bakr’s leadership and who has removed hundreds of obstacles, cannot now bear the fact that there is a group in this house which has been established to resist, who gather together to put aside that allegiance. And still more important is the fact that this house is next to the mosque. The mosque is the Parliament of the Caliphate, the house of government. Fatima’s house is in the corner and the faces of those who were until yesterday the dearest and most beloved of the Prophet can be seen there. Fatima, like a wounded bird, is pressed between two heavy tragedies: the death of the Prophet and the defeat of Ali. Her head is .bowed with the weight of the black sorrow. She thinks about the past. She thinks of her father who had always been so worried about the future as to what would the fate be of the religion of justice and its leadership. Bitter sweet memories fill her mind and her spirit. Like a bird who flaps its wings within its cage, wing to wing of her father, flying through the past horizons, she is able to find peace for a few moments from the anger of the tragedy which has most recently fallen upon her and destroyed her home. Suddenly, a loud uproar comes from the mosque. Fatima, in the midst of the uproar, cries and confusion, hears the voice of Omar ibn Khatab saying, ‘I will burn this house to the ground with all its inhabitants.’ She hears these words of attack loud and clear. They have come closer now. The door of Fatima’s house opens to the mosque. She hears the words of someone in amazement, asking, `Even if Fatima is in there?’ And Omar answers, ‘Even if she is in there.’ It is true that Omar’s servant brought fire to the mosque. The fire is now at her door. In the midst of the confusion, Omar shouts out, ‘Ali come out!’ Inside the house there is great commotion. The flames of fire are close. They are visible from between the cracks in the door. The cries of Omar grow louder and more violent by the moment. Suddenly the cry of Fatima is heard. She is standing behind the door. Her cry holds within it all of the sorrow of the world. ‘Father, Prophet of God! After you; what have I not seen from Omar and Abu Bakr!.’ The followers of Omar take several steps backwards. These are the cries and anger of the beloved daughter of the Prophet! A group can not contain themselves. They begin to cry and wail out loud. Another group remains looking fixedly upon the home of Fathima and the Prophet. They say they were all fixed with shame. Omar, who had remained alone, stands confused for a moment. He does not know what to do. Then he returns to Abu Bakr. Everyone gathers around Abu Bakr. They relate the story of Fatima to him. Some of them tell it as if they are speaking of a tragedy. Abu Bakr returns to Fatima’s house followed by Omar and others, but this time they go softly and quietly. One says, ‘Abu Bakr cuts with cotton [i.e. his policy is softness] whereas Omar cuts with the sword [his policy is rough].’ Fatima is used to difficulties. She has grown up in the cradle of resistance and struggle. She now finds herself facing the most difficult of her tragedies when she senses herself to have the least strength. She stands alone behind the door bf this home like its guard, gathering together all of her strength before she falls to her knees under the pressure and weight weighing down upon her. She is trying to protect Ali who is now all alone. They ask permission to enter. She does not giver permission. Ali, whose patience is hard to conceive of, comes out. He asks Fatima to give them permission. to enter. She does not resist Ali. But she remains silent, a silence which is overflowing with anger. Ali asks them to enter. They do so. They greet Fatima. Fatima, in anger, turns away from them and does not answer. She creates a distance between herself and them. Because of her anger, she places herself beyond a wall. Abu Bakr sense that Fatima’s anger and disgust is beyond limit. He does not know what to say or how to begin. Shame and silence create a shadow upon the heads of the two leaders. It is difficult for them at this moment to be present between Fatima and Ali. Ali is sitting beside them. They say there is only one host, silence. And Fatima, next to the wall, is pouting, full of anger. She has hidden herself from them so she will not see them. It is a wall, the distance between which is never removed from that time forward. Abu Bakr tries to have a positive encounter. He tries to find the strength so .that he can speak at this difficult moment. Moments pass and the silence which is full of words remains fixed in this house. Abu Bakr, with a face full of deep and apparent sorrow and in a tone trembling with sympathy, begins in a friendly voice. ‘Beloved daughter of the Prophet, I swear that the family of the Prophet is dearer to me than my own family. You are dearer to me than my own daughter, Aiesha. The day your father died, I had wished that I had died so that I would not remain after him. You see that I know you and I admit your virtue and nobility and if I were to take the rights and heritage of the Prophet of God from you, it is only because I had heard him, peace be upon him, say, ‘We Prophets do not leave a legacy. That which remains from us is charity.’ Abu Bakr grows quiet. Omar is also silent. They wait to see the effects of these soft and praiseworthy words upon Fatima’s spirit. Fatima, without hesitating for a moment, in answer, begins with a quiet introduction full of reason, without any anger or cries. ‘If I were to quote the words of the Prophet of God to both of you, would you admit them to be his words and follow them?’ They both answer in one voice…’Yes…’ She says, ‘I hold you both to your oath to God. Did either of you not hear the Prophet say, ‘Fatima’s contentment is my contentment and Fatima’s anger is my anger. That which my daughter, Fatima, likes, I like. That which contents Fatima contents me. That which brings about Fatima’s anger brings about my anger.’ They both answer, ‘Yes. We heard these words from the Prophet of God.’ She immediately continues, ‘Then I have authority from God and the angels to tell you that you both brought me to anger and you have not given me contentment. When I see the Prophet of God, I will tell him about you. I will complain to him about you.’ Abu Bakr begins to cry. He senses that neither does he have the strength to speak nor does Fatima have the strength to listen. He arises and Omar behind him. He enters the mosque. Full of confusion and tears, he cries out with anger and pain to those gathered there that …. Fadak is Confiscated But the power structure and the policy making agents convince Abu Bakr that it is in the best interests of the community for him to move aside. With deep sorrow and after much disagreement, he is convinced. He accepts their advice and is tamed. He imagines that by accepting the Caliphate, he will be able to continue the victory of Islam and implement the Traditions of the Prophet. The first decision he makes is to confiscate Fadak, the grazing area which belonged to Fatima. Ali is personally and economically paralyzed by this act. His income now depends completely upon what he received from the public purse. They leave Ali alone. Those who had gathered around him are dispersed either through force or by their own decision. In this way, there is no danger of revolt from his non allegiance and disobedience. They know that as long as Fatima is alive, they can not get Ali’s allegiance. Ali cannot give his allegiance because Fatima opposes a power or force which does not know the meaning of right. She has not the least bit of softness for them. She holds her strict position until her death. The feeling of anger does not leave her. She attacks what she has in relation to them. She does not let go for a moment. The Prophet dies. Ali remains at home. Fatima’s legacy, which is the only means of income for herself, her husband and her children, is confiscated. Power falls into the hands of Abu Bakr and Omar. The fate and future of Islam is given into the political hands of men such as Abdul Rahman ibn Ouf, a worshipper of money, the aristocrat, Othman, the careless, Khalid ibn Valid and Saied ibn Vaqas, a man without piety. They become the principal agents of the Caliphate of the Prophet. Ali remains at home. He spends his time gathering together the Qoran because he fears for the future. Balal has to leave Medina. He goes to Damascus and remains silent forever. Salman retreats to a corner. He tells those who are hurriedly and victoriously returning from Saqifeh, ‘You did what you shouldn’t have done and you didn’t do what you should have done.’ Then, full of sorrow, having lost hope, he returns to Iran. He dies at Madayen. Abuzar, the close Companion of the Prophet and Ammar remain idle. Fatima Does Not Give Up But Fatima does not sit down. Under a mountain, full of sorrow, bearing her bereaving spirit, she continues her resistance and her struggle against the oppressive Caliphate. She believes the Caliphate to be unworthy. In order to get back Fadak, she does not stand still. Her efforts are always to attack and criticize. She tries to prove to everyone that the Caliph was taking out political revenge upon her and striking an economic blow to Ali with this act of taking Fadak. Fadak is a small grazing area and even if it had been larger, it would have still been too small for Fatima to get involved with. But Fadak has taken on the importance of showing the usurpation and force of the new regime. By keeping the problem of Fadak alive, she tries to condemn the regime. She proves what rights they deny in order to serve their own purposes. They do not refrain from deviating from a saying of the Prophet or its meaning. She wants the thoughts of people to know to what extent these people who call themselves `followers of the custom of the Prophet’ and who actually establish their own Caliphate on this basis, oppress the family of the Prophet. They cut off the right which each and every Moslem child has to receive and every father has the right to give. They say the Prophet has children, but leaves no legacy. Fadak becomes a political issue for Fatima and a means of rebellion. Fatima’s insistence is because of this, not because of its economic value as her conscious enemies and unconscious friends announce. Fatima does not give up. Even though the death of the Prophet has burned her spirit and strongly hurt her. Each blow follows upon the other. The majority of the great Companions and Emigrants of the Prophet who have reached a number which can be counted on one hand, all have given their vote to the Caliph or they have accepted the election and coup d’etat of Saqifeh. Fatima has no real hope to be able to get back any power. She knows that Ali has lost his rights. The chosen power, who have pre-designed and pre-planned the whole thing, have become fixed. She must fight and struggle with the little hope that she has. She must rebel against the ruler. Even if she cannot defeat him, she will at least have condemned him. If it does not fall, it can, at least, be disgraced. If the truth cannot be implemented, it can be proven and designed so that time will come to know it. It can be kept alive, so that people come to know that the ruling forces do not represent the truth. They are oppressive. It is truth, justice and freedom which have been defeated and imprisoned. This is why Medina now witnesses one of the most wonderful views of history. Next to the mosque of the Prophet, in the heart of the dark night, a woman in mourning, sitting upon a horse, being led by a man, passes through the dark empty streets of the town. Ali walks. Fatima, the beloved and rebellious daugter of the Prophet rides. Every night they leave their home with the same purpose. Ali goes with her to seek out the Helpers. They are more sincere and impartial than the Emigrants who are mainly from the Qoraish tribe. They support each other. An aged political structure brings them together. Now the Caliph, from among them, is their influential master. All of them share in his leadership. But the Helpers play no role in the present leadership. Their candidate has been Saied ibn Obadeh who left Medina and was assassinated on his way to Damascus. They give in although they disagree with Abu Bakr’s reasoning. Abu Bakr had been an emigrant, a relative of God’s Prophet and the elder of the Qoraish. They surrendered when he said that the Prophet wished for the Caliph to be from his Qoraish family, from among the relatives and family of the Prophet. Out of respect for the saying of the Prophet and his family, they submitted and overlooked their differences. They gave leadership to Abu Bakr who was from the Prophet’s tribe and the father in law of the Prophet. He had shown himself to be among the loyal followers and family of the Prophet. He received the majority vote. These are the present people of Medina. Now Fatima goes to them personally. Every night she accompanies Ali to their sessions. She speaks with them. She speaks of each and every one of the desires of the Prophet. She accounts one by one for Ali’s worthiness, virtues and superiorities. Through her influential spirit, with her great human personality, her political awareness, with the accurate knowledge she had of Islam, its spirit and goals and finally with the power of logic and reasoning, she proves the rightfulness of Ali and the wrongfulness of the election. She shows the deception. She counts the results and makes them apparent. She shows how they will suffer from this superficial and hurriedly determined decision of political negligence. She frightens them with the dark and unstable future which awaits Islam with their leadership of the community. Not even one historian has mentioned this story. No one has retold the fact that no one opposes the logic of Fatima to argue with her interpretation and reception of the event. They stand by her. All give her the right. All admit their great error. All accept the virtues of Ali and the superiority of his leadership. Fatima is asking them to support Ali and help him get his rights. But their answers? ‘You should see the Prophet’s daughter now that we have given our allegiance to Abu Bakr.’ ‘The affair is finished. If your husband, your cousin, Ali, had taken the lead and mentioned all of this sooner, we would certainly have elected him. We prefer him to anyone else.’ Ali, surprised and in a tone of protest, asks them, ‘Do you really believe that I should have left the dead body of the Prophet in his home, neglected his funeral ceremonies, come out of the house, and fought for a legacy?’ Fatima, seeing that once again Ali is sacrificed because of his loyalty to the Prophet, says, ‘Ali has done nothing other than what he should have done. He did the noble thing, but what did they do? God will punish them and will take care of them.’ The Promised Gift is Sent Now everything has ended. Fatima is content to await death. She feels more alone than she ever thought she could. She sees all the familiar faces who for so many years surrounded her father, who went everywhere with him and who have now turned into strangers. The Companions are now breathing another air. Medina is no longer the city of the Prophet. Policy and sovereignty are now governing the ‘City of Faith’. The great and powerful spirit which had spirited the bedouins, that is, feelings, generosity, worship of the truth, standing for the truth, sensitivity towards human values and the beau¬ties of a life of spiritual struggle, faith and piety are gone. Instead there is a burning and destroying of and a rebuilding based upon ancient customs, tribal traditions, blood relationships, selfishness, pride, self worship, tribal killing, inferior political games and conservatism. All of this opposes the lashes of his words which are lashes of certainty containing the fire of the revolution, commitment and engagement in social action, responsibility, pro¬gress, manifestations of the spirit, meaning and the constant chance of life and resistance to oppression. Ali Remains Silent Now he is silent. He is settled inside Fatima’s house, His dearest friends are left out as well, they who had lived a classless existence and who had found a high place in the eyes and the heart of the Prophet. They who had earned their nobility and respect through their faith, sincerity, awareness and resistance had fallen from the eyes of the new political leaders. Those who are clever and eye catch¬ing, move forward. Ears are so busy with talk of power, leadership and self protection that one can no longer hear the softness of emotions, friendship and sincerity. The personality of Abu Bakr, harshness of Omar and the sword of Khaled and the genius of Amr al Aas suddenly build a high wall around Medina, and the people, frightened and/or attracted, and the Companions aware and/or unaware, are taken into the middle of the wall. But Fatima’s house is left out of it. Fatima’s voice reaches no one! The enemies of Fatima are much stronger than those whom they resisted and fought against in Mecca. Her father fought alone in Mecca with only his young daughter as his companion and support. In the Masjid al Haram, the place of the power of the enemy before Islam, the Prophet and his daughter faced the Qoraish senate together. The Prophet has been calling the 300 idols, the worshipped and intercessors of the Qoraish, and all Arabs, dumb, idiots. Without hesitation and weakness, he cries out that he will break all of them with God’s help. He compares their ancestors to fools and that which they hold sacred as being superstition. But we see that the Prophet, at the height of his power, when he was more loved, more powerful and more influential than ever before, during the last days of his life, can not move Osameh’s army. Even though he gives strict commands, prays and curses, tired and sick with fever, on the verge of death, he cannot move the army standing in Jazaf, near Medina. What can I say? Even in his own house, among his nearest companions, he could not write a letter, he could not announce his testimony. If he were to simply say it, it would not be safe from alteration and deviation. Her husband, Ali, the hero of the day, the man who in the battle of Khandaq where all of the enemy tribes had joined together to attack Medina, where both profane and religious groups had gathered to attack, that is, Arabs and Jews, joined in a single unit to destroy the young Is¬lamic movement entirely, to crush Muhammad’s support and the revolution upon the heads of its warriors, and, as they said, ‘to take Medina’s soil with the feed bags of their horses’, while Ali, a young man, twenty or so years old, with one blow, changed the whole fate of the battle. The man, who at the Battle of Ohud when the Qoraish occupy the valley and the Moslems are dispersed and. fleeing, when the great Companions are hidden, having lost hope and the Prophet is wounded and defenseless in his position, circles around the Prophet like a whirlwind, returns to the battlefield and scatters the front of the enemy which is pressing forward, progressing towards the Prophet over the bodies of the martyrs. He returns to Muhammad to circle around him once again. As he goes back to the battlefield, closing the way of escape, shouting to the scattered forces to form a new front, he regroups the defeated, hopeless, deserters and forms a resistance group which forces the Qoraish, full of joy at hearing the news of the death of the Prophet, seeing the mass of martyrs, the defeat of the warriors and drinking the blood of Hamzeh, the Prophet’s uncle, to retreat from the battlefield. The men who guaranteed the victory of Khaybar, the man who upon the battlefield uses his sword like a sickle which moves through the wheat fields at harvest time, harvesting heads and blood and amasses the army of the enemy and lays them in front of his horse, now sits in the corner of a house. Where is His Sword? What has happened to the famous sword of her husband, Ali? Whenever he returned from battle, it was full of blood and was given to her along with the sword of the Prophet. Ali would say to her in a voice full of honor, glory and pride, ‘Fatima, wash these!’ Now, he is becoming lifeless and after ten years of constant struggle, he is laying down in bed. She also sees that they are attacking Ali’s house, but he does not leave his silent corner. Thus, in the battlefield where the Prophet could not succeed, Ali, the warrior, the champion who gave glory to the field of battle, has been defeated and Fatima is alone. What can she do? Always fighting in the battle front, he is more severe and causes more misery than the front in which the external enemy is standing opposite him. Now a battle has begun where Abu Lahab, Abu Jahl, Abu Sufiyan, Hind and Otbeh Omiyeh ibn Khalaf and Akarmeh are not opposite him. These visages are well known as lacking any respect or human desires. It is obvious that they fight only to protect their power, interests, force, strength, business caravans, slave markets and not because of poverty, spiritual meaning, faith and human wishes. It is a battle between despotism and revolution, slavery and freedom, captivity and salvation, humiliation and lordship, purity and filth. Finally, it is a war against the guardians of ignorance and darkness in human disguise by the messengers of awareness and enlightenment. What is it? On one side is Ali and Fatima as it was in Mecca, Badr, Ohud Khaybar, Fath and Honein. But, on the other side is Abu Bakr, the first person who, outside the Prophet’s home, joins him, his friend, his companion on the migration, and father of his wife. A person who gives him friendship when the Prophet has no one and is alone who spends all of his wealth in the way of the Prophet, and, as a result, in Medina, he is so poor that it is said that he had to work for Jews and strange and despised people. He was a person whom people had seen for 23 years, that is, from the first year of the mission of the Prophet until his death of the Prophet, beside the Prophet. And Omar, the 40th person who, in the hidden Shelter of the Prophet, accepted Islam. With his joining and that of Hamzeh, the first few weak friends gained power and appeared among the people to announce Islam. From that time on, he gave all of his power towards the progress of the movement. He is from among the closest friends and most distinguished of the Emigrants of the Prophet. He was the father of Hafaseh, one of the other wives of the Prophet and people accept him as one of the leaders and great Companions of the Prophet of God. Othman, an Emigrant who had made two emigrations in the way of Islam was the son in law of the Prophet who had married two daughters of the Prophet. He had an eye-catching, sacred personality and he belonged to two of the great families of the Qoraish. He had a great wealth which he distributed among the poor friends of the Prophet and had actively participated in social services and helped the people a great deal. The masses of the people call upon him as one of the Companions, great Emigrants, friend and family of the Prophet. And Khalid ibn Walid, who is a hero in the religious struggles against the enemies of Islam. At the Battle of Muteh, where he is a simple soldier, he breaks nine swords over the heads of Romans. He is known as ‘the sword of God’. Amr al Aas is one of the four famous Arab geniuses who had become a Moslem many years before. He showed the power of Islam to the Emperor of Rome at the Northern borders. Saied ibn Vaqas , the first person who in Islam fires an arrow at an enemy, takes Moslems from the position of defense and shows them how to attack. He shows the enemies what attack is all about and at the Battle of Ohud he carefully released several arrows and saved the life of the Prophet who was in great danger. He had defended himself so bravely that the Prophet praised him. There were many, many more including great Emigrants, Helpers, all the army, leaders and builders of the foundation of Islam and closest friends and pioneers of the Prophet among them. Their Slogan is Islam And their slogan? Not idol worship, disbelief, polytheism, myths, protection of the business of the Qoraish nor the nobility of the tribe, but establishment of unity and the spread of Islam, the gathering and propagation of the Qoran, piety, the negating of the gathering of wealth and gold, helping people, seeking of the satisfaction of God, the implementation of religious law and finally, the putting of the Prophet’s Traditions into effect and most important of all, promoting Unity and the uniting of Moslems. In the middle of this, a right is easily and quietly discarded. The rights of Ali. How? Very easily and with a very understandable logic because of sympathy towards the community and because of the fate of Islam and the danger of internal rebellion, pressure of the foreign enemies and the fear of separation among the Moslems and… in short, it is. because it is advisable for the moment. A young man, thirty some years old, often harsh, whose background does not stand well with the majority they are jealous of him. His behavior is of a type that causes the influential, effective personalities and groups to not be optimistic towards him. `It is still too soon for Ali. It is not advisable for Islam at the moment.’ Yes. Advisability! The inauspicious blow which is always used against the Truth. Advisability, a sword used by clever people to sacrifice the Truth. It is done in accordance with the Divine Law: face the giblah and say, `In the Name of God’, a clean and pure sacrifice, a permissible meat. How simple! Without any noise. Without anyone understanding. Without any who are asleep, awakening: Without the people rebelling. Without anyone to bring awareness to the people. Without anyone being able to distinguish the rights which are asleep under the blows of advisability, they silently die and are forgotten. Finally, without any effort, or protest, to be able to save the Truth and stand against the power which is armed with `advisability’, the struggles, cries, protests, moaning and even objections of Fatima go unheeded. When, a society is covered under advisability, nothing can be done. The greatest tragedy in human history takes place. It. is a silent and defenseless tragedy which sacrifices Ali and Fatima and later on we see their successors and one by one all of their posterity. Fatima sensed it had begun and she could do nothing about it. Suddenly she felt the exhaustion of a whole lifetime of resistance, bearing of miseries patiently, tortures, poverty, difficulties and the bitterness of her life. She becomes convinced that all has been lost. She senses that she can do nothing to keep what the Prophet could not keep and what Ali could not protect. All of the nights become blurred in her eyes, nights which come successively. Her father, during the last days of his life, gave news of it to her. The time has come. What will happen tomorrow? What will become of the great efforts of her father in the cold winds of policy and advisability which have now begun? What is the future of this young community? Into whose hands will the future of these people fall whose fate is to be sacrificed because of policy? The smell of aristocracy, nobility and tribal ties once again has arisen. Allegiance replaces the com¬mandment. How can the votes of the tribes who elect their leader or the Qoraish who elect their elders be more acceptable than the vote of the Prophet? What kind of people are these who at Saqifeh first give their allegiance to Saied and then with one word from Abu Bakr, give their allegiance to him? Do they have sufficient growth and awareness so that the Prophet does not need to interfere in their politics? These people are the people of the Prophet’s city who have lived near him and next to him. Fear for the Future of Islam They have performed the jihad together. They have learned of Islam from the Prophet but they have chosen Abu Bakr. Tomorrow when Islam spreads beyond Medina and this generation passes, what fate will this allegiance bring to the leader of the people? Who will vote and who will be chosen? ‘Now that the most sacrificed visages of the Emigrants and Helpers of the Prophet of the first generation of Islam and the pioneers of faith have put Ali aside because of policy and he is forced to sit in his home, what will tomorrow’s generation do to my children? What will tomorrow’s policies be when people have not grown up in the atmosphere of faith, piety and jihad?’ Even now the future of Hasan, Hosein and Zainab can be seen and one can be certain what their future will be. The beginning of Ali staying at home is the beginning of a frightening and bloody history. The allegiance of Saqifeh, which began quietly and cleverly will be followed by bloody allegiances and the problem of Fadak will be the beginning of extortions and the oppressions of tomorrow. Tomorrow is black, frightening and bloody. Successive tomorrows will bring plunder, murders and torture. The Caliphate of tomorrow will be a great tragedy to Islam and a serious tragedy to humanity. But now what can be done? Fatima does everything her strength will allow to try and see that the first stone which is laid is not laid crooked. She can do nothing. She senses that the ears of the Medina of the Prophet are deaf to her cries. Her heart is made heavy by the silence of Ali, a silence which would cause any heart which has any feeling, who understands Ali and knows the times, to heat up and burn . How difficult and merciless is selfishness to be able to express itself with faith, particularly when it is armed with policy. It causes the faithful and devoted Companions to sacrifice the rights of the people and to kill Ali’s rights. Fatima is exhausted after a lifetime of bearing patiently the weight of the mission of her father and the difficulty of resistance when faced with the ignorance of her tribe, with a life from beginning to end full of torture, danger, poverty and efforts because the wishes are far from the despots of the time. In the misery of mourning for the death of her father whose life had been mixed with hers and saddened by the unbearable fate of Ali, who after a lifetime of jihad with the enemy, is forced to sit at home by the hand of a friend, not that of an enemy. He is the sacrifice of a force which has come into existence with the power of his faith, sword, sacrifice and sincerity. She is defeated and without hope. She falls to her knees as her last efforts put forth to get back Ali’s rights proves fruit¬less. It is not only further effort which is difficult, but she finds the bearing of it patiently to be impossible, not for that which was going on outside but rather, patiently bearing what she sees within her home and finally, the bearing patiently of the frightening silence which is taking over the house neighboring her’s the house of the Prophet. Now the window is also closed, the window from which every day would open onto hers, where they would smile at each other, where kindness and faith would fall upon the simple house of Fatima. Now one of those win¬dows is closed. Death closed it forever upon Fatima. Politics closed the one in her own home. And she is now imprisoned in this house, next to Ali, who sits like a mountain of sorrow and is silent. It is a silence which holds the fire of a volcano within itself. He reads in the innocent and sorrowful faces of the children of the Prophet, the frighte¬ning fate of the tomorrow of each one of them. To remain alive is too painful and unbearable for her. ‘To remain’ is a heavy load. It is a load which is too heavy for the tired shoulders of Fatima to bear. Heavy time slowly moves upon her wounded heart and passes by her. Every moment, every minute, and every step is heavy and slow. She Seeks Out the Soil of Her Father’s Grave Now the only meaning she finds in life is the kind soil of her father’s grave and the hopeful news he, gave her when he said, ‘Fatima, you will be the first person to join me from among my family.’ But when? What an exciting anticipation! Her suffering spirit, like a wounded bird whose wings have been broken, is imprisoned and impatient from three sides: the silent and sorrowful visage of her husband, the saddened faces of her children and the silent, cold earth upon her father in the corner of Aiesha’s house. Whenever the pain in her heart increases and she loses her breath from crying, she senses that she is in need of the kindness and condolences of her father. She seeks him out. She falls upon the silent earth of her father. She stares at his grave and suddenly it is as if she just heard of the death of her father for the first time. She cries out. She pushes her fingers into the earth: She fills her empty hands with it. She tries to see him behind the curtain of tears. She puts the earth upon her face and with all of the emotions through which she loved her father, she smells it and for a moment she is at peace, she has found condolence, but suddenly, in a tone which breaks with tears, she says, ‘Anyone who smells the earth of Ahmad (Muhammad) has lost nothing if they never again smell any other musk. Oh, father, what miseries have fallen upon me after you. If they had fallen upon a bright day, they would turn it into night.’ Gradually she would grow silent. The earth of her father’s grave pours through her senseless fingers. She looks at it with painful amazement. Then she becomes motionless and silent. She puts all of her sorrows in the death of her father. Each day is like the first day of his death. Her impatience grows everyday and her cries become more painful. The wives of the Helpers gather round her and cry with her. The pressure and pain and the wave of sorrows are pressing upon her heart and causing her eyes to bleed. She complains of their extortion and remembers what they did to her and the right they destroyed. Her sorrow is more disturbing than anyone can conceive of to be able to console her or ask her to be patient. Nights and days pass like this. The Companions have been warmed by their powers, richness and conquering and Ali in his sorrow, silent and Fatima in thoughts of death. The moment of impatience arrives, the gift her father had pro¬mised her. The Death of Fatima Each day that passes she becomes more impatient for death. The only way she can bear to remain alive is if she could seek refuge in her father and be drawn beside him when her faith and spirit overflow with complaints and pain. What need does she have to such a refuge, such a peace? But time passes slowly. Ninety five days have passed since her father promised her death and death would not come. It came. Today is Monday, the 3rd of Jamadi al thani, the 11th year of the migration, the year of the death of her father. She kisses each one of the children. Hasan is 7, Hosein is 6, Zainab, 5, and Umm Khulthum, 3. And now is the moment to bid farewell to Ali. How difficult it is! And Ali must remain alone in the world for thirty more years. She sends for Umm Rafe’a to come. She had arranged the Prophet’s funeral. She says, ‘Oh slave of God. Pour water on me so that I may wash myself. With patience and peace, she performs the ablution. Then she puts on the clothes which she had not worn since the death of her father and had put away. It is as if she had put aside the memory of her mourning and now is going to see a dear friend. She says to Umm Rafe’a, ‘Put my bed in the middle of the room.’ Softly and quietly she steps into the bed. She faces the Ka’ba and she waits. A moment passes, moments… Suddenly cries are heard within the house. She closes her lids and opens her eyes upon her beloved who was awaiting her. A candle of fire and sorrow is extinguished in Ali’s house. And Ali remains alone, with his children. She had asked Ali to bury her at night so that no one would recognize her grave and so that those two elders would not follow her corpse to the grave. Ali did as she had asked. But no one knows how. And they still do not know where. In her home? Or in Baghia’? It is not clear. And where in Baghia? It is not clear. That which is clear is the pain of Ali, tonight, next to the grave of Fatima. Medina is silent in the night. All Moslems are asleep. The night is only broken by the quiet whisperings of Ali. Ali is very much alone both in the city and in his home without the Prophet and without Fatima. Like a mountain of pain, he is sitting upon the earth of the grave of Fatima. Hours pass. Night, quiet and silent, listens to the pain of his whisperings. Baghia is peaceful, fortunate. Medina is without loyalty and impoverished. All remains in silence. The awakened graves and sleeping city listens! The wind of the night takes the words which flows with difficulty from the spirit of Ali at the side of Fatima’s grave towards the house of the Prophet. ‘To you from me and from your daughter, who fell down beside you and who in such haste joined you. Greetings, oh Prophet of God.’ ‘My patience and my ability have weakened from the fate of your dearest, oh Prophet of God. But how can I seek patience with such terrible misfortune and missing you? ‘I placed you in the grave but you still exist in my heart. We are all from God and unto God we shall return. But my sorrow is eternal and my nights, sleepless until God takes me to the same home in which you are now. ‘Right now, your daughter will tell you how your tribe joined each other against her and took away her rights. Insist that she tell you everything that happened. All these things happened even though not much time has passed since your death and people have not forgotten you. `Greetings to both of you, greetings from a man who has neither anger nor sorrow.’ He remains silent for a moment. He suddenly senses the exhaustion of a whole lifetime. It is as if with every word which is pulled from the depths of his being, he gives up a part of his existence. He is alone. He does not know what to do. Stay? Return home? How can he leave Fatima here alone? How can he return alone to his home? The city looks like a devil in the darkness of the night. Schemes, treacheries and shamelessness awaits him. How can he stay? His children, the people, Truth, responsibilities and a heavy mission await him. His pain is so heavy that it destroys his strong spirit. He cannot decide. Hesitation grips his soul. Go? Stay? He senses that he is unable to do either. He does not know what he will do. He explains to Fatima. ‘If I leave you it is not that I do not want to stay near you and if I stay here have I not been unfair to the fate that God promises for those who bear patiently?’ Then he arose; stood, faced the Prophet’s house, with a state which would overflow if poured into the word, feelings, he wants to tell him that he is returning that which had been entrusted to him. `Listen to what she says. Ask her to tell you everything precisely. Have her count all the things that she saw after you, one by one!’ Epilogue Fatima lived like this and died like this. After her death, she began a new life in history. Fatima appears as a halo in the visages of all of the oppressed who later become the multitudes of Islam. All of the usurped, extorted, oppressed, sufferers, all of those whose rights have been destroyed and sacrificed by pressure and have been deceived, had the name of Fatima as their slogan. The memory of Fatima grew with the love, emotions and wonderful faith of the men and women, who throughout the history of Islam, fought for freedom and justice. Throughout the .centuries they were nourished under the merciless and bloody lashes of the Caliphates. Their cries and anger grew and overflowed from their wounded hearts. This is why in the history of all Moslem nations and among the deprived masses of the Islamic community, Fatima is the source of the inspiration for freedom, the desire of that which is a right, the seekers of justice, the resisters of oppression, cruelty, crime and discrimination. It is most difficult to speak about the personality of Fatima. Fatima is the woman that Islam wants a woman to be. The concept of her visage is painted by the Prophet himself. He melted her and made her pure in the fire of difficulties, poverty, resistance, deep understanding and the wonder of humanity. She is a symbol in all the various dimensions of being a woman. The symbol of a daughter when facing her father. The symbol of a wife when facing her husband. The symbol of a mother when facing her children. The symbol of a responsible, fighting woman when facing her time and the fate of her society. She herself is an Imam, a guide, that is, an outstanding example of someone to follow, an ideal type of woman and one who bears witness to any woman who wishes to ‘become herself’ through her own choice. She answers the question of how to be a woman with her wonderful childhood, her constant struggling and resisting on two fronts, inside and out, in the home of her father, in the home of her husband, in her society, in her thoughts and behavior and in her life. I do not know what to say. I have said a great deal. Still much remains unsaid. In the expression of all of the amazing aspects of the great spirit of Fatima, that which causes the most wonder in me, is this that Fatima is the traveling companion, steps in the same steps, flies together with the great spirit of Ali, through the ascension of humanity towards completeness and the stages of the descent of the spirit and the psyche. She was not just a wife to Ali. Ali looked upon her as a friend, a friend who was familiar with his pains and his great wishes. She was his endless refuge, the one who listened to his secrets. She was the only companion of his loneliness. This is why Ali looked at her with another look and also at her children. After Fatima, Ali took other wives and he had children from them. But from the beginning, he separates the children who were from Fatima from his other children. The latter are called ‘Banff Ali’,[that is, sons of Ali] and the former, ‘Banff Fatima’ [the children of Fatima]. Isn’t it strange! When face to face with their father, and he, Ali, the children are related to Fatima. And we saw that the Prophet also saw her with different eyes. From among all of his daughters he would only discipline Fatima. He only relies upon her. From an early age, she accepted the great invitation. I do not know what to say about her. How to say it? I wanted to imitate the French writer who was speaking one day in a conference about the Virgin Mary. He said, ‘For 1700 years all of the speakers have spoken of Mary. For 1700 years, all philosophers and thinkers of various nations of the East and West have spoken of the values of Mary. For 1700 years, the poets of the world have expressed all of their creative efforts and power in their praise of Mary. For 1700 years, all of the painters and artists have created wonderful works of art showing the visage and states of Mary. But the totality of all that has been said, thought and the efforts of all the artist throughout all of these many centuries were not able to sufficiently describe the greatness of Mary as these words, ‘Mary was the mother of Jesus Christ’.’ And I wanted to begin in this manner with Fatima. I got stuck. I wished to say, ‘Fatima is the daughter of the great Khadijeh.’ I sensed it is not Fatima. I wished to say, ‘Fatima is the daughter of Muhammad (‘s).’ I sensed it is not Fatima. I wished to say, ‘Fatima is the wife of Ali (‘a).’ I sensed it is not Fatima. I wished to say, ‘Fatima is the mother of Hasan and Hosein.’ I sensed it is not Fatima. I wished to say, ‘Fatima is the mother of Zainab.’ I still sensed it is not Fatima. No, these are all true and none of them are Fatima. FATIMA IS FATIMA.

          I have read in the book “Memoirs of Mr. Hempher” that Mohammad, son of Abdul-Wahhab (may curse be upon him) said that Omar used to mix alcohol with water and then drink it, and that he used to say that such a mixed drink is neither impure nor forbidden! How true is this? It’s well-known that Omar was addicted to drinking alcohol even after his acceptance of Islam. Did he continue this habit even after he possessed the leadership over the Muslims? And is this mentioned in their (Bakri) books of history??

          Noble Sheikh, I know that you will reply to me with the best of replies, and that you’ll back up your arguments using excerpts from their (Bakri) books, and that you’ll give me strong arguments.           There is no doubt that Omar, son of al-Khattab (may the curse of Allah be upon him) was addicted to drinking alcohol during both the
          eras of Jahiliya (days of ignorance – pre-Islamic period) and Islam. As for his addiction on alcohol during the Jahiliya, he admitted by himself that he was one of those who used to drink alcohol the most! The following has been narrated in their (Bakri) sources: «I was the one among the people who used to drink it the most (i.e. alcohol) during the Jahiliya.» [1]

          As for his addiction on alcohol during Islam, there was none
          equal to him when it comes to drinking alcohol, despite the sequential verses that were revealed in declaring alcohol to be forbidden. That is because he used to make excuses saying that these verses were not clear and obvious enough when it comes to forbidding alcohol. He used to say that he rather wished to
          see a clear verse on this matter, or otherwise he would never stop drinking!
          The Bakris narrate the following: «When the forbiddance of alcohol was revealed, Omar, son of al-Khattab, said: “O Allah, give us an clear clarification on alcohol!” Then this verse of Surat al-Baqarah was revealed: “They ask you about alcohol and gambling. Say: ‘In them is a evil-doing…'” [2] Omar (may Allah be pleased with him) was then asked to abandon it (i.e. alcohol), so he said: “O Allah, give us an clear clarification on alcohol!” Then this verse of Surat
          al-Nisaa’ was revealed: “O you who believe, do not come near prayers while you are intoxicated…” [3] When the Messenger of Allah (may Allah’s blessings be upon him) used to call for prayers, he called that no intoxicated person should come near prayers. Omar was asked to abandon it, and it was read before him, and he said: “O Allah, give us an clear clarification on alcohol!” Thereupon, the verse in Al-Ma’ida [4] was revealed, and Omar was
          asked to abandon it, and it was read before him, and when the reciter reached the part: “WIll you then abstain?” [5] Omar (may Allah be pleased with him) said: “I abstain! I abstain!”» [6]

          Moreover, when the last verse that forbids alcohol was finally revealed, clearly stating the forbiddance of alcohol to such a degree that people such as Omar have no room to doubt whether or not it’s forbidden;
          Omar was hit by sorrow and sadness and he expressed his grief because Allah forbade it and lowered its value so much that He compared it with gambling! The following is narrated of Sa’eed, son of Jubayr: «When the verse “They ask you about alcohol and gambling…” [7] some people disliked it because of His saying: “…In them is a evil-doing…” and some people drank it because of His saying: “…and means of profit for people…” When the following verse was revealed: “O you who believe, do not come near prayers
          while you are intoxicated…” [8] they used to leave it when they would perform prayers and would drink it when they wouldn’t perform prayers. When the following verse was revealed: “Indeed, alcohol and gambling…” [9]
          Omar said: “May that day in which it was compared to alcohol be
          lost!”» [10]

          However, despite that he openly announced his repentance and
          abstention from alcohol, saying: «We abstain! We abstain!» he still continued doing so by making medical excuses and so on! As an example, he used to claim that it’s necessary to drink wine while eating camel meat in order to prevent any difficulties in digesting it! They have narrated the following saying of him:

          «I drink a wine that cuts through the flesh of the camel within my stomach so that it will not hurt us!» [11]

          It wasn’t sufficient to keep this habit for himself, but he also used to invite people to do so, claiming that drinking alcohol strengthens
          the backbone and helps digestion! He used to say:

          «Drink this wine in these vessels, for indeed, it strengthens the backbone and digests whatever is in the stomach, and it will not subdue you as long as you find water!» [12]

          He (may Allah curse him) was so addicted to alcohol that he
          expressed his immense passion for alcohol even at his death bed! Those who were around him said: «Which drink is the most beloved to you?» Upon which he said:

          «Wine!» [13]

          As for his allowance of drinking alcohol with the condition
          of mixing it with water in order to decrease its concentration, here is its source: «Omar, son of al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him), said:

          “If you fear the intensity of a certain wine, then mix it with water.”» [14]

          Hence we find that Bakri jurists have permitted drinking wine with such a mixture. [15]

          Despite this ridiculousness of mixing wine with water to justify its permissibility, the Bakris still narrate that Omar (may Allah curse
          him) used to drink intense wine without mixing it with water!

          «It has been narrated of our Master, Omar (may Allah be pleased with him), that he used to drink intense wine and say:

          “We will slaughter the camels and their necks belong the family of Omar, and nothing can cut them except intense wine!”» [16]

          However, such a thing is to no surprise at all, because he who is so despicable and villainous to such a degree that he’s willing to
          transgress on the Mistress of the women of all worlds, the daughter of the Chosen Messenger, the pure daughter, Fatima al-Batoul al-Zahra (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon her, and may my soul be sacrificed for her) has to be a person where all kinds of filth, and impurity, and bacchanalism, and uncleanness join together. So may the curse of Allah be upon him, and upon his
          party, and upon everyone who is aware of his reality and still feels bad about cursing him and dissociating oneself from him.
