    • Hi Girl/Raj, Do you really want to know why belly buttons should NOT be exposed?
      So let us go in two stages, this and the follow up answer, okay?

      First, bear in mind very clearly that Muslim women all over the world do NOT wear identical dresses!!!

      God calls those who prohibit of what He did not prohibit, aggressors, liars and idol worshippers (5:87, 6:140, 7:32, 10:59). So do not follow any other source besides the Quran. The Quran is the only source of law that is authorised by God (6:114). The Quran is complete and fully detailed (6:38, 6:114, 6:89 and 12:111).

      The dress Code as per Quran : 7:26 (SI): O children of Adam, We have bestowed upon you clothing to conceal your private parts and as adornment. But the clothing of righteousness – that is best. That is from the signs of Allah that perhaps they will remember.
      1.Here note the words :”Children of Adam (both sexes)…conceal your private parts….as adornment” (an accessory or ornament worn to enhance the beauty or status of the wearer).

      2. And, “But the clothing of Righteousness – that is best”.
      Righteousness in Quran means : To revere God and know that He is always watching us and to basically always Do Good. Any woman knows quite well what is decent and what is revealing. Women do not need to be told> they know how to maintain righteousness and how not to.

      3. Word hijab is mentioned only seven times in the Quran and it means a screen, partition, veil, a curtain (33:53, 38:32, 41:5, 42:51, 17:45 & 19:17).-None of these ‘hijab’ words are used in the Quran in reference to what the traditional Muslims call today ‘hijab’, that being the head cover for Muslim woman!

      4. Repeat : The word ‘hijab’ in the Quran has nothing to do with the Muslim women’s dress code. Surprise!!

      4. Once more : ‘Head and body covering’ is a traditional dress and has nothing to do with Islam or religion. In certain areas of the world, men are the ones who wear the ‘hijab’ while in others the women do. This ‘Hijab’ is practiced in all religions in the world, including Hinduism.
      Mixing religion with tradition is a form of idol-worship since it implies setting up other sources of religious laws besides the law of God.

      Now the main verse 24:31 does NOT even mention the word “Hijab)!!!

      24:31 Pickthall: And tell the believing women to lower their gaze and be modest, and to display of their adornment only that which is apparent, and to draw their veils over their bosoms, and not to reveal their adornment save to their own husbands….. And let them not stamp their feet so as to reveal what they hide of their adornment. And turn unto Allah together, O believers, in order that ye may succeed.

      Here, the religious “scholars” are wrong in the usage of the word “Hijab”!! The correct word used in the above verse is “The Arabic word ‘khimar’ which means cover. Any cover can be called a khimar even a tablecloth!!

      In 24:31 God is telling women to use their khimar (cover/garment), which could be a dress, a coat, a shawl, shirt, blouse, a scarf and so on, to cover their cleavage(breasts) and bosoms(chest).

      The same verse 24:31 “…and to display of their adornment only that which is apparent”. Means women have a choice what to wear depending on the occasion, example : A woman attending the masjid for prayers, or attending a funeral would wish to wear fairly conservative clothes, but a woman playing sports for example would wish to wear simple light clothes that does not hinder movement.

      33:59 (MS) : Prophet, tell your wives, daughters, and the wives of the believers to cover their bosoms and breasts. This will make them distinguishable from others and protect them from being annoyed”.

      In Quran there is no verse which tells a woman to cover herself from the Head to the toes!!!!

        Three Hindu minor girls were raped in West Bengal when they are passing through Muslim majority area.

        Three teen age Hindu Girls have been raped by the Muslim goons on 12th July at Middepara Lichutala under Santipur police station in Nadia district of West Bengal.
        The names of the girls are :
        (1) Chaitali Ghosh, age 13 yrs, D/O, Keshto Ghosh
        (2) Sangita Ghosh, age 13 yrs, D/O, Dilip Ghosh
        (3) Susmita Ghosh, age 14 yrs, D/O, Ashok Ghosh.
        All these three girls are residents of Baliadanga village of Nadia district and they are students of Haripur High School. On 12 July they were returning from school after appearing in school exam. Some Muslim girls too were with them who were their classmates. The way back goes through a Muslim dominated locality called Middepara, where a Muslim religious fair known as Ghazir Mela was going on. At 11.30 am, when they were passing through Muslim dominated Middepara, about 400 Muslim youths chased and surrounded the hapless Hindu girls. They were in a joyous mood. The Muslim girls fled.
        The Muslim boys snatched the scarves (dupatta) of the 3 Hindu girls and poured liquor on their whole body. The girls were absolutely scared and unable to resist.
        The girls were molested, raped and brutally tortured in broad daylight. Nobody came in their rescue as the area is Muslim area.
        When the girls did not return to home in time, their guardians proceeded towards their school to enquire. On way, they saw with horror that the girls were lying beside the road fully senseless. The guardians were shocked immensely. They immediately took the girls to nearest Santipur government hospital. The girls are still senseless. Totally overwhelmed and traumatized by this bestial abuse they are sometimes regaining their senses intermittently then again sinking back to unconsciousness.
        The Hindus of the area could not tolerate this horrible incident. They enquired from the local Muslim girls who are classmates of the victims and witnesses of this gruesome incident. But they refused to tell the names of the Muslim culprits.
        Then more than one thousand aggrieved Hindus rushed to the Santipur police station, but the police is reluctant. So, the Hindus first demonstrated in front of police station demanding arrest of the culprits. But seeing lukewarm response of the police, they blocked the National Highway no. 34. Hindu Samhati leaders of the Nadia district are with the aggrieved Hindus and are guiding and leading the agitation.
        The administration brought in RAF (rapid Action Force) police to control the situation.
        Written complaint has been lodged naming 20 Muslim miscreants. Hindus are determined to punish the culprits.

        Women are abandoned “meat” and are like temptations from Satan. All this justifies Sharia provisions about veiling and other ridiculous conditions on women ( in accordance with Koranic verse 24:031) and thus, raping infidel women is part of the overall imperative of Islam to impose Sharia (Allah’s law) on infidels.

        “And ask the believing men to (be modest and) lower their gaze and maintain their chastity. That is righteous and better. Allah is quite familiar with what they do.”

        “Ask the believing women to lower their gaze, guard their chastity, and not leave bare their beauty and charm, except that which becomes apparent by itself. Ask them to pull their veil-cloths down across their bosom, and not show their adornments to anyone except their husbands, fathers, husband’s father, sons, husband’s sons, brothers and their sons, sister’s sons, their women, the female slaves they own, the men-servants too old to have erotic desires, and boys not yet old enough to have awareness of the carnal. Ask them not to stamp their feet hard, in order to display (and jingle the jewelry worn on their feet and other) hidden adornments (under their outer garments). Oh you believers! Turn all of you towards Allah in repentance. Perhaps you will prosper.”

        This is what an Australian Mufti Al-Hilali has to say on women victims (Not Just Muslim Women) and Muslim rapists: Women not covering themselves with Hijab are like uncovered meat with the risk of getting raped:

        In a Ramadam sermon in a Sydney mosque, Sheik al-Hilali suggested that a group of Muslim men recently jailed for many years for gang rapes were not entirely to blame.
        There were women, he said, who ‘sway suggestively’ and wore make-up and immodest dress “and then you get a judge without mercy and gives you 65 years. But the problem, but the problem all began with who?” he said, referring to the women victims.
        Addressing 500 worshippers on the topic of adultery, Sheik al-Hilali added: “If you take out uncovered meat and place it outside on the street, or in the garden or in the park, or in the backyard without a cover, and the cats come and eat it..whose fault is it – the cats or the uncovered meat?

        “The uncovered meat is the problem.”

        He went on: “If she was in her room, in her home, in her hijab (veil), no problem would have occurred.”

        Women, he said, were ‘weapons’ used by Satan to control men.

        Australia fury at cleric comments

        Australia’s most senior Muslim cleric has prompted an uproar by saying that some women are attracting sexual assault by the way they dress.
        Sheikh Taj el-Din al-Hilali said women who did not wear a hijab (head dress) were like “uncovered meat”.
        But he has now apologised for any offence caused by his comments, The Australian newspaper reports.
        Leading Muslim women condemned the comments and PM John Howard said the remarks were “appalling”.
        “The idea that women are to blame for rapes is preposterous,” Mr Howard told reporters.
        In a statement released on Thursday, Sheikh Hilali said he had been quoting another, unnamed, source and did not mean his words to condone rape.
        “I unreservedly apologise to any woman who is offended by my comments. I had only intended to protect women’s honour,” the statement published in The Australian said.

        “Women in our Australian society have the freedom and the right to dress as they choose.
        “Whether a man endorses or not a particular form of dress, any form of harassment of women is unacceptable.”
        A spokesman for Sheikh Hilali earlier said the quote had been taken out of context and referred not to sexual assault, but to sexual infidelity.
        The sermon was targeted against men and women who engaged in extra-marital sex and did so through alluring types of clothes, he said.
        Ban threat
        The leader of Australia’s largest Islamic organisation has threatened to ban the cleric from teaching at Lakemba Mosque in Western Sydney.
        Tom Zreika, president of the Lebanese Muslim Association, which owns the mosque, said he condemned Sheikh Hilali’s words.
        “The board [of the LMA] has unlimited powers in respect of his teachings in the mosque. We can do anything that’s required to prevent him from teaching in our mosque. If you haven’t got the backing of Australia’s largest and most established Islamic organisation then you are out on a limb,” he is quoted as saying in The Australian.

        But Mr Zreika said the LMA had yet to fully review the contents of the sermon and Sheik Hilali should be offered the benefit of the doubt until any offence had been proved.
        A copy of the cleric’s comments delivered in a sermon to some 500 worshippers in Sydney last month during the Muslim holy month of Ramadan was initially published in The Australian.
        “If you take out uncovered meat and place it outside… and the cats come and eat it… whose fault is it, the cats’ or the uncovered meat?” he asked.
        The uncovered meat is the problem, he went on to say.
        “If she was in her room, in her home, in her hijab, no problem would have occurred,” he added.
        Sheikh Hilali also condemned women who swayed suggestively and wore make-up, implying they attracted sexual assault.
        “Then you get a judge without mercy… and gives you 65 years,” he added.
        Sheikh Hilali’s critics have previously accused him of praising suicide bombers and claiming the attacks in the United States on 11 September 2001 were “God’s work against oppressors”.
        High-profile case
        The BBC’s Nick Bryant in Sydney says the cleric’s latest comments are seen as particularly insensitive because Sydney was the scene six years ago of a series of gang rapes committed by a group of Lebanese Australians, who received long prison sentences.
        Finance Minister Peter Costello called on Muslims to condemn the speech.
        “If you have a significant religious leader like this preaching to a flock in a situation where we’ve had gang rapes, in a way that seems to make it justifiable, then people that listen to that kind of comment can get the wrong idea,” he said.
        “They can actually think that it’s not as bad as it is.”
        A number of leading Muslim women have already spoken out against the sermon, describing it as repulsive and offensive.
        Federal Sex Discrimination Commissioner Pru Goward said the comments could be an incitement to crime.
        “Young Muslim men who now rape women can cite this in court, can quote this man… their leader in court,” she told Australian media.
        She added that the cleric should be deported for inciting rape.

        This problem is not limited to Australia. Europe also has this problem. In Sweden alone Muslims account for more than 50% rape crimes. Some even say this could be as high as 80%:

        Sweden is now experiencing the results of multiculturalism and and its facilitating of Islamization. Now Sweden leads Europe in the number of reported rapes – more specifically Rape Jihad.

        Way back in July of 2005, well known blogger Fjordman warned of Sweden’s escalating rape crisis but unlike the below article – which tries to cover up the real facts and blame the increase in rapes to “party lifestyles” – the evidence clearly shows that the rape crisis is directly due to MUSLIM immigration into the Country:

Resident aliens from Algeria, Libya, Morocco and Tunisia dominate the group of rape suspects. According to these statistics, almost half of all perpetrators are immigrants.

The numbers there are likely to be at least as bad as with its Scandinavian neighbors. Lawyer Ann Christine Hjelm, who has investigated violent crimes in Svea high court, found that 85 per cent of the convicted rapists were born on foreign soil or by foreign parents.” LINK
        The Local news report, posted in article below, also does not mention the number of rapes against Swedish children is also on the rise:
        According to Swedish Radio on Tuesday, statistics from Sweden’s National Council for Crime Prevention (Brottsförebyggande rådet) show that the number of reported paedophile rapes against children is on the rise. The figures have nearly doubled in the last ten years: 467 rapes against children under the age of 15 were reported in 2004 compared with 258 in 1995. LINK

        Now what does the Quran/Islam tell us about muslim men raping kafir or non-muslim girls?:
        “Islam gives an open license to Muslim men to have sexual intercourse with women as long as these women are not Muslims and/or when these Muslim men are living in an infidel country.” Link

        And even more disgusting and representative of the muslim attitude towards Western women comes this:

An Islamic Mufti in Copenhagen sparked a political outcry after publicly declaring that women who refuse to wear headscarves are “asking for rape.” Apparently, he’s not the only one thinking this way. “It is not as wrong raping a Swedish girl as raping an Arab girl,” says Hamid. “The Swedish girl gets a lot of help afterwards, and she had probably fucked before, anyway. But the Arab girl will get problems with her family. For her, being raped is a source of shame. It is important that she retains her virginity until she marries.” It was no coincidence that it was a Swedish girl that was gang raped in Rissne – this becomes obvious from the discussion with Ali, Hamid, Abdallah and Richard. All four have disparaging views on Swedish girls, and think this attitude is common among young men with immigrant background. “It is far too easy to get a Swedish whore…… girl, I mean;” says Hamid, and laughs over his own choice of words. “Many immigrant boys have Swedish girlfriends when they are teenagers. But when they get married, they get a proper woman from their own culture who has never been with a boy. That’s what I am going to do. I don’t have too much respect for Swedish girls. I guess you can say they get fucked to pieces.” LINK
        Clearly the above Islamic rationalizations for rape do not fit into Western laws or civilization yet our daughters, mothers, wives, sisters, aunts, friends, etc, on a near daily basis, pay a violent, humiliating and unacceptable high price for the muslim colonisation of Europe and the ludicrous pandering that the governments, religious leaders, police and liberals have given to the ever growing muslim population. What is also clear is that political leaders do not want to admit their failed ideology of multiculturalism regardless of who pays the price for their stubborness. Political correctness more often than not gags the media from accurately reporting muslim crime statistics. Thus, non-muslim victims of muslim violence, particularly rape, are not being acknowledged and reported for what they obviously are: – VICTIMS OF MUSLIM HATE CRIME (OR RAPE JIHAD).

        Sweden Tops European Rape League
        Sweden has the highest incidence of reported rapes in Europe – twice as many as “runner up” the UK, a new study shows.
        Researchers behind the EU study, which will be presented on Tuesday, conclude that rape appears to be a more common occurrence in Sweden than in continental European countries.

        In Sweden, 46 incidents of rape are reported per 100,000 residents.

        This figure is double as many as in the UK which reports 23 cases, and four times that of the other Nordic countries, Germany and France. The figure is up to 20 times the figure for certain countries in southern and eastern Europe.

        The study, which is financed by the Brussels-based EU fund Daphne II, compared how the respective judicial systems managed rape cases across eleven EU countries. Sweden is shown in an unfavourable light, according to the study.

        The high figures in Sweden are not only due to an increased tendency to report rapes, and even other more minor sexual offences.

        The opposite is in fact the case, the researchers argue; rape simply appears to be a more common occurrence in Sweden than in the other EU countries studied.

        Over 5,000 rapes are reported in Sweden per annum while reports in other countries of a comparable size amounted to only a few hundred.

        The figures can however be somewhat distorted as it is often only assault rapes by strangers and aggravated acquaintance rapes that are reported in many of these countries – as was the case in Sweden 40 years ago.

        The high incidence of rape in Sweden has a strong connection to nightlife and partying, specifically after-club parties in private homes.

        Early sexual debuts, high alcohol consumption, “free sexuality” and the “right to say no” quite simply results in more rapes, the study concludes.

        The Daphne II fund ran from 2004-2008 and was set up by the European Parliament as a specific programme to prevent and combat violence against children, young people and women and to protect victims and groups at risk.

        In 2007 Daphne III was launched to continue the work and is funded up to 2013.
        Swedish Welfare State Collapses as Immigrants Wage War

        Last year I wrote an article about how Swedish society is disintegrating and is in danger of collapsing, at least in certain areas and regions. The country that gave us Bergman, ABBA and Volvo could become known as the Bosnia of northern Europe. The “Swedish model” would no longer refer to a stable and peaceful state with an advanced economy, but to a Eurabian horror story of utopian multiculturalism, socialist mismanagement and runaway immigration. Some thought I was exaggerating, and that talk of the possibility of a future civil war in Sweden was pure paranoia. Was it?
        In a new sociological survey (pdf in Swedish, with brief English introduction) entitled “Vi krigar mot svenskarna” (“We’re waging a war against the Swedes”), young immigrants in the troubled city of Malmö have been interviewed about why they are involved in crime. Although it is not stated, most of the immigrant perpetrators are Muslims. In one of the rare instances where the Swedish media actually revealed the truth, the newspaper Aftonbladet reported several years ago that 9 out of 10 of the most criminal ethnic groups in Sweden came from Muslim countries. This must be borne in mind whilst reading the following newspaper article:
        Immigrants are “waging war” against Swedes through robbery
        The wave of robberies the city of Malmö has witnessed during this past year is part of a “war against the Swedes.” This is the explanation given by young robbers from immigrant backgrounds when questioned about why they only rob native Swedes, in interviews with Petra Åkesson for her thesis in sociology. “I read a report about young robbers in Stockholm and Malmö and wanted to know why they rob other youths. It usually does not involve a lot of money,” she says. She interviewed boys between 15 and 17 years old, both individually and in groups.
        Almost 90% of all robberies reported to the police were committed by gangs, not individuals. “When we are in the city and robbing we are waging a war, waging a war against the Swedes.” This argument was repeated several times. “Power for me means that the Swedes shall look at me, lie down on the ground and kiss my feet.” The boys explain, laughingly, that “there is a thrilling sensation in your body when you’re robbing, you feel satisfied and happy, it feels as if you’ve succeeded, it simply feels good.” “It’s so easy to rob Swedes, so easy.” “We rob every single day, as often as we want to, whenever we want to.” The immigrant youth regard the Swedes as stupid and cowardly: “The Swedes don’t do anything, they just give us the stuff. They’re so wimpy.” The young robbers do not plan their crimes: “No, we just see some Swedes that look rich or have nice mobile phones and then we rob them.”

        Why do they hate the Swedes so much? “Well, they hate us,” Petra Åkesson reports them as answering. “When a Swede goes shopping, the lady behind the counter gives him the money back into his hand, looks into his eyes and laughs. When we go shopping, she puts the money on the counter and looks the other way.” Åkesson, who is adopted from Sri Lanka and hence does not look like a native Swede, says it was not difficult to get the boys to talk about their crimes. Rather they were bragging about who had committed the most robberies. Malin Åkerström,a professor in sociology, sees only one solution to the problem: “Jobs for everybody. If this entails a deregulation of the labor market to create more jobs, then we should do so.”
        It is interesting to note that these Muslim immigrants state quite openly that they are involved in a “war,” and see participation in crime and harassment of the native population as such. This is completely in line with what I have posited before. The number of rape charges in Sweden has quadrupled in just above twenty years. Rape cases involving children under the age of 15 are six times as common today as they were a generation ago. Most other kinds of violent crime have rapidly increased, too. Instability is spreading to most urban and suburban areas. Resident aliens from Algeria, Libya, Morocco and Tunisia dominate the group of rape suspects. Lawyer Ann Christine Hjelm found that 85 per cent of the convicted rapists were born on foreign soil or from foreign parents. The phenomenon is not restricted to Sweden. The number of rapes committed by Muslim immigrants in Western nations is so extremely high that it is difficult to view these rapes as merely random acts of individuals. It resembles warfare. This is happening in most Western European countries, as well as in other non muslim countries such as India. European jails are filling up with Muslims imprisoned for robberies and all kinds of violent crimes, and Muslims bomb European civilians. One can see the mainstream media are struggling to make sense of all of this. That is because they cannot, or do not want to, see the obvious: this is exactly how an invading army would behave: rape, pillage and bombing. If many of the Muslim immigrants see themselves as conquerors in a war, it all makes perfect sense.
        Malmö in Sweden, set to become the first Scandinavian city with a Muslim majority within a decade or two, has nine times as many reported robberies per capita as Copenhagen, Denmark. Yet the number one priority for the political class in Sweden during this year’s national election campaign seems to be demonizing neighboring Denmark for “xenophobia” and a “brutal” debate about Muslim immigration. During last years Jihad riots in France, Sweden’s Social Democratic Prime Minister Göran Persson criticised the way the French government handled the unrest in the country. “It feels like a very hard and confrontational approach.” Persson also rejected the idea of more local police as a “first step” in Sweden. “I don’t believe that’s the way we would choose in Sweden. To start sending out signals about strengthening the police is to break with the political line we have chosen to follow,” he said. Meanwhile, as their authorities have largely abandoned their third largest city to creeping anarchy, there is open talk among the native Swedes still remaining in Malmö of forming vigilante groups armed with baseball bats out of concern for their children’s safety. As I argued in another essay: If Arnold Schwarzenegger fails to get re-elected as Governor of California he may like to do a sequel to “Conan the Barbarian.” He could shoot it in Malmö. He will get the extras for free.
        What happened to the famous Swedish nanny state, you say? Don’t Swedes pay the highest tax rates in the world? Yes, they do. But tens of billions of kroner, some say several hundred billions, are being spent every year on propping up rapidly growing communities of Muslim immigrants. Sweden has become the entire world’s welfare office, because the political elites have decided that massive Muslim immigration is “good for the economy.” Soon Sweden’s “army” may comprise no more than 5,000 men, five thousand troops to defend a nation more than three times the area of England. Moreover, it may take up to a year to assemble all of them, provided they are not on peacekeeping missions abroad. That Sweden might soon need a little peacekeeping at home seems to escape the establishment. In 2006 the celebrated Swedish welfare state has become the world’s largest pyramid scheme, an Enron with a national flag.
        Although Sweden is an extreme example, similar stories could be told about much of Western Europe. As Mark Steyn points out, the Jihad in the streets of France looked like the early skirmishes of an impending Eurabian civil war, brought on by massive Muslim immigration and Multicultural stupidity. Law and order is slowly breaking down in major and even minor cities across the European continent, and the streets are ruled by aggressive gangs of Muslim youngsters. At the same time, Europeans are paying some of the highest taxes in the world. We should remind our authorities that the most important task of the state – some would even claim it should be the only task of the state – is to uphold the rule of law in exchange for taxation. Since it is becoming pretty obvious that this is no longer the case in Eurabia, we should question whether these taxes are still legitimate, or whether they are simply disguised Jizya paid in the form of welfare to Muslims and our new Eurocrat aristocracy. Although not exactly the Boston Tea Party, perhaps the time has now come for a pan-European tax rebellion: We will no longer pay taxes until our authorities restore law and order and close the borders to Muslim immigration.
        This is urgent. When enough people feel that the system is no longer working and that the social contract has been breached, the entire fabric of democratic society could unravel. What happens when the welfare state system breaks down, and there is no longer enough money to “grease” the increasing tensions between immigrants and native Europeans? And what happens when people discover that their own leaders, through the EU networks and the Euro-Arab Dialogue described by Bat Ye’or in her book “Eurabia,” have been encouraging all these Muslims to settle here in the first place? There will be massive unemployment, and tens of millions of people will feel angry, scared and humiliated, betrayed by the system, by society and by their own democratic leaders. This is a situation in some ways similar to the Great Depression that led to the rise of the Nazis in the 1930s. Is this where we are heading once again, with fear, rising Fascism and political assassinations? The difference is that the “Jewish threat” in the 1930s was entirely fictional, whereas the “Islamic threat” now is very real. However, it is precisely the trauma caused by the events of 70 years ago that is clouding our judgement this time, since any talk at all about the threat posed by Muslim immigration or about preserving our own culture is being dismissed as “the same rhetoric as the Nazis used against the Jews.” Europeans have been taught to be so scared of our own shadows that we are incapable of seeing that darkness can come from the outside, too. Maybe Europe will burn again, in part as a belated reaction to the horrors of Auschwitz.

        The number of rape charges in Sweden has quadrupled in just above twenty years. Rape cases involving children under the age of 15 are six times as common today as they were a generation ago. Most other kinds of violent crime have rapidly increased, too. Instability is spreading to most urban and suburban areas. Resident aliens from Algeria, Libya, Morocco and Tunisia dominate the group of rape suspects. Lawyer Ann Christine Hjelm found that 85 per cent of the convicted rapists were born on foreign soil or from foreign parents.

        And yet again, we have another Islamic mufti in Copenhagen, Shahid Mehdi saying this: “women who do not wear headscarves are asking for rape”.

The Danish People’s Party has urged Justice Minister Lene Espersen and Integration Minister Bertel Haarder to stop the mufti’s religious activities in Copenhagen.

        Does Islam permit rape? What is the status of women in Islam? And what does the Qur’an have to say about women?

        “If ye fear that ye shall not be able to deal justly with the orphans, marry women of your choice, two or three or four; but if ye fear that ye shall not be able to deal justly (with them), then only one, or (a captive/slave) that your right hand possess, that will be more suitable, to prevent you from doing injustice.” Qur’an 4:3.

        “Your women are a tilth for you (to cultivate) so go to your tilth as ye will….” Qur’an 2:223.

        “And all the married women (are forbidden unto you) save those (captives/slaves) whom your right hand possess….” Qur’an 4:24

        The part that your right hand possess refers to slavegirls.

        I often receive emails from irate Muslims – male and female – who vehemently insist that I got the situation of women in Islam all wrong, that Islam respects women and has given women rights when they had non. Some of them blame the media for giving their religion a bad name, others blame tradition and nearly all are angered with anyone criticizing Islam, even though the criticism is justified by facts and scripture.

        The issue of women and Islam is in the spotlight yet again. In one of his sermons, Sydney based, Sheik Hilaly likened women to pieces of meat which is left uncovered for the cats to eat. He quotes a highly esteemed, Islamic scholar Rafii who lays the blame for rape and adultery on the woman. Furthermore, he implies that Muslim men cannot and should not be expected to exercise control over their actions and therefore not be responsible if they are “led astray” by uncovered women and commit rape or adultery.

        Here’s the sermon:

        Those atheists, people of the book (Christians and Jews), where will they end up? In Surfers Paradise? On the Gold Coast?

        Where will they end up? In hell. And not part-time. For eternity. They are the worst of God’s creation.

        Who commits the crimes of theft? The man or the woman? The man. That’s why the man was mentioned before the women when it comes to theft because his responsibility is providing.

        But when it comes to adultery, it’s 90 per cent the women’s responsibility. Why? Because a woman possesses the weapon of seduction. It is she who takes off her clothers, shortens them, flirts, puts on make-up and powder and takes to the streets, God protects us, dallying. It’s she who shortens, raises and lowers. Then it’s a look, then a smile, then a conversation, then a date, then a meeting, then a crime, then Long Bay jail. [Hilaly laughs}.

        Then you get a judge, who has no mercy, and he gives you 65 years.

        But when it comes to this disaster, who started it? In his literature, scholar al Rafii says: “If I came across a rape crime – kidnap and violation of honour – I would discipline the man and order that the woman be arrested and jailed for life.”

        Why would you do this, Rafii?

        He says because if she had not left the meat uncovered, the cat wouldn’t have snatched it…

        If you take uncovered meat and put it on the street, on the pavement, in the garden, in a park or in the back yard, without a cover and the cats eat it, is it the fault of the cat or the uncovered meat? The uncovered meat is the problem.

        If the meat was covered, the cats wouldn’t roam around it. If the meat is inside the fridge, they won’t get it.

        If the woman is in her boudoir, in her house and if she’s wearing the veil and if she shows modesty, disasters don’t happen…

        Satan sees women as half his soldiers…Satan tells women you are my weapon to bring down any stubborn man…

        The woman was behind Satan playing a role when she disobeyed God and went out all dolled up and unveiled and made of herself palatable food that rakes and perverts would race for. She was the reason behind this sin taking place.

        Even though the uncovered meat analogy is quoted from scholar al-Rafii, we can gather the following beliefs about women:

        • Rape and adultery are women’s fault.
        • Women are Satan’s weapon in causing men to sin.
        • Unless women are at home and fully covered, they are provoking men, in other words, asking for it.
        • Men should not be held responsible for rape.
        • Non-Muslims are evil.

        What I like about Sheik Hilaly is that he calls the spade a spade! None of this rubbish about Islam respecting women that we often get from Islamic apologists. Like every body else, the Sheik has the right to free speech. However, if his view leads to someone committing rape then he would be partly responsible.

        I am glad that the Sheik’s true feelings are out in the open. Those misguided multiculturalists and those who are ignorant of the dangers that Islam and religion in general pose to the world, will hopefully wake up, pull their heads out of the sand and face facts. The Sheik’s sermon was intended only for his flock, unfortunately for him, and for the Muslims who think, it leaked out and now more and more people know about the hatred for women and the West that is preached in mosques. Their hatred for the US, is understandable, it’s the deep hatred for women and the West which I find terrifying.

        It seems that the main reason that Muslims hate the West is because of the freedoms that Western women enjoy, they live in constant fear that Muslim women will also demand the same freedoms. They are so sensitive on the matter of women in Islam, that anyone who speaks out about it, puts his/her life at risk. In 2004, Dutch filmmaker Theo Van Gogh was murdered by a Muslim fanatic for making a documentary –“Submission” – about the plight of Muslim women. Bangladeshi writer Taslima Nasrin is living in hiding because she too, rightly, criticized Islam’s treatment of women. Dutch parliamentarian Ayan Hirsi Ali, also lives in fear of her life after assisting Van Gogh with the making of “Submission” and for speaking out against the abuse of women in Muslim communities. Prior to entering politics, Ayan worked as an interpreter at battered women’s shelters and recalls the disproportionate number of Muslim women trying to escape violence.

        Sheik Hilaly’s sermon was not simply his opinion of women but a reflection of Islamic thought and culture.

        According to the Human Rights Commission of Pakistan, every two hours a woman is raped in Pakistan and every eight hours a woman is subjected to gang rape. The Hudood Ordinances are a set of laws in Pakistan intended to make the criminal justice system conform with Islamic law. These laws cover offences including Zina crimes (unlawful sexual intercourse including adultery and rape) and Qazf (wrongful accusation of Zina crimes).

        The maximum punishment for Zina crimes is death by stoning. Many women are imprisoned for years, convicted or awaiting trial for Zina crimes.

        These laws place an almost impossible burden of proof on women and girls who are raped. If they report a rape to the police they are often charged with Zina crimes because they have in effect admitted to sexual intercourse outside of marriage and been unable to prove absence of consent. In such cases, the victims are more likely to be convicted than the perpetrators. Pakistani law is punishing victims of rape as though they were criminals while the perpetrators go free.[1]

        When Muslims migrate to countries where the culture is diametrically opposed to Muslim norms, it’s inevitable that there will be a conflict of cultures. This conflict manifested itself in the rapes of Anglo-saxon women. The rapists were Lebanese Muslims and they specifically targeted Australian girls whom they called sluts, pigs, whores etc. At that time, Sheik Hilaly condemned the rapes and flatly told the rapists’ parents that “Your sons, are rapists”. Yet in his latest sermon he puts the blame for rape on the women and excuses the rapists. It seems that we have two versions of Islam, one for the Western media and one for the mosque. We know now to take everything they (the Islamists) say with a grain of salt.

        Indeed, it is the Muslim men’s behavior which contributed to the Cronala riots. The problem has been brewing for some years now. Young Muslim males would be marauding the beach, harassing non-Muslim women, calling them sluts and whores. The locals had have enough. The situation exploded when a group of Lebanese males beat up three lifeguards. The locals retaliated with various other groups from outside the area joining in and indiscriminately targeting anyone with ethnic appearance. Could the riots have been prevented if the authorities have taken action from the beginning? Probably.

        Could the harassing of non-Muslim women not have occurred if imams and Muslim parents have not taught their sons that non-Muslim women are sluts and therefore fair game? Definitely. And how do I know what Muslim males think? I went to school with them and I observed their attitude towards female teachers and women in general. In Sydney, a cosmopolitan city, there are over a hundred different nationalities. Why is it that we do not have Greek, Vietnamese, Italian or South American rape gangs. Why are the gangs composed of mainly Muslims and why do they target Australian women?

        It’s not because they cannot find willing partners for sex or because they cannot restrain themselves at the sight of unveiled women, it is because they resent the freedoms that Australian women enjoy and are terrified of the thought of their own women demanding the same freedoms, That is why they use rape as a weapon in putting and keeping women in their place.

        There are rapists in all cultures, religions and nationalities. Let’s not forget the horrific rape, torture and murder of Anita Cobby and the more recent rapes commited certain football players. However, we do not support rapists and we do not punish the victims.

        Of course, rape is not problem in Islamic countries because women stay home and are protected by the hijab or the burqa. Right?

        Now let’s look at the reality, recent efforts in Pakistan to reform the rape laws in order to make them fairer to the victims have met with opposition from clerics and conservatives who claim that the reforms are against Islam. That’s right; justice for rape victims is against Islam!

        Clerics have also opposed proposed laws that would punish perpetrators of honor killings.

        What many Muslims do not understand is that a piece of cloth will not protect a woman from rape, if only it was that simple! In some parts of the Amazon forest there are tribes where women, and men, wear little more than a loin cloth, yet these tribes are not experiencing an epidemic of rape, why?

        When Christian missionaries first arrived in the Pacific Islands two hundred years ago, they were horrified to see women running around with bare breasts. The Polynesians at that time regarded bare breasts as a means for feeding babies and not as sexual objects. As soon as the missionaries managed to convert the islanders to Christianity, they proceeded in covering the women in mother hubbards (long baggy dresses). You see, modesty is in the eye of the beholder.

        In the Netherlands where there is equality of the sexes and a healthy attitude towards women and sex, there are very few rapes committed by Scandinavian males. Most of the rapes in those countries are committed by migrant Muslim males. [2]

        I got some comments, among others from Norwegian blogger Bjørn Stærk, to my posts about the Norwegian government covering up the number of rapes committed by immigrants. The Swedish government is probably even worse, but Sweden is in many ways collapsing. Although he agreed that the statistics should be published, he questioned whether these rapes have anything to do with Islam. It is true that mass rapes of “the enemy’s women”, in part to humiliate the enemy’s men, is not unique to Islam. It has been done at times of war by the Vikings, the Mongols, the Germans and the Russians during WW2, and all the way up to the Balkans in the 1990s. That’s also my point. The number of rapes committed by Muslim immigrants in Western nations are so extremely high that it is difficult to view them only as random acts of individuals. It resembles warfare. In Bradford, England, Channel 4 pulled a documentary about Pakistani and other Muslim men sexually abusing white English girls, some as young as 11. Writer Theodore Dalrymple thinks that “thanks to their cultural inheritance, (Muslim) abuse of women is systematic rather than unsystematic as it is with the whites and blacks.” In France, grotesque reports about systematic gang rapes of French or “too Western” Muslim girls keep coming in. At the same time, European jails are getting filled up with Muslims imprisoned for robberies and all kinds of violent crimes, and Muslims bomb European civilians. You can see the mainstream media are struggling to make sense of all of this. That’s because they can’t, or don’t want to, see the obvious: This is exactly how an invading army would behave.         I disagree that this has nothing to do with Islam. Muhammad himself had forced sex (rape) with several of his slave girls/concubines. This is perfectly allowed, both in the sunna and in the Koran. If you postulate that many of the Muslims in Europe view themselves as a conquering army and that European women are simply war booty, it all makes perfect sense and is in full accordance with Islamic law. And Muslims do follow their medieval religious laws, even today:

        What does rape, then, have to do with these religious conflicts? Unfortunately, everything. The Islamic legal manual ‘Umdat al-Salik, which carries the endorsement of Al-Azhar University, the most respected authority in Sunni Islam, stipulates: “When a child or a woman is taken captive, they become slaves by the fact of capture, and the woman’s previous marriage is immediately annulled.” Why? So that they are free to become the concubines of their captors. The Qur’an permits Muslim men to have intercourse with their wives and their slave girls: “Forbidden to you are … married women, except those whom you own as slaves” (Sura 4:23-24).
        After one successful battle, Muhammad tells his men, “Go and take any slave girl.” He took one for himself also. After the notorious massacre of the Jewish Qurayzah tribe, he did it again. According to his earliest biographer, Ibn Ishaq, Muhammad “went out to the market of Medina (which is still its market today) and dug trenches in it. Then he sent for [the men of Banu Qurayza] and struck off their heads in those trenches as they were brought out to him in batches.” After killing “600 or 700 in all, though some put the figure as high as 800 or 900,” the Prophet of Islam took one of the widows he had just made, Rayhana bint Amr, as another concubine.
        Emerging victorious in another battle, according to a generally accepted Islamic tradition, Muhammad’s men present him with an ethical question: “We took women captives, and we wanted to do ‘azl [coitus interruptus] with them.” Muhammad told them: “It is better that you should not do it, for Allah has written whom He is going to create till the Day of Resurrection.’” When Muhammad says “it is better that you should not do it,” he’s referring to coitus interruptus, not to raping their captives. He takes that for granted.
        Here’s what Vice Director of Jihad Watch, Hugh Fitzgerald, whom I rate in league with Ali Sina and Ibn Warraq as among the best commentators of Islam in this age, has to say about the issue (scroll down):
        ‘For her to be absolved from guilt, a raped woman must have shown good conduct’
        For non-Muslim women, they are in every respect — the way they walk, the way they talk, those bedroom eyes we all know so well — simply asking for it, and Muslim men have every right to do what they wish.
        It is not understood that Western women are not so much regarded by most Muslims as individuals, but as “their women,” the women who “belong” to hostile Infidels. They are booty, to be taken, just as the land of the Infidels someday will drop, it is believed, into Muslim hands — by demographic conquest rather than military conquest. It has worked in many parts of Africa; and if Muslims fail to reproduce even faster than they do, there is always the expedient of killing the remaining Infidels.
        All over France there are cases of rapes, by MUslim gangs, of French girls. In Australia, in 2000, Bankstown and Greenacre (in Sydney) had a succession of gang-rapes, in which the victims testified to the particularly gruesome details of being assaulted by a dozen or more men at a time, screaming at them for being “Aussies” or “Christians.” It made a big splash in Sydney, when the cases came to trial in 2002. Alan Jones, an Australian commentator, noted: “Let’s not mince words here — these are racist attacks against ordinary Australian girls carried out by out of control Muslim Lebanese….” The girls themselves all testified to the fact that the attacks were full of observations about, not race, but religion — and the confusion of Jones here is understandable. The Western world is still groping to understand something of which it had been so remarkably and indeed, in some ways so fortunately unaware; it is the attitudes engendered toward Infidels — a Frenchman who is beaten to death for trying to retrieve his daughter’s stolen bicycle, a mother and her year-old-child assaulted on an RER train near Louvres, the thousands of assaults which are a modern version of the rape and pillage that Muslim conquerors were permitted whenever they conquered Infidel lands. This is not mere crime, but ideologically-justified crime or rather, in Muslim eyes, attacks on Infidels scarcely qualify as crime.
        Have we forgotten the mass rapes, at the hands of Muslims (Turks, Kurds, and in the Syrian Desert, Arabs) of the Armenian women, those helpless “giavours,” in the first full-scale massacres in modern times, those of 1894-1895, and then the genocidal campaign that began in 1915 and went on for years? Have we all forgotten what happened to the Assyrian Christian women during the Assyrian massacres of 1933, when — just a few months after the British left — Muslim Iraqis had a high old time wiof the Christian women, kidnapped in Ramadi, Iraq last year — never to be returned to their husbands, and now the permanent property of the Muslims who kidnapped them? Shall one recall what happened to the Christian Maronites in Damur, at the hands of the PLO? What about the Copts, in Egypt? Or, during the Algerian War the mass rape of Christian and Jewish women by the FLN (scarcely given enough attention in Alastair Horne’s reticent “A Savage War of Peace” but given much more by such writers as Jacques Soustelle, the great ethnographer of Mexican culture, and a perceptive analyst of the Algerian situation and the real nature of Islam — akin, in his way, to Andre Servier).
        The figures on Muslim rape of Western women in Europe are astounding. In Denmark and Norway, between 65% and 70% of all rapes are committed by Muslims, who as yet still less than 5% of the population. One local judge in Norway actually exonerated one rapist by accepting his defense that the victim’s dress was taken by him to mean that she was egging him on. Her dress was nothing special to Norwegians, but the judge found it to be unbearably provocative to this poor Muslim immigrant. A curious argument, is it not? Even if she had been dressed a la Gisele Bundchen doing a shoot for Victoria’s Secret — and she of course was not — rape is not an acceptable response.
        The argument now seems to be: Western mores are offensive. Western women are cheap and offensive. We Muslims are here, here to stay, and we have a right to take advantage of this situation. It is our view of the matter that should prevail. Western goods, like the land on which we now live, belong to Allah and to the best of men — his Believers. Western women, too, essentially belong to us — our future booty. Western laws may “apply” but not in any sense that really counts or that we reocgnize. We recognize Islamic law, the sharia, and according to that we are simply exhibiting the attiudes toward Infidels that are drummed into us, that are right and according to the laws of Allah. Why should we act differently? Oh, and if we happen to act, as some of the Islamic websites tell us we can act, in accordance with the local laws — but only insofar as they do not contradict Islam — that is only because of darura, the doctrine of necessity — and that necessity, that darura, is of course only temporary.
        In other words, when in Rome, if you are Muslim, do any damn thing you please and justify it by saying you didn’t realize you were in Rome, or what the Romans did, and anyway, the Romans are Infidels so who cares what they do, or expect. A fascinating attitude. The sooner this is fully grasped by Infidels, the fewer victims, ultimately, there will be.

      Now, a surprise!! Although women in ancient India wore saris that bared the midriff, the Dharmasastra writers stated that women should be dressed such that the navel was never visible!!!

      The trend of exposing the navel was started by women who were dancers, acrobats, or entertainers, and who developed a technique of wearing the sari like a pair of trousers well below the navel to assist in the free movement of the legs.

      Indian sculpture emphasised the centrality and sexuality which emanated from the depiction of the woman’s navel. One of the most stunning examples would be Didarganj Yakshi, a statue of a woman made during the Mauryan period. Carved out of sandstone which gives it a natural shine where the navel is deeply embedded within the centre of the torso, drawing the focus of the viewer.
      These modern saris may be draped in different ways, such as a petticoat being tied about 10 to 13 cm (4 to 5 in) below the navel, just above the pubic area, and a small blouse ending just below the breasts with a thin pallu exposing some part of the blouse and almost the entire midriff……and more and more blah…blah…hmmmmm:



      • Pakistan’s ‘shame’: Rape cases in 2012

        A year-end timeline of cases of rape and sexual assault reported by The Express Tribune this year.

        While the New Delhi gang rape case has resulted in outrage that has spilled into the streets across the border, the plight of women who have faced rape and sexual assault in Pakistan has been largely confined to formulaic articles in the press, slow-moving cases in the courts, and frequent dropped charges due to bribes, threats of further violence and family pressure on the victim to avoid further ‘shame’.

        In 2012, The Express Tribune covered over 150 reports on cases of rape and their follow-ups across the country, but the actual number of incidents is likely much higher as the stigma of rape, treatment meted out by police officials and low prosecution rates makes this crime largely unreported.

        While statistics are few and far between, according to a November report by the Awaz Foundation Centre for Development, as many as 2,713 cases of violence against women have been reported in 15 districts of southern Punjab since January 2012, giving some measure of the scale of the issue.

        As such, the reports below can only be considered a small snapshot of the violence being wrought on the women of Pakistan.

They took her to Victoria Restaurant where they kept her hostage for a year and a half in a room, repeatedly raped by various men who would pay her captors.
        20 At gun point: Woman raped by brother in-law A woman was allegedly raped by her brother-in-law on gun-point in Taranda Saway Khan when her husband was out of town.
        21 Grieving family accuse police of protecting landlord behind murder Shumaila Parveen, 16, was stabbed to death at her home on May 18, allegedly by a landlord and his servant. They had allegedly tried to rape her before killing her.
        22 Follow up: Cases filed against 35 for rape and torture A man had married a widow from his neighbourhood and moved to Jhang. The woman’s family registered an abducting case against the man and accused him of “wooing” their daughter into marrying him. They later abducted he and his wife and beat him in public.

      09.0 JIHAD
      (0: Jihad means to war against non-Muslims, and is etymologically derived from the word mujahada, signifying warfare to establish the religion. And it is the lesser jihad. As for the greater jihad, it is spiritual warfare against the lower self (nafs), which is why the Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace) said as he was
      returning from jihad,

      “We have returned from the lesser jihad to the greater jihad.”

      The scriptural basis for jihad, prior to scholarly consensus (def: b7) is such Koranic
      verses as:

      (1) “Fighting is prescribed for you” (Koran 2:216);
      (2) “Slay them wherever you find them” (Koran 4:89);
      (3) “Fight the idolators utterly” (Koran 9:36);

      and such hadiths as the one related by Bukhari and Muslim that the Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace) said:

      “I have been commanded to fight people until they testify that there is no god but Allah and that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, and perform the prayer, and pay zakat. If they say it, they have saved their blood and possessions from me, except for the rights ofIslam over them. And their final reckoning is with Allah”;

      and the hadith reported by Muslim,

      “To go forth in the morning or evening to fight in the path of Allah is better than the whole world and everything in it.”

      Details concerning jihad are found in the accounts of the military expeditions of the
      Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace), including his own martial forays and those on which he dispatched others. The former consist of the ones he personally attended, some twenty-seven (others say twenty-nine) of them. He fought in eight of them, and killed only one person with his noble hand, Ubayy ibn Khalaf, at the battle of
      UhuJ. On the latter expeditions he sent others to fight. Himself remaining at Medina, and these were forty-seven in number.)


      09.1 Jihad is a communal obligation (def: c3.2). When enough people perform it to successfully accomplish it, it is no longer obligatory upon others (0: the evidence for which is the Prophet’s saying (Allah bless him and give him peace), “He who provides the equipment for a soldier in jihad has himself performed jihad,”
      and Allah Most High having said:

      “Those of the believers who are unhurt but sit behind are not equal to those who fight in Allah’s path with their property and lives. Allah has preferred those who fight with their property and lives a whole degree above those who sit behind.
      And to each. Allah has promised great good”
      (Koran 4:95).

      If none of those concerned perform jihad, and it does not happen at all, then everyone who is aware that it is obligatory is guilty of sin, if there was a possibility of having performed it. In the time of the Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace) jihad was a communal obligation after his emigration (hijra) to Medina. As for subsequent
      times, there are two possible states in respect to non-Muslims.
      The first is when they are in their own countries, in which case jihad (def: 09.8) is a communal obligation, and this is what our author is speaking of when he says, “Jihad is a communal obligation,” meaning upon the Muslims each year.

      The second state is when non-Muslims invade a Muslim country or near to one, in which case jihad is personally obligatory (def: c3.2) upon the inhabitants of that country, who must repel the non-Muslims with whatever they can).

      09.2 jihad is personally obligatory upon all ‘those present in the battle lines (A: and to flee is an enormity (dis: pH)) (0: provided one is able to fight. If unable, because of illness or the death of one’s mount when not able to fight on foot, or because one no longer has a weapon, then one may leave. One may also leave if the opposing non-Muslim army is more than twice the size of the Muslim force).

      09.3 Jihad is also (0: personally) obligatory for everyone (0: able to perform it, male or female, old or young) when the enemy has surrounded the Muslims (0: on every side, having entered our territory, even if the land consists of ruins, wilderness, or mountains, for non-Muslim forces entering Muslim lands is a weighty matter that cannot be ignored, but must be met with effort and struggle to repel them by every possible means.
      All of which is if conditions permit gathering (A: the above-mentioned) people, provisioning them, and readying them for war. If conditions do not permit this, as when the enemy has overrun the Muslims such that they are unable to provision or prepare themselves for war, then whoever is found by a non-Muslim and knows he will be killed if captured is obliged to defend himself in whatever way possible. But if not certain that he will be killed, meaning that he might or might not be, as when he might merely be taken captive, and he knows he will be killed ifhe does not surrender, then he may either surrender or fight. A woman too has a choice between fighting or surrendering if she is certain that she will not be subjected to indecent act if captured. If uncertain that she will
      be safe from such an act, she is obliged to fight, and surrender is not permissible).


      09.4 Those ealled upon (0: to perform jihad when it is a communal obligation) are every able bodied man who has reached puberty and is sane.

      09.5 The following may not fight in jihad:
      (1) Someone in debt, unless his creditor gives him leave:
      (2) or someone with at least one Muslim parent. until they give their permission;
      unless the Muslims are surrounded by the enemy, in which case it is permissible for them to fight without permission.

      09.6 It is offensive to conduet a military expedition against hostile non-Muslims without the caliph’s permission (A: though if there is no caliph (def: 025), no permission is required).

      09.7 Muslims may not seek help from non Muslim allies unless the Muslims are considerably outnumbered and the allies are of goodwill towards the Muslims.

      “Fight those who do not believe in Allah and the Last Day and who forbid not what Allah and His messenger have forbidden-who do not practice the religion of truth, being of those who have been given the Book-until they pay the poll tax out of hand and are humbled” (Koran 9:29), the time and place for which is before the final descent of Jesus (upon whom be peace). After his final coming, nothing but Islam will be accepted from them. for taking the poll tax is only effective until Jesus’ descent (upon him and our Prophet be peace), which is the divinely revealed law of Muhammad, The coming of Jesus does not entail a separate divinely revealed law, for he will rule by the law of Muhammad, As for the Prophet’s saying (Allah bless him and give him peace),

      “I am the last, there will be no prophet after me,” this does not contradict the final coming of Jesus (upon whom be peace), since he will not rule according to the Evangel, but as a follower of our Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace)).

      09.9 The caliph fights all other peoples until they become Muslim (0: because they are not a people with a Book, nor honored as such, and are not permitted to settle with paying the poll tax (iizya») (n: though according to the Hanafi school, peoples of all other religions, even idol worshippers, are permitted to live under the protection of the Islamic state if they either become Muslim or agree to pay the poll tax, the sale exceptions to
      which are apostates from Islam and idol worshippers who are Arabs, neither of whom has any choice but becoming Muslim (al-Hidaya sharh Bidaya al-mubtadi’ (y21). 6.48–49)).


      09 .10 It is not permissible (A: in Jihad) to kill women or children unless they are fighting against the Muslims. Nor is it permissible to kill animals, unless they are being ridden into battle against the Muslims, or if killing them will help defeat the enemy. It is permissible to kill old men (0: old man (shaykh) meaning someone more than forty
      years of age) and monks.

      o9.11 It is unlawful to kill a non-Muslim to whom a Muslim has given his guarantee of protection (0: whether the non-Muslim is one or more than one, provided the number is limited, and the Muslim’s protecting them does not harm the Muslims, as when they are spies) provided the protecting Muslim has reached puberty, is sane, and does
      so voluntarily (0: and is not a prisoner of them or a spy).

      09.12 Whoever enters Islam before being captured may not be killed or his property confiscated, or his young children taken captive.

      09.13 When a child or a woman is taken captive, they become slaves by the fact of capture, and the woman’s previous marriage is immediately annulled.

      09.14 When an adult male is taken captive, the caliph (def: 025) considers the interests (0: of Islam and the Muslims) and decides between the prisoner’s death, slavery, release without paying anything, or ransoming himself in exchange for money or for a Muslim captive held by the enemy. If the prisoner becomes a Muslim (0: before the caliph chooses any of the four alternatives) then he may not be killed, and one of the other
      three alternatives is chosen.

      09.15 It is permissible in jihad to cut down the enemy’s trees and destroy their dwellings.


      09.16 (0: As for truces, the author does not mention them. In Sacred Law truce means a peace treaty with those hostile to Islam, involving a cessation of fighting for a specified period, whether for payment or something else. The scriptural basis for them includes such Koranic verses as:

      (1) “An acquittal from Allah and His messenger…” (Koran 9:1);
      (2) “If they incline towards peace, then incline towards it also” (Koran 8:61);

      as well as the truce which the Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace) made with Quraysh in the year of Hudaybiya, as related by Bukhari and Muslim.

      Truces are permissible, not obligatory. The only one who may effect a truce is the Muslim ruler of a region (or his representative) with a segment of the non-Muslims of the region, or the caliph (025) (or his representative). When made with other than a portion of the non-Muslims, or when made with all of them, or with all in a particular region such as India or Asia Minor, then only the caliph (or his representative) may effect it, for it is a matter of the gravest consequence because it entails the nonperformance of jihad, whether globally or in a given locality, and our interests must be looked after therein, which is
      why it is best left to the caliph under any circumstances, or to someone he delegates to see to the interests of the various regions.
      There must be some interest served in making a truce other than mere preservation of the
      status quo. Allah Most High says,

      “So do not be fainthearted and call for peace, when it is you who are the uppermost” (Koran 47:35).

      Interests that justify making a truce are such things as Muslim weakness because of lack of numbers or materiel, or the hope of an enemy becoming Muslim, for the Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace) made a truce in the year Mecca was liberated with Safwan ibn Umayya for four months in hope that he would become Muslim, and he entered Islam before its time was up.
      If the Muslims are weak, a truce may be made for ten years if necessary, for the Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace) made a truce with Quraysh for that long, as is related by Abu Dawud. It is not permissible to stipulate longer than that, save by means of new truces, each of which does not exceed ten years.
      The rulings of such a truce are inferable from those of the non-Muslim poll tax (def: 011); namely, that when a valid truce has been effected, no harm may be done to non-Muslims until it expires.)


      010.1 A free male Muslim who has reached puberty and is sane is entitled to the spoils of battle when he has participated in a battle to the end of it.
      After personal booty (def: 010.2), the collective spoils of the battle are divided into five parts.
      The first fifth is set aside (dis: 010.3), and the remaining four are distributed, one share to each infantryman and three shares to each cavalryman.
      From these latter four fifths also, a token payment is given at the leader’s discretion to women, children, and non-Muslim participants on the Muslim side.
      A combatant only takes possession of his share of the spoils at the official division. (A: Or he may choose to waive his right to it.)

      010.2 As for personal booty, anyone who. despite resistance, kills one of the enemy or effectively incapacitates him, risking his own life thereby, is entitled to whatever he can take from the enemy, meaning as much as he can take away with him in the battle, such as a mount, clothes, weaponry, money, or other.

      010.3 As for the first fifth that is taken from the spoils, it is divided in turn into five parts, a share each going to:

      (1) the Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace), and after his death, to such Islamic
      interests as fortifying defenses on the frontiers, salaries for Islamic judges. muezzins, and the like;
      (2) relatives of the Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace) of the Bani Hashim and Bani Muttalib clans, each male receiving the share of two females;
      (3) orphans who arc poor;
      (4) those short of money (def: h8.11);
      (5) and travellers needing money (h8.18)


      011.1 A formal agreement of protection is made with citizens who are:

      (1) Jews;
      (2) Christians;
      (3) Zoroastrians;
      (4) Samarians and Sabians, if their religions do not respectively contradict the fundamental bases of Judaism and Christianity;
      (5) and those who adhere to the religion of Abraham or one of the other prophets (upon whom be blessings and peace).

      011.2 Such an agreement may not be effected with those who are idol worshippers (dis: o9.9(n:», or those who do not have a Sacred Book or something that could have been a Book. (A: Something that could have been a Book refers to those like the Zoroastrians, who have remnants resembling an ancient Book. As for the psuedoscriptures of cults that have appeared since Islam (n: such as the Sikhs, Baha’is, Mormons, Qadianis, etc.), they neither are nor could be a Book, since the Koran is the final revelation (dis: w4).)

      011.3 Such an agreement is only valid when the subject peoples:

      (a) follow the rules ofIslam (A: those mentioned below (011.5) and those involving public behavior and dress, though in acts of worship and their private lives, the subject communities have their own laws, judges, and courts, enforcing the rules of their own religion among themselves);
      (b) and pay the non-Muslim poll tax Gizya


      011.4 The minimum non-Muslim poll tax is one dinar (n: 4.235 grams of gold) per person (A: per year). The maximum is whatever both sides agree upon.
      It is collected with leniency and politeness, as are all debts, and is not levied on women, children, or the insane.

      011.5 Such non-Muslim subjects are obliged to comply with Islamic rules that pertain to the safety and indemnity oflife, reputation, and property. In addition, they:
      (1) are penalized for committing adultery or theft, though not for drunkenness;
      (2) are distinguished from Muslims in dress, wearing a wide cloth belt (zunna:r);
      (3) are not greeted with “as-Salamu ‘alaykum” ;
      (4) must keep to the side of the street;
      (5) may not build higher than or as high as the Muslims’ buildings, though if they acquire a
      tall house, it is not razed;
      (6) are forbidden to openly display wine or pork, (A: to ring church bells or display crosses,) recite the Torah or Evangel aloud, or make public display of their funerals and feastdays;
      (7) and are forbidden to build new churches.

      011.6 They are forbidden to reside in the Hijaz, meaning the area and towns around Mecca, Medina, and Yamama, for more than three days (when the caliph allows them to enter there for something they need).

      011.7 A non-Muslim may not enter the Meccan Sacred Precinct (Haram) under any circumstances, or enter any other mosque without permission (A: nor may Muslims enter churches without their permission).

      011.8 It is, ohligatory for the caliph (def: 025) to protect those of them who are in Muslim lands just as he would Muslims, and to seek the release of those of them who are captured.

      011.9 If non-Muslim subjects of the Islamic state refuse to conform to the rules of Islam. or to pay the non-Muslim poll tax, then their agreement with the state has been violated (dis: 0 I l.1 I) (A: though if only one of them disobeys, it concerns him alone).

      011. IO The agreement is also violated (A: with respect to the offender alone) if the state has stipulated that any of the following things break it, and one of the subjects does so anyway, though if the state has not stipulated that these break the agreement,
      then they do not; namely, if one of the subject people:
      (1) commits adultery with a Muslim woman or marries her:
      (2) conceals spies of hostile forces;
      (3) leads a Muslim away from Islam;
      (4) kills a Muslim;
      (5) or mentions something impermissible about Allah, the Prophet (Allah bless him and
      give him peace), or Islam.

      011.11 When a subject’s agreement with the state has been violated, the caliph chooses between the four alternatives mentioned above in connection with prisoners of war (09.14).

      In Tabari’s The Foundation of the Community, begin with “Expedition.” The Arabic word is “Maghazi,” which is translated “Raid” in the Sira. It actually means invasion. It’s synonymous with “Jihad,” defined by Bukhari as “Holy fighting in Allah’s Cause.” A more complete explanation is provided in the Book of Jihad , on page 580 of Maktba Dar-us-Salam’s publication of Sahih Al-Bukhari :

      “Jihad is holy fighting in Allah’s Cause with full force of weaponry. It is given the utmost importance in Islam and is one of its Pillars. By Jihad Islam is established, Allah is made superior and He becomes the only God who may be worshiped. By Jihad Islam is propagated and made superior. By abandoning Jihad (may Allah protect us from that) Islam is destroyed and Muslims fall into an inferior position. Their honor is lost, their lands are stolen, and Muslim rule and authority vanish. Jihad is an obligatory duty in Islam on every Muslim. He who tries to escape this duty dies as a hypocrite.”

      Memorize this paragraph. Shout it out to all who will listen. Every word was derived from the Qur’an. Every word was lived by Muhammad. It accurately represents fundamental Islam, so much so, each of the 150 Hadiths that follow this definition of Jihad speak of fighting; none suggest a spiritual struggle. Among them, Muhammad says that the most important deed is Jihad, fighting in Allah’s Cause. (Bukhari:V4B52N44) And the Qur’an agrees, saying peaceful Muslims are hypocrites, destined for hell. They are “the worst of creatures,” “the most vile of animals.” (Qur’an surahs 3 and 33.)

      So that there is no question regarding the appropriateness of using Bukhari as a source, here’s what the Islamic scholars had to say in the preface:

      “Al-Bukhari’s Hadith is the most authentic and true book of the Prophet.”

      The translators said,
      “I am perfectly sure that the translation, with Allah’s help and after all the great efforts exerted in its production, has neared perfection.” The imams from the cradle of Islam, the Islamic University of Medina in Saudi Arabia, said, “It has been unanimously agreed that Imam Bukhari’s work is the most authentic of all the other sources in Hadith literature put together. It is second only to the Qur’an.”

      That leaves you and me at the crossroads of destiny. If we don’t deal with the awesome gravity of Islamic Jihad, our future will vanish before our eyes. If we wish to avoid the abyss of world war we must expose the doctrine committed to world conquest. We must liberate Muslims from Islam.

      “The Expedition Led by Hamzah” was the first Maghazi. Hamzah, a huntsman in Mecca, was now a “Mujahid” (plural – Mujahidun), “a Muslim warrior in Jihad.”

      Tabari VII:10

      “In Ramadhan, seven months after the Hijrah, Muhammad entrusted a white war banner to Hamzah with the command of thirty Emigrants. Their aim was to intercept a Quraysh caravan.”

      Seven months after fleeing Mecca in shame, the pedophile prophet has become a pirate and terrorist.

      So that there is no misunderstanding, let’s define these less than admirable characterizations.

      PIRATE: a renegade who, along with others under his command, uses force of arms to steal the property of others.

      TERRORIST: a person who violently attacks civilians, destroys their property, and disrupts their economy as a means to achieve a political objective.

      The flag Muhammad handed to Hamzah was a war banner. It was one of the many symbols the prophet borrowed from his patriarch Qusayy. Hamzah was a warrior. He was given the command of thirty men. Their aim was to intercept a caravan, a civilian economic enterprise owned by the people Muhammad had promised to slaughter because they had teased him. Although we are told: “they separated without a battle,” the intent was piracy and terror. Their failure didn’t change what they had become – what Islam had done to them. At this point in the profiteer’s career, there were simply more good guys than there were bad guys, and he was as inept a pirate as he was a prophet.

      Turning to Muhammad’s biographer, we learn more about the mindset of the first Muslims.


      “Hamza’s expedition to the seashore comprised thirty riders, all Emigrants from Mecca. He met Abu Jahl who had 300 riders. Amr, intervened for he was at peace with both sides. Hazma [Muhammad’s raider] said, so they allege: ‘Wonder at good sense and at folly, at a lack of sound counsel and at sensible advice. Their people and property are not yet violated as we haven’t attacked. We called them to Islam [surrender] but they treat it as a joke. They laughed until I threatened them. At the Apostle’s command, I was the first to march beneath his flag, a victorious banner from Allah. Even as they sullied forth burning with rage, Allah frustrated their schemes.'”

      Abu Jahl, a pagan businessman, responded to the Muslim militants:


      “I am amazed at the causes of anger and folly and at those who stir up strife by lying controversy. They abandon our fathers’ ways. They come with lies to twist our minds. But their lies cannot confound the wise. If you give up your raids we will take you back for you are our cousins, our kin. But they chose to believe Muhammad and became obstinately contentious. All their deeds became evil.”

      As always, the Meccans understood Islam.

      Ibn Ishaq believed: Ishaq:281

      “The Raid on Waddan was the first Maghazi.”

      He said,

      “The Expedition of Ubayda Harith was second”.

      The Apostle sent Ubayda out on a raid with sixty or eighty riders from the Emigrants, there not being a single Ansar among them. He encountered a large number of Quraysh in the Hijaz. Abu Bakr composed a poem about the raid.” Some of the most memorable lines include:

      “When we called them to the truth they turned their backs and howled like bitches. Allah’s punishment on them will not tarry. I swear by the Lord of Camels [Allah?] that I am no perjurer. A valiant band will descend upon the Quraysh which will leave women husbandless. It will leave men dead, with vultures wheeling round. It will not spare the infidels.”

      To which a pagan named “Slave-to-Allah” replied: Ishaq:282

      “Does your eye weep unceasingly over the ruins of a dwelling [Allah’s House] that the shifting sands obscure? Is your army and declaration of war firm enough that we should abandon images venerated in Mecca, passed on to heirs by a noble ancestor [Qusayy]? Are your steeds panting at the fray, are your swords polished white, are they in the hands of warriors, dangerous as lions, or are you conceited? Are you here to quench your thirst for vengeance? Nay, they withdraw in great fear and awe.”

      Of the raid, the historian reports:

      Tabari VII:10

      “Eight months after the Hijrah, Allah’s Messenger entrusted a white war banner to Ubaydah and ordered him to march to Batn Rabigh. He reached the pass of Marah, near Juhfah, at the head of sixty Emigrants without a single Ansari (Medina Muslim) among them. They met the polytheists at a watering place called Ahya. They shot arrows at one another but there was no hand-to-hand fighting.”

      The prophet is now a repeat offender. Eight months into the Islamic Era he has ordered multiple attacks. Muslim apologists profess that Muhammad was forced into defending Islam and that he was neither aggressor, pirate, nor terrorist. But that position is indefensible. Nothing is known about the Muhammad of history – no independent records exist. All that is known about him is contained in these Hadiths. If they say he attacked a civilian caravan and then ordered men to march and fight in another town, he did. Therefore, he was the aggressor. There isn’t even a hint of self-defense in these Traditions, nor do they try to explain away the prophet’s motives. They were after money, not armies – booty, not converts.

      You may be wondering why none of the Ansari joined the Muslim Emigrants from Mecca on either raid. I believe that the answer is that they hadn’t been Muslims long enough and therefore still knew right from wrong. Islam had already corrupted the Meccan Muslims to the point that they thought piracy and terror were justifiable, even admirable. Kind of reminds us of the modern day Islamic terrorists.


      “Then the Apostle went raiding in the month of Rabi u’l-Awwal making for the Quraysh. He returned to Medina without fighting. Then he raided the Quraysh by way of Dinar.”

      Tabari VII:11

      “In this year the Messenger entrusted to Sa’d a white war banner for the expedition to Kharrar. Sa’d said, ‘I set out on foot at the head of twenty men. We used to lie hidden by day and march at night, until we reached Kharrar on the fifth morning. The caravan had arrived in town a day before. There were sixty men with it. Those who were with Sa’d were all Emigrants.'”

      Muhammad is now a serial offender, a committed pirate and terrorist, albeit a failed one.

      Tabari VII:11

      “The Messenger of Allah went out on a raid as far as Waddan, searching for Quraysh. In the course of which, the Banu Damrah made a treaty of friendship with him. Then Muhammad returned to Medina without any fighting and remained there for the rest of the month.”

      This time Muhammad took command himself with the express intent of finding the Quraysh and robbing them. And while it is noble that he inked a treaty of friendship, even this was the wrong thing for a prophet to do. Treaties are political, not religious. Muhammad was now considered a “fellow chief” commanding a band of armed men – hardly prophet-like. Besides, the Qur’an would ultimately say that treaties with unbelieving infidels weren’t binding on Muslims. This alliance was with pagans.

      Tabari VII:12

      “During this stay he sent Ubaydah at the head of sixty horsemen from the Emigrants without a single Ansari among them. He got as far as a watering place in Hijaz [Central Arabia], below the pass of Marah. There he met a greater band of Quraysh, but there was no fighting except Sa’d shot an arrow. Then the two groups separated from one another, the Muslims leaving a rearguard.”

      Islamic raiders marched with the intent to plunder and kill. The only thing that stopped them from achieving their objective was the sight of a superior force. As we seek to defend ourselves today we would do well to keep this in mind.

      Tabari VII:13

      “Muhammad led an expedition in [the month of] Rabi al-Akhir in search of Quraysh. He went as far as Buwat in the region of Radwa and then returned without any fighting. Then he led another expedition in search of the Meccans. He took the mountain track and crossed the desert, halting beneath a tree in Batha. He prayed there. [What on earth was he praying for? “O God, please help me rob and kill people. Thank you. Amen.”] After a few days the Prophet went out in pursuit of the Kutz.”

      The Islamic Era was but a year old, yet Muslims were fully committed to the path of piracy and terror. Forget for a moment that this was supposed to be a religion. There was nothing noble, moral, or redeeming about raiding parties seeking to plunder civilian caravans or expeditions marching off to terrorize unsuspecting villagers. Just as there was no redeeming surah in Mecca, there is no virtuous behavior in Medina.

      The second year of the Islamic Era began as the first one ended. The opening headline reads:

      Tabari VII:15 “Expeditions Led by Allah’s Messenger,”

      This was followed by: “In this year, according to all Sira writers, the Messenger personally led the Ghazwa of Alwa. [A Ghazwa is an Islamic Invasion in Allah’s Cause consisting of a large army unit led by the Prophet himself.] He left Sa’d in command of Medina. On this raid his banner was carried by Hamzah. He stayed out for fifteen days and then returned to Medina.” This was the eighth failed terrorist attack in as many months.

      There are two interesting subtleties here. First, Sa’d, Muhammad’s most fierce warrior, was left in “command” of Medina because the “prophet” had become a warlord. And considering the nature of the Islamic world today that made him a role model. Second, the “religion” of Islam actually coined a word to define an armed raid personally led by its prophet. There is something very perverse about that.

      “According to Waqidi, the Messenger went on a Ghazwa at the head of two hundred of his companions in October, 623 and reached Buwat. His intention was to intercept a Quraysh caravan with a hundred men and twenty-five hundred camels.”

      This expedition was neither a military operation nor was it defensive. And it most assuredly wasn’t religious. It was an act of terrorism against a civilian economic activity.

      The pirate was after booty.

      The Hadith reports:

      “In this year Muhammad sent forth the Emigrants to intercept a Quraysh caravan en route to Syria. His war banner was carried by Hamzah.”

      It also failed. The score was Muslim Militants 0, Infidels 10. Unfortunately, Islam would get better at this game than they ever got at religion.

      Ishaq:286/Tabari VII:16

      “Ali and I were with the Messenger on the Ghazwa of Ushayrah. We halted on one occasion and saw some men of the Banu Mudlij working in one of their date groves. I said, ‘Why don’t we go and see how they work.’ So we went and watched them for a while; then we felt drowsy and went to sleep on dusty ground under the trees. Muhammad woke us, arriving as we were covered in dust. He stirred Ali with his foot and said, ‘Arise, O dusty one! Shall I tell you who was the most wretched man? Ahmar of Thamud for he slaughtered the she-camel and he shall strike you here.’ Muhammad put his hand to the side of Ali’s head, until it was soaked from it. Then he grabbed his beard.”

      The Qur’an claims that the Thamudic nation was destroyed by Allah because someone hamstrung a camel. While it’s odd he liked camels more than men, there was a bigger perversion still in this tale of misplaced ambition. The Muslims were so unfamiliar with honest labor they went to watch someone work. And they were so lazy, they fell asleep doing it.

      Ultimately, that was why the pirates were there in the first place. When the bedraggled Muslim refugees migrated north they became dependent upon handouts. They were physically able to work, since they went off on raids. And the oasis town of Yathrib was a bustling agricultural and commercial center, so there was plenty of work being done. All of which leads to a conclusion: something in Islam made the Muslims unwilling to work. And it affects them to this day. Islamic states have the lowest per capita productivity in the world. Islam politically and economically is as faulty as the religion is false. Lose, lose.


      “Meanwhile the Apostle sent Sa’d on the raid of Abu Waqqas. The Prophet only stayed a few nights in Medina before raiding Ushayra and then Kurz.”

      Let’s review Bukhari’s Book of Maghazi to get a better feel for what’s happening:


      “Allah’s Apostle said, ‘A time will come when a group of Muslims will wage a Holy War and it will be said, “Is there anyone who has accompanied Allah’s Apostle?” They will say, “Yes.” And so victory will be bestowed on them.'” Bukhari:V5B57N51 “The Apostle said, ‘Tomorrow I will give the flag to a man whose leadership Allah will use to grant a Muslim victory.”


      “I fought in seven Ghazwat battles along with the Prophet and fought in nine Maghazi raids in armies dispatched by the Prophet.”

      There was nothing “spiritual” about fundamental Islam:


      “I heard Sa’d saying, ‘I was the first Arab to shoot an arrow in Allah’s Cause.'”


      “I witnessed a scene that was dearer to me than anything I had ever seen. Aswad came to the Prophet while Muhammad was urging the Muslims to fight the pagans. He said, ‘We shall fight on your right and on your left and in front of you and behind you.’ I saw the face of the Prophet getting bright with happiness, for that saying delighted him.”


      “The believers who did not join the Ghazwa and those who fought are not equal in reward.”


      “Allah’s Apostle said, ‘When your enemy comes near shoot at them but use your arrows sparingly (so that they are not wasted).'”


      “Allah’s Wrath became severe on anyone the Prophet killed in Allah’s Cause.”

      While the terrorist raids were hardly religious, religious symbolism and rewards were used to solicit and inspire the new combatants:


      “Muhammad led the Fear Prayer with one batch of his army while the other (batch) faced the enemy.”


      “The Prophet said, ‘This is Gabriel holding the head of his horse, equipped with arms for the battle.'”


      “Allah’s Apostle used to say, ‘None has the right to be worshipped except Allah Alone because He honored His Warriors and made His Messenger victorious. He (Alone) defeated the Infidel clans; so there is nothing left.'”


      “A man came to the Prophet and said, ‘Can you tell me where I will go if I get martyred.’ The Prophet replied, ‘To Paradise.’ The man fought till he was martyred.”

      There are no such bargains in the Gospels. Killing is not an express ticket to heaven. Jesus never asked his followers to “slay” anyone.

      As usual, the world is full of evil people and evil ideas, but two doctrines are especially lethal – Communism and Nazism. Because you’ve read their manifestos and have maneuvered in time, you know what is going to happen. Within their first three decades, these dictatorial, intolerant, and violent dogmas will lead directly to the annihilation of over fifty million people and to the indoctrination of a billion more. Given the opportunity, would you exterminate a few thousand aspiring Communists and Nazis to save the lives of the fifty million their regimes butchered? Would you do it to save a billion people from being forced into submission – forced to live in civil, religious, intellectual, and economic poverty? Would you do it to keep them from growing strong enough to kill you, your neighbors, and your children? What is the most moral, just, and compassionate choice?

      Returning to 7th-century Medina, Muhammad was back on the warpath:

      Tabari VII:18/Ishaq:287

      “The Messenger sent Abd Allah out with a detachment of eight men of the Emigrants without any Ansari, or Helpers, among them. He wrote a letter, but ordered him not to look at it until he had traveled for two days. Then he was to carry out what he was commanded to do. When Abd Allah opened the letter it said, ‘March until you reach Nakhlah, between Mecca and Ta’if. Lie in wait for the Quraysh there, and find out for us what they are doing.'”

      The letter suggests there was treachery among the treacherous. One or more Muslims was spilling the beans and tipping off the Quraysh before the militants could rob them.

      “Having read the letter, Abd Allah said, ‘To hear is to obey.’ He told his companions, ‘The Prophet has commanded me to go to Nakhlah and lie in wait for the Quraysh.”

      To “lie in wait” was an order to kill.

      I present Allah as an authority.

      Qur’an 9:5 :

      “When the prohibited months for fighting are over, slay the pagans wherever you find them. Take them captive and besiege them. Lie in wait for them in every likely place.”

      Abd Allah tells his fellow militants:

      “The Prophet has forbidden me to compel you, so whoever desires martyrdom, let him come with me. If not, retreat. I am going to carry out the Prophet’s orders.'”

      Martyrdom – the word that manufactures terrorists faster than the world can rid itself of them, was spoken for the first time. No word has ever held such dire consequences for abused or abuser.

      The Islamic concept of martyrdom was twisted. Muhammad took a good word and made it bad. Prior to Islam, a martyr willingly sacrificed his or her life to save others, not kill them. A Christian martyr sought nothing. Their lives served as a living witness so that others might know the value of their faith. They died with scripture in their hands, not swords. The Greek word martus, from which martyr was derived, means “witness.” Yet at Muhammad’s direction it came to mean “murderer.” Muslims obtained martyrdom by terrorizing others – murdering millions. Muslim martyrs are mercenaries, wielding swords in pursuit of plunder.


      “His companions went with him; not one of them stayed behind.”

      A second Hadith says:

      “Whoever desires death, let him go on and make his will; I am making my will and acting on the orders of the Messenger of Allah.”

      Tabari VII:18

      “They made their way through the Hijaz until Sa’d and Utbah lost a camel which they were taking turns riding. They stayed behind to look for it. The rest went on until they reached Nakhlah. A Meccan caravan went past them carrying raisins, leather, and other merchandise, which the Quraysh traded. When they saw the Muslims they were afraid of them. Then Ukkashah [one of the Muslims] came into view; they saw that he had shaved his head, and they felt safer. The Quraysh said, ‘They are on their way to the umrah (lesser pilgrimage); there is nothing to fear.'”

      The pagan umrah had become part of Islam. However, shaving one’s head was used to venerate Al-Lat, not Allah. So the Quraysh were as confused as I am. Why would a Muslim militant venerate a pagan idol while perusing plunder in Allah’s name?


      “The Muslim raiders consulted one another concerning them, this being the last day of Rajab.”

      Rajab, like Ramadhan, was a holy month on the pagan calendar. Fighting, looting, and general mayhem were prohibited. It is troubling that the observance of a pagan rite was a limiting factor, while thievery and murder were not. This says a great deal about the nature of Islam.

      “One of the Muslims said, ‘By Allah, if we leave these people alone tonight, they will get into the Haram (the sacred territory of Mecca) and they will be safely out of our reach. If we kill them we will have killed in the sacred month.'”

      The debate was between paganism and criminal behavior. Islam had nothing to do with Muhammad’s mission.

      Tabari VII:19

      “They hesitated and were afraid to advance on them, but then they plucked up courage and agreed to kill as many as they could and to seize what they had with them.”

      This isn’t the least bit ambiguous. The first Muslims – Muhammad’s disciples – were about to conduct a terrorist raid with the intent to loot and kill.

      “Waqid ibn Abd Allah shot an arrow at Amr and killed him. Uthman ibn Abd Allah and al-Hakam surrendered, but Nawfal ibn Abd Allah escaped and eluded them. Then Abd Allah and his companions took the caravan and the captives back to Allah’s Apostle in Medina.”

      Islam had drawn first blood. The score was now Islam 1, Infidels 11.

      The Hadith says:

      “This was the first booty taken by the Companions of Muhammad.”
      Reading the passage carefully, we find there were four Slaves-to-Allah in the raid – two were Muslims and two were infidels. It is yet another drop in an ocean of evidence that Allah was a pagan deity, a common rock idol.

      Abd Allah said of his adventure:


      “Our lances drank of Amr’s blood and lit the flame of war.”

      Tabari VII:20/Ishaq:287

      “Abd Allah told his Companions, ‘A fifth of the booty we have taken belongs to the Apostle.’ This was before Allah made surrendering a fifth of the booty taken a requirement.”

      Qur’an 8:41, a verse from a surah dedicated to booty, says that Muhammad was entitled to one fifth of whatever Muslims looted.

      The 69th verse proclaims:

      “The use of such spoils is lawful and good.”

      The fact Abd Allah announced this partitioning of booty years in advance of the Qur’anic endorsement suggests that the idea was Muhammad’s, and that he made up a verse to ratify his claim. Money is a powerful motivator.

      “He set aside a fifth of the booty for Allah’s Messenger and divided the rest between his Companions.”

      If there was any doubt as to why the first Muslim militants were off on their twelfth raid in twelve months, it should have been eliminated with this line. Their mission had nothing to do with religion. Nor did Muhammad’s. It had always been about money. Religion was simply a tool, a veil, a distraction – a means to legitimize murder and mayhem. Muhammad’s raiders weren’t religious zealots; they were mercenaries at best, pirates at worst. And lest we forget, they were now murderers, kidnappers, and thieves.
      When the raiders returned to Yathrib, they were blindsided by a raging controversy. Both the Emigrants and Helpers were horrified – deeply troubled by the breach of the holy month protections. Even the most despicable bandits refrained from thievery during Rejab. And, I suppose, they may have been bothered by the fact they had murdered, robbed, and kidnapped their kin.

      This societal disdain put the wannabe prophet in a quandary. Muhammad was broke, and poor dictators don’t last long. But if he accepted the booty, he would trash his already shaky religious credentials. He was on his heels and teetering from the Quraysh Bargain, the Satanic Verses, the Night’s Journey, and the Migration of Shame. Stooping to the depths of a scoundrel, a murderous pirate, and a two-bit terrorist so desperate for money he would steal during Rajab, was one blow too many. So what to do?

      His first ploy was to betray his troops, something Muslim suicide bombers should keep in mind the next time they contemplate murdering their way to paradise.

      Tabari VII:20

      “When they reached the Prophet he said, ‘I did not order you to fight in the sacred month.’

      He impounded the caravan and the two captives and refused to take anything from them.” The prospect of “martyrdom” and “lying in wait” confirms that Muhammad had sent his Muslim raiders out to fight, as did the requirement of making out their wills. The “division of spoils” agreement indicates he had given his authorization for them to steal. The lying prophet was buying time, which is why he didn’t send the booty back. He was trying to find a way to keep the money and maintain his dwindling prestige.

      “When Allah’s Messenger said this they were aghast and thought that they were doomed. The Muslims rebuked them severely for what they had done. They said,

      ‘You have done what you were not commanded to do, and have fought in the sacred month.'”

      To salvage his reputation, and thus cling to his position of power, Muhammad made his men scapegoats. His letter confirmed his complicity. He had sent them out in Rajab, the idolater.’ sacred month. The act made him an accessory to murder and a thief; the denial made him a pagan and a liar, something far more lethal to someone pretending to be a prophet.

      Tabari VII:20/Ishaq:288

      “The Quraysh said, ‘Muhammad and his Companions have violated the sacred month, shed blood, seized property, and taken men captive.’

      The polytheists spread lying slander concerning him, saying, ‘Muhammad claims that he is following obedience to Allah, yet he is the first to violate the holy month and to kill our companion in Rajab.'”

      The pagans knew that breaking treaties, murder, kidnapping, and thievery were wrong. It’s a shame that Islam’s lone prophet didn’t

      I find it especially revealing that when the Meccans told the truth about what had just happened, they were called “lying slanderers.” This has devastating implications for the totality of the Qur’an. Its second most repetitive theme is the never-ending argument. The Meccans said that Muhammad was a demon-possessed liar, not a prophet. They said that he had forged the Qur’an to serve his personal ambitions. They appeared to be right and yet Islam’s dark spirit called them “lying slanderers.” In this circumstance, the Meccans were absolutely right and yet Muhammad deployed the same strategy. At the very least, this suggests that the Hadith and Qur’an had the same speechwriter, the same agenda, and the same wanton disregard for truth. It also tells us that those who knew this “prophet” far better than we could possibly know him today saw him as a terrorist raider, an immoral thug, and as a liar.

      Tabari VII:21

      “The Muslims who were still in Mecca refuted this.”

      It was embarrassing. It meant that they had placed their trust in a man unworthy of it.


      “The Jews, seeing in this an omen unfavorable to Muhammad, said, ‘Muslims killing Meccans means war is kindled.’

      There was much talk of this. However, Allah turned it to their disadvantage. When the Muslims repeated what the Jews had said, Allah revealed a Qur’an to His Messenger:

      ‘They question you with regard to warfare in the sacred month. Say, “War therein is serious, but keeping people from Islam, from the sacred mosque, and driving them out is more serious with Allah.’ [Qur’an 2:217]

      The Muslims now knew that seduction was worse than killing.

      Considering the facts, this was an inane excuse for violating treaties, kidnapping, theft, and murder. The Meccan merchants were minding their own business. They weren’t seducing anyone. And once again, the prophet behaves badly and it’s the pagan.’ fault, not his own.


      “When the Qur’an passage concerning this matter was revealed, and Allah relieved Muslims from their fear and anxiety, Muhammad took possession of the caravan and prisoners. The Quraysh sent him a ransom, but the Prophet said, ‘We will not release them to you on payment of ransom until our companions (Sa’d and Utbah) get back, for we are afraid you may harm them. If you kill them, we will kill your friends.’ They came back, however, and the Prophet released the prisoners on payment of ransom. When the Qur’an authorization came down to Muhammad, Abd Allah and his Companions were relieved and they became anxious for an additional reward. They said, ‘Will this raid be counted as part of the reward promised to Muslim combatants?’ So Allah sent down this Qur’an: ‘Those who believe and have fought in Allah’s Cause may receive Allah’s mercy.’ Allah made the booty permissible. He divided the loot, awarding four-fifths to the men He had allowed to take it. He gave one-fifth to His Apostle.”

      Mercy for murderers.

      Rewards for raiders.

      Loot for profiteers.

      “Allah’s Cause” has been defined for the first time, and it’s directly linked to a terrorist raid – one in which Muslim militants attacked civilians. They committed capital murder, kidnapping, and armed robbery. Islam was not preached. Instead, Islam was used to motivate the bandits and reward the prophet. The “religion” prompted barbarism rather than discourage it.

      This incident alone destroys Islam’s religious credentials, Muhammad’s authority, and Allah’s credibility. God justifying violent criminal acts to satisfy a prophet’s financial lust is unfathomable. If we are to believe Muhammad, Allah approved murder, terror, thievery, and kidnapping for ransom. Forget for a moment that this dark spirit was demented. This is immoral. An immoral god cannot be trusted. An immoral deity isn’t worthy of a religion, devotion, sacrifice, or martyrdom.

      The same is true for an immoral prophet. Muhammad had sent out armed brigades in search of Quraysh hoping to terrorize them and rob their caravans. When his militants succeeded, he betrayed his mercenaries to save his own hide, yet he still took the money. He threatened to kill his kin and ransomed them back to his tribe. Then he claimed that his god approved this hellacious behavior, which was the biggest crime of all.

      The only thing more devastating than a man professing situational scriptures to legitimize terror, murder, robbery, and kidnapping for ransom is to lure billions to their doom by implying these words were inspired by God. By doing so, Muhammad confirmed my theory. Islam was nothing more than the Profitable Prophet Plan. According to the Sira, Muhammad was a con man.

      There have been millions of murderers, millions of kidnappers, millions of terrorists. There have been millions of sexual predators. Thieves are a dime a dozen. And there have been a score of men who have done these things while claiming to be anointed by God. Yet only one invented a “religion” and falsified “scripture” to satiate his demonic cravings. This is why Muhammad, Islam’s lone prophet, qualifies as the most evil man to have ever lived.

In Islam men are privileged to have sex with more than one woman, but women are not. Allah is so gracious that if you fight for him and die, plenty of sex after death. If after death plenty of sex for pleasing Allah, why some men and women cannot enjoy sex in this world? At least men can enjoy marrying more, but pious Muslim women are neither have the right to have fun in this world nor after death. Why Allah is so unjust and biased towards women?

When she was caught with her paramour, Mr. Mohammed could not get answer from Allah whether she had a sex with that person or not. He had to wait for her menstrual circle to complete. When she did not conceive, the fake prophet told all that Allah declared that she did not commit adultery. If he would have been a Allah’s prophet, it would have not taken a second to declare her innocence.
